If I can give them a negative I would Now this my problem with Xfinity first let's start off with customer service horrible they don't know what they're talking about and then will you telling them what your problem is they make it like you call the problem that's number one number two I call because I was approved for the ACP program for my internet did all that pay my bill waited 2 months before they apply my credit and now that it's time to apply my credit they claiming the ACP program pulled my national number back stating that I have ACP or something else which I know is a lie cuz this is the only thing I applied for that what's for the internet so for me Comcast Xfinity are the worst they're liars and they try to make it seem like the customer is in the wrong when it's their service

Cancelled internet service over the phone June 27, 2023 effective for end of my 1 year contract July 01, 2023. Today I was charged a service fee for July 02, 2023 - August 01, 2023 service I never signed up for. When I called Xfinity to get it resolved they told me it's because they forgot to turn off autopay. I cancelled service and had no active contract. I don't believe a thing they say. If there is no contract to bill then autopay would not pull regardless. Xfinity is billing former customers without a contract agreement and no services rendered.

Comcast/xfinity is not responsible supplier to its users.
Today I was on chat and on the telephone with them for 2 hours and 9 minutes to set up a new modem. I was promised 3 follow up calls within 10 minutes to 1 hour and as of yet I have not receive one.
      My problem is not resolved.
In addition I have experienced several outages in the last month.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was just on the phone, chat, and wait for 2 hours, 9 minutes with no resolution to my problem. As I ended my call with customer service, was told that they will get back to me within an hour. I was also told by chat that I would receive a call back in ten minutes over an hour ago. I still haven’t heard from them.
Customer Service is non-existent from xfinity.
I have also have many service outages. The reason always seems to be system upgrade.
I would not recommend anyone to use xfinity. I reallgive them 0 stars

I've had several business accounts and a residential account for internet and phone connectivity with Comcast. Closing those accounts was a legal nightmare and generally ended up with me paying monthly charges after the amount was closed. Each encounter ended with some version of an agent telling me the previous agent was wrong/shouldn't have said that/didn't complete their work. Textbook billing fraud.

We’ve had to fire this company as our internet provider. Over a week of calls for interruptions in service with wildly snarky overseas customer service. It’s going to be a great day to return our equipment.

      Bye bye Xfinity!

Comcast refers callers to the Philippines, where some are scammed. On july19, 2023,
I was told by an employee that I could get two "free" mobile phones, and I would only have to
pay sales tax, which I did in the amount of $90.90 on my VISA. Then, I received a notification
from Comcast that I would have to pay $499.99 in installments over two years until the "Free"
mobile phone was paid for. I received emails indicating that my two mobile devices had been
activated even though I have not received them. I filed a complaint with Comcast. I was told,
in emails, that I would have to pay activation fees, plus other expenses on something for which I was
scammed. I have no choice but to use Comcast for various reasons. Dish and Direct are
      not an option for me.

I have never had as much trouble with a phone. Since June my phone has been off 6 times in one month, spend more time trying to get my phone working than I actually use it. I have been out of town twice and both times I have lost service. Do not feel safe, when you can’t call or text and know one can call or text you. What if my car broke down and I was in the middle of nowhere, just scary

A tree limb fell on my tv and internet line outside 5 days ago, I was given an appointment for Friday July 21, 2023, they did not show up...I called, they had an excuse! They gave me an appointment for the next day same time, the technician never came AGAIN! I called...again and was given a date of July 27, 2023 (6days later) with them knowing that a live wire was in my backyard on the ground...I want to discontinue my service with them...because the are not professional and over charge customers. This kind of service is unacceptable.

Comcast is a monopoly. Let's get that out the door up front. The only reason they're in business still is because there is literally no competeition for them. They would be gone within a few years if someone actually cared enough to start a company that did better customer service.

Aunt, Uncle, and I have been lied to. They sent out 5 techs and each time they blamed someone else for not doing the prep work. Well, they can honestly figure the stuff out themselves. Do some acutal problem solving instead of finger pointing.

So, 2 months after moving here, my aunt and uncle don't have internet. They've sent 5 techs, promised to send a senior tech team out one night and that team never showed. So I'm sitting here writing this complaint via my perosnal hotspot, which mind you has a pretty low data cap before my telecom company throttles the speed. What a great way to spend my precious data huh?

If I could give negative stars I would.
