      Unbelievable how bad their customer service is. First you are on hold forever and you are lucky if they speak English and are understandable. Would be nice if you could actually talk to a service representative who is in this area to address your problem. Five days of pixelation on our TVs and no resolution. Neighbors have reached out as well with no fix.

      Xfinity customer service is unbelievable!!!! I have had so many issues in the past with Xfinity and by me being a supervisor in customer service myself I was more understanding and giving many chances to resolve my issues, but enough. Last week I moved, so I called to transfer my service a few months prior I had made some changes to my service which for the life of me could not figure out why my bill was almost tripled even the agents were confused, and a supervisor got on the line giving me some b.s, so I agreed and set up a payment plan. When I called to move service everything seemed fine, but then I go into the app and see a crazy bill once again, so I decided to call, I was advised due to my change of address my installment plan was canceled again the agent I was speaking with did not mention this or advise. And now I'm being told I can not reinstate my installment plan. I right away asked to speak with a supervisor the agent I was speaking with had me on hold not even a real hold with music, but he had me muted for 40 mins and then all of a sudden a lady answers not even aware of whom I am or my issues I asked was she a sup, and she said no she is with the Spanish-speaking billing department. Again asked for a sup, and she transferred me back to billing where I had to repeat everything again. As I'm typing this up I'm on the line with yet another AGENT and has been on this call 1:48:24 still no sup this agent Olive has been eating, smacking breathing hard and repeating the same thing but yet still no sup!!! This has been the worse customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Xfinity does not value us customers at all or our time clearly. I am changing providers ASAP and will never deal with this company again. By the way still no supervisor and my issues not resolved, when I asked how can I file a complaint with someone I was told to go into a store??? Unbelievable.

      I have been a customer for some time with Xfinity. I purchase a phone through xfinity mobile and was not told my card given would be billed electronically. Ok whatever 2nd month paid the payment with my bank card that was saved on file. 3rd month xfinity gave me issues saying I was behind even though my account showed on my end I was up to date. Made a payment with the same bank card. Go in 4th month to make a payment system read error message. Has call numerous of times no one is able to help. Each rep keep asking for my card # but then say they receive an error message also, yet nothing is being resolved. My service is been disconnected, late fees being applied yet the issue is on their end. I HATE XFINITY

      I opted for internet self-install, but it didn't work although I did everything correctly. The agent I called said I wouldn't be charged for a professional visit because I'd been with them so long and moved into a new house so it couldn't be my fault that it didn't work. Of course I was charged $100 for the visit in my second bill. You can't get through to a live person using the customer service number. When you call customer service a recording asks to send you a text link, but says that if you don't accept it you'll be on hold. Even if you say no, after being on hold for some time, the recording says it's sending you a link and the call is over. The text link when pressed just shows an error code. So you are looped around and around and never get to a person. I tried to get chat help and was told I could get a $60 credit, but not the whole $100. Then when I said I would cancel, they wouldn't even give me the $60 credit. And while asking them to reverse this charge, they were solely interested in selling me cell phone service, as if I would feel like signing up for more services with them while I'm refuting a charge! So my 6 years of being with them, and moving and continuing with them for the upcoming years wasn't worth $100 to them, even though they told me they believed me that the agent told me I wouldn't be charged. They act in bad faith and purposely make it impossible to get any assistance. I'll never do business with them again. They have a near-monopoly right now in my area and I guess they feel they can treat customers badly. I switched my internet service.

      Used Xfinity internet for two years. Had no issues with internet the entire time, until a contractor cut the lines right before we moved out. Xfinity then charged us $115 for a technician call-out fee on our last bill. It took nearly 5 hours of phone time in order to remove the charges after negotiating with several reps, as well as putting in for a refund for the time service wasn't available. Awful experience that was complete waste of time. Ensure you remove your auto-pay information before you cancel service so that this can't happen to you, or at least you get time to have to fight them for it.

      They don’t allow cancellation of services. They continue to collect money after you have returned all equipment and are no longer at the property. When you try to cancel, the department is always closed (even though you call during stated business hours), you always get errors on the forms they ask you to fill out, calls are dropped, chats ended with no history available just go in circles. They told me to go to a store in person, they were able to start service at my new location, but not cancel my service. This seems like fraud. They pretend to be willing to cancel appointments, but make it impossible when you try.

      The worst customer service I ever experienced in my life I called and made a payment arrangement with a supervisor on June 27 paid $300 the next day my service went off and they said they is not going to honor our agreement I will have to pay the rest

      The worst customer service ever. They have canceled 3 appts on me now and never told me. Justy didn't show up. Don't they know we don't want to speak with international operators??? If there was a better option I would use it.

      The worst customer service. My internet has not worked since I moved in my apartment. Comcast can't provide stable internet. My internet goes off and on constantly. Poor speed. I called two times to have a technician come out to my home..As soon as I'm about to schedule an appointment customer services reps hang up. Why., Because Comcast don't want to compensate for poor service. I hope your business goes all the way down.

      Xfinity mobile I cancelled in May and have screen shots that it’s paid in full and account closed and I received an email today that I owe them. I spent so many hours on the phone since June speaking to customer service, no one should have to spend this much time to get something corrected and still not be corrected!!!!! I will never have service through zfinity mobile ever again-rip off!!!
