      The absolute worst service I have had in my 68 years!! because the service was so bad that I decided to cancel it. my phone was broken, and I wanted to buy a new one. they expect people to make an appointment even if you only have an issue or need help. NO WALK-IN BUSINESS! What kind of company operates that way? so, I found a new provider and a new phone that I need to activate. So, I called Xfinity to cancel and get the pin I needed for my new provider. They said they needed a sim card, I don't have a sim card, besides I've been through this more than once, and never have I needed to provide a sim card. I myself and a friend spent an entire day getting the service canceled and after paying a $150 cancelation fee, I still have not been given the pin I need. they said to make an appointment at a location. I expected to have service after today and after being without a phone for a week, I'm out one more day!!! my recommendation to anyone is DO NOT USE Comcast!!

      Every time I have had to deal with Xfinity internet service, it's been a frustrating, many hour nightmare.
      Latest round with them was the worst. Long story short, I recently moved and discontinued my service--not under a promotional contract or anything. Even though I received a confirmation that my service was to end on the set date, and I received my "last bill", they continued to charge me. It took me over 8 hrs of talking with different people to get it actually disconnected and to get them to cancel the charges on my account. Even after that, they then tried to charge me a $110 early cancellation fee (because they hadn't actually disconnected my service, but instead signed me up for a year long promotional contract without my knowledge or consent). Then they suggested I was lying even though I had all the documentation in front of me. I have never felt so powerless or enraged. There were many more ins and outs of this saga, but they kept making mistakes on their end, then covering it up with further mistakes and kept shifting all the blame onto me and charging me more. I do not understand how a business can operate like this. It felt like I was being scammed every step of the way. Thankfully, in the end, I got them to remove the early cancellation fee, but I could not get them to reimburse me for the month of service they charged me for that was after my confirmed disconnect date.

      Horrible service in area not only bad but Verizon is worse in our area drop calls wherever your at having to restart your phone to call out and the best they can do is the same trouble shooting its garbage don't get if around 80911 area

      Comcast / Xfinity Mobile fraudulent action.
      Deceptive practices:
      Comcast telephone customer service representatives offer free phones and lower billing rates to current and new Xfinity customers for changing from landlines to xfinity mobile services.
      The service order is facilitated via a link sent over your existing mobile phone. All terms are described (only) verbally and upon acceptance the following month the customer is charged $300 - $500 for a phone that the customer was informed would be free.
      When contacting Xfinity customer services to file a billing dispute, the Xfinity customer service department stalls, stating the case will be reviewed report and the customer will receive a follow up phone return phone call within 24 hours. The case is not reviewed and the customer is not called back.
      After a 30 day delay, Xfinity informs the customer it is no longer possible to return the phone device.
      The mobile adoption practice is unethical it should be illegal
      Searching the internet, it is clear that this is a common practice and a routine operating practice for Xfinity Mobile.

      Don’t get Comcast/Xfinity Services….
      I was lied by Comcast business mobile that I would get a discount on my business internet if I get Comcast business mobile I called month after month explaining I never received my discount Jesse/ JT- Sabion in the retention Dept, Tim in and Patrick in billing were awful. They all spoke as if they were in charge as if they will not face reprimand I am leaving Comcast and will tell all my friends with businesses to cancel their services with Comcast I will never recommend Comcast the ppl are awful and they speak careless to you as if you are your issue does not matter to the
      Please if u are reading this run the opposite direction away from Comcast…trust they are other companies that will be greatful for your business

      This is the absolute worse company in internet history. I have been trying to settle a problem for 4 months now. Every month I attempt to resolve the issue with bulk services and my apartment complex. This has been a nightmare! There is no resolution when it comes to this God forsaken business. The agent kept me on the phone for over one hour and forty five minutes. I'm usually passed from person to person. AFTER HOLDING FOREVER, "ZOS" (the name she gave) laughed, actually giggled and said that due to a shift change, there was no supervisor available. This was funny to her. For 4 months, I've gotten a different story each time. This company is ridiculous.

      Where's customer service experience I've ever experienced my life Xfinity mobile do not go with them they will talk to you and make your life a living hell your bill and then laugh at you and lead you in circles over and over again and transfer to multiple people only to get nothing done with your service for months at a time. I mean hell they'll charge you for a line that you don't even have and then when you call them about it so I have another line and bill you for that one too

      My 13 year old special needs daughter received a solicitation phone call on her phone. She freaked out. I called the number back that was left on the voicemail. The representative said he was Brian R****** from Comcast. He also stated that he would not stop calling my daughters phone and we could "go **** ourselves". We don't curse. He had no professionalism what so ever.
