      I have Xfinity Mobile.
      I know that most cell phone companies have horrible customer service. But Xfinity is on another level. The amount of misinformation that you receive when you reach out to customer service is truly unprofessional. Also the Mobile program likes to run your credit way to much.
      Something needs to be done

      Moving to a new house, and wanted to simply switch my service from my current place to my new house. But for whatever reason, I couldn't keep my same pricing, and instead, xfinity wanted to charge me $15 more a month for the same service. To get my pricing near to what I was currently paying, I had to decrease my internet speed and sign up for a new contract. We're locked into contracts and can't get out of the contracts unless we pay a couple hundred dollar fee, but xfinity can change their contract whenever they want. I ended up being on the phone for 45 minutes with the representative going back and forth as to why my monthly fee is going up when I'm receiving the same service. I just wanted to switch my service and keep my current pricing. Why does it need to be this hard?

      They are attaching someone else’s debt to my address and cut off my internet service, stating that i must pay this debt to regain services. Or that i must show owership of the residence, proving that this person no longer lives there. When asked for proof that this is in their policy, i was told that they can not provide this. The customer service rep on the phone even stated that they were unsure if this was legal or not. I am currently in the process of contacting a lawyer because this is insane.

      I am located here in Suwanee, GA and have been without Internet for 3 days. Xfinity has made it where customers cannot get updates or ETA of fixes, hiding behind automatic voice services. This is unacceptable when I pay for a service and cannot get a simple update when it will be fixed. Again, it's going on day 3 with no communication as to when it will be remotely fixed.

      For over a month: TV audio lagging video, internet dropping tutoring and work zooms costing me $$ and time. Have called multiple times, repairmen to hime, reset modem by husband and company multiple times. Now told they know it is wire connection problems in the area and they have already scheduled repairs in a few days. Won’t send an emergency crew out because already have an exiled maintenance! Paid for a month of services not rendered!

      We had problems paying our bill through no fault of Xfinity, HOWEVER when we finally found a way to chat with an agent Xfinity sent us to a SALES AGENT even though we selected that we needed a SUPPORT agent. After pushing back on the sales agent he finally transferred us to a billing agent who was very helpful. I would leave Xfinity if I could, but it is the only service in our area.

      Waiting for ****** to come to my neighborhood which will alleviate the monopoly Comcast has in my area. I called today to get ahead of this, explained ******'s pricing along with Youtube TV coming out to about $125, much less than the $190 I'm paying now. I called the cancel services line. They asked if I needed internet and then wanted to ask about my cell phone service, nothing about reducing cost to match ****** or at least come closer so I wouldn't need to return all my stuff and re-setup a new modem which would be a hassle. They didn't care at all, as soon as ****** comes, long time customer gone.

      Call Xfinity Mobile over a dozen times and I went to the store yesterday and they applied my ACP credits to my mobile late so they charge me a late fee $5.00 and I have called Xfinity and they’re refusing to waive the five dollar late fee I wasn’t aware of the five dollar late fee Xfinity Mobile Cosme to be late because they added my ACP credit link to my account and I told him after the credits it get applied to the account I was willing to pay the difference and they have terrible customer service I have filed a dozen complaints with Comcast Xfinity Mobile and they don’t help me resolve any of my problems

      Good Afternoon,

      My modem for my internet and streaming went out on July 14th leaving me without service for 2 days. I had a scheduled appointment on Sunday, July 16th and someone came out from Xfinity, replaced my modem, and restored my services. On Monday I was told through the chat feature on the app from an agent that I would get an email stating the days that was service was out and restored. I was told that it would only take a few hours. I called Wednesday and spoke to a customer service representative who told me she saw my chat transcript and told me that she would forward my issue to her supervisor. She then told me that I should look out for the email within a few hours. It is now Thursday and I still have not received an email. I've been on the phone with Xfinity for over 2 hours and transferred 5 times and disconnected only to call back and still with no help. They are telling me now that emails are not sent for outages or modem issues. I just called to get some proof to give my Job stating that I did not have service on those 2 days. After I was disconnected spoke to another agent that told me she could only give me a $9.00 credit. I've missed 20 hours of work and No proof that I can give my Job. This is unacceptable! I need Someone to call me back or an email to resolve my Issue.
