      Internet constantly drops at the same time daily. Customer support never has been able to solve the issue in 4 years of service. Worst Internet provider, should be illegally.

      Many issues with Comcast Xfinity. Unable to have Zoom meetings or Telehealth meetings with doctors as it keeps locking up. Get an error message that internet signal/connection is unstable. Trying to get technical support is a Nightmare. Rarely can get a live person. Always send a link to a chat box. They always do a system restart, tell me to unplug power on all my devices for 30 seconds and then plug back in. Never helps. Going on 2 years dealing with this.

      Also, my bill varies from month to month this year. Never get a straight answer as to why. The representatives are English impaired and always try to sell you a new plan instead of addressing the issue I've called about. SICK OF IT!

      My complaint is beyond belief out of control. My service is absolutely terrible after I was promised it would be better than T-Mobile. That’s a joke on itself.
      Then add in when you try to get customer service they barely speak English and are beyond rude. Keep you on hold for hours jerking you around.
      My husband broke his phone so we filed an insurance claim and received a new device. Upon attempt to activate we were told THE PHONE was being reported as lost or stolen and we needed a new device. This was after over a week of trying to activate the current one.
      Received a new device only to find out that the people at Xfinity reported my husband’s original SIM card lost or stolen and now cannot activate the phone. They are telling me it takes 72 hours to get rid of that and are refusing to activate the new SIM card I received.

      I've tried calling,emailing,chatbot, etc never get anyone live to help me. Plus I got a # from Google and it was a scam!!! They took my cc# and made bogus charges on it. Trying to alert them but I still cannot get thru! Please help!

      Less than one start for Comcast/Xfinity. Worst customer service ever… Took my payment and cut me off because their system glitched. I even have a confirmation number. Talked to 7 different people over a 4 hour period and none of them could give me the same answer and none of them helped me. Also all of them refused to get me a supervisor.

      The worst company ever !!! COMCAST overcharged my bill by $109. I called on 6/26/23, 6/29/23, 7/17/23 and 7/18/23. I requested that they return the amount back to my original form of payment as they kept telling me they could only credit my account. I told them no they needed to credit my original form of payment. i am furious !!!!!

      THIS IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. All I need is Internet and I would go else where but there are no other services in the area. I am now told to lower my bill I must get Dish Network. I will be paying $80 more a month for a service I do NOT USE.

      I will be calling the Consumer Affairs Department and file an official complaint they cannot do this to customers.

      THIS IS THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE EVER.

      I contract was recently up for expiration, so I contacted Xfinity via chat to review promotions. The rep gave me the run down on a package that included premium channels like HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax.... Which I took screen shots of. I agreed to the package he explained to me, and signed the contract. After going back and forth for about an hour, I told him those channels were not there. He assured me they would be there, and then disconnected the chat when I told him they were not. I spoke chatting with another rep for about 2 hours the following day. Same assurances; same ending. I spoke with an account manager who was nice but issued a $25 credit for the inconvenience and told me even though I was given false information to sign up, there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable, and I'm seeing several reviews similar to my situation.
