      Terrible customer service. It took me 2 months of calling and going to the local
      Xfinity store to cancel my internet service that I had. There is no place that I could find online to cancel and the phone customer service is terrible. They tell you it has been taken care of, but it has not, You are put on hold and lied to. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      I live in south Jersey in a town where Xfinity is really the only high speed internet service provider around so I guess that’s why they feel that they can take advantage of customers and do as they please when it comes to billing. I have been overcharged and promised credit adjustments for months and nothing. I have auto billing and these people had the audacity to take 902.00 from my checking account. I had to go through my bank to get my money back from them after speaking with a representative Jen supervisor in the billing department she was no help. So I guess it’s ok to overcharge your customers for services they don’t have and that’s ok. I’m at my wits end with this issue and don’t know where to turn.

      Customer service is terrible. No customer service phone number easily found on their website. Automated phone call system is a joke, asked for customer service rep and it scheduled a phone call a week later. Finally got someone to talk to and they asked a bunch of random questions not related to what I was needing, just wasting my time. Then I go to turn in the equipment and I have to wait 20 minutes to lay a router on the counter. Will never be an xfinity customer again, as they make it near impossible to get anything done

      Xfinity mobile have been charging me for mobile service for over 5 months and I never had an active line with them based on their record. They refuse to refund me my money $250. Everytime I call they keep saying 7 to 10 business days for 3 months now and still no refund

      I've moved and cancelled the service repeatedly via phone, form, and in writing. I just keep getting bills and horrible customer service. Each time I waste considerable time waiting to speak with someone who claims to cancel my service, I receive another bill. The agents claim to have no record of my service being cancelled. I left my forwarding address, under the guise that I would receive my final statement via mail.
      No - I just received a written overdue statement in the mail and notice that opting out of paperless billing would incur extra charges.

      Its a nightmare.

      I’m in San Francisco. I tried to drop HBO AND Showtime from my $230.00 per month plan and they completely messed up my account, changed my landline number without permission and I’ve been trying for two weeks to get it resolved. They said a supervisor would call me back but that never happened. I’ve spent hours on the phone, working my way through the automated system only to get low tier techs in Philippines, and then I got shuffled to Caribbean Mexico, South Africa…Are there no Americans working for Comcast anymore??!! I’m so disgusted!!

      My internet speed hasnt been the greatest for a long time. Ive made several complaints. I upgraded to 1200mbps internet and i only receive the following speeds. 8.52mbps download and 33.8 mbps upload. There are several cables hanging from my power pole touching the ground. I have made appointments to have it looked at in which they get canceled only after i teach out asking where the tech is as i waited the whole 2 hr window. They tell me the line was damaged outside and was repaired. The lines are still hanging and my internet sucks. Steer clear from this company.

      Xfinity promised me a $200 debit card as incentive if I switch a cell number that I had with t-mobile to them. I did the switch but I never received the debit card. Called them multiple times to no avail.

      Comcast has the most terrible customer services. It is IMPOSSIBLE to achieve resolution to a problem without threatening to cancel services. I have had two tickets unresolved outstanding without resolution; one was due to a closed ticket that was not correctly handled and the other is still not resolved. Their contractor services require the consumer to contact Comcast to resolve issues, and it’s impossible to find a human to speak with. Two thumbs down.
