      multiple times i signed off on quote they sent me for my internet services and every time i've had to dispute it. and each time i spent hours rechecking all my bill statements and then chatting with agents online who have no idea what they're doing because eventually i have to always call in on th ephone with a live agent. this is extremely frustrating. i moved my parents over from verizon because of the quote given and suddenly their bill doubles with all these extra fees. then i find out that they somehow ordered XFI COMPLETE without my authorizatoin. this is FRAUD. you should NOT be adding extra fees and services to a custome's account without consent!

      If I could leave zero or negative stars, I would. For about a month now, my internet service has been horrible, going in and out all day and sometimes totally out every night and morning. You cannot get a live person on the phone because the automated service keeps sending you around and around in a big circle jerk, and even when you request a call back you don't get it. Comcast is THE WORST. Maybe if our government actually did something with the antitrust laws on the books horrible companies wouldn't be allowed to have a monolith over entire areas. I pray to God that another company comes and takes over this area because I'm tired of giving my money to such a horrible company for a service I don't even receive half of the time. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

      Just awful. Run don’t walk away from these fraudsters. Their customer service is also THE WORST. They told me I would have unlimited talk, text and web across North America. I traveled to Canada and got an email notifying me that I was being charged $198 on roaming charges. I told them I was supposed to have free unlimited talk text and web and they responded that I needed to call them and tell them that I was traveling. This detail was not mentioned anywhere in my contract. They refused to reverse the charges and I therefore switched back to T mobile after less than a month with xfinity. They are THE WORST. They actually deserve less than 1 star. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these ********

      AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely despicable company. Now in week 3 of seeking reimbursement for a phone that was never delivered, when FedEx admitted straight up they delivered to wrong address and phone was not recovered. Discovered online this is standard operating procedure for them. Will be disputing charge with credit card company and sending my business elsewhere

      I'm sick of this BS with Comcast. I been having poor wifi service for two months. You call Comcast and agents hang up on you. Finally, a technician came out to my home. I had a poor router which slowed my internet. Now I can't get internet on my laptop. I call and chat no one answers. This is affecting my job, because I use the internet for my job..now I have to go to an Infinity store which is an inconvenience. I want a lot of money off my bill. Your business is going to suffer. All these bad reviews. Such poor business.

      I trade my iPhone 11 for an iPhone 13, they offer me a 700 credit for the iPhone 11 once they receive the phone. they put the phone in the box and give me a tracking # with usps.
      usps never receive the phone and Xfinity never credit the 700$ so I end it up with the whole amount of the new phone. in one word, they STOLE my phone.

      I have never been so outraged on how money sucking this company is. I have tried to cancel my service 6 times and each time I am given the runaround by a robot. When I filled out the cancellation form online, I AM STILL CHARGED. WILL NOT BE GETTING ANYMORE OF MY MONEY. I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE TO CANCEL. RIDICULOUS. MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOUR WORKING CUSTOMERS.

      Comcast needs to hold its sales agents accountable for lying to customers. They offered me the internet for $60.00 including the modem per month for 24 months, and when I got the bill, their monthly charge is $65.00 plus $15 for the modem. $20.00 more per month than what they promised. You should be ashamed.

      I signed up for Flex Internet with Comcast last year, which included Peacock Premium with ads in the package having been a member for over 6 years & being very frustrated with Outages, which most of my neighbors are experiencing also. Now in June 2023, they stated they were taking it away & you had to pay an additional $2.99 per month. Then in July 2023, they stated that as a Platinum Member, that you could have it free of charge indefinitely. Now as of last week, they're taking it away again. I feel that Willingboro NJ needs to drop Comcast service & switch to Verizon. Comcast is not Reliable Company nor do they keep their word!
