      On December 2022, I decided to switch my services from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile. At first, everything was going well, service was fine, internet speeds were adequate and phone calls were reliable. Then I wanted another phone due to it being small and bad battery life (their free iPhone 12 mini). I exchange the iPhone 12 mini for an iPhone 13. The billing statements become inaccurate over time. There would be hundreds of dollars worth of credits on the account but still a bill.

      In March 2023, they charged my credit card $785.45 without my knowledge or authorization, I call my credit union to dispute the charges without avail (this process took 3 months). Xfinity Mobile constantly lied about the phone not being shipped back to their warehouse even though the tracking number proved otherwise AND they sent me an email confirming that they received the device.

      I was over the billing issue to the point where I cancel the service in March, and pay over $1,600 to pay off the devices along with the services used for March and April. (I did receive $300 in gift cards from Xfinity Mobile but here's where it gets confusing in July 2023).

      In July 2023, I get a letter from Collection Services Inc stating that I owe Xfinity Mobile $1,756.45 ($585.45 multiplied 3 times) because of the fact that I won the dispute from my credit union, attempted to charge a gift card I had on file for the amount AND they STILL claimed that the iPhone 12 mini was not returned. It does get somewhat solved but still awaiting collections.

      Xfinity Mobile OR Comcast SHOULD NOT have an A+ Rating and this review would not be a 1-star rating considering the fact that they put me as a customer in so many negative situations that I had to go back to Verizon.

      Whatever Xfinity Mobile is offering in terms of being cost-effective DON'T fall for it. There are more cons than pros w/ Xfinity Mobile as a cellphone service and their customer service throughout the dispute process was SUBSTANDARD.

      These people are the worst Company for internet service and phone service. Customer Service is almost impossible to get. You go around in circles. One recording after another. They charge you so much for their service, but god forbid if it rains or there is a car accident, etc. etc. and cable go down do they ever give you money back for the time you had lost service.
      I was dumb enough to get there phone. This phone will only work in the home. Go out of home and you cannot do anything. No messages. No messenger. No Google Maps is you need to find a place and need directions. Ive complained and asked for help with this problem and its still not resolved.
      Now Im stuck paying for a phone that is no use to me and cannot return.
      Than on this same phone which MUST BE ACH they were billing me on the 2nd than all of a sudden now the first and Im on SSD which dont come in until the 3rd. Will they fix and change date? NOPE!!!! Will they return the NSF Fee. NOPE. Oh Well Im so sorry is there answer. They are the worst business that ever came about. And their customer service that do answer phones if you get lucky. You cant understand a word they are saying. EVER. Its horrible.
      I wish the Government would step in and do something about the MAN who owns it and sitting back and living like a king and laughing. He shouldn't be allowed all this. How long is this going to continue running so poorly. When will somebody do something about them.

      Moved to Virginia and when we connected power with aep their sales representative informed us that we could save money by bundling home internet and phone. Wow what a nightmare! Since May we have had to fight every month for hours on the phone to get our money back. They started billing us before we ever even activated either account. I bank online so I could see charges made by xfinity when I told them we never called them to activate. they gave us our money back but every month after they charge us even though we sent their unopened home and mobile hardware back months ago! They cost me money every time they charge my checking account $27.00 to be exact and mobile doesn’t plan on doing anything about robbing me? So glad I never activated services with them!!!

      Constant issues, we're in the middle of a movie and it shuts off and puts on a different channel. Internet goes out without weather. Super expensive for basoc package. No DVR. Can't get ahold of Representative. Takes 15 minutes, then she's rude and incompetent. Interrupting us and tries to sell the mobile service. Rude.

      Xfinity can't deliver Internet service to a new residence despite promising service to be connected on 7/24/2023 in Sunnyvale CA.
      The router arrived 2 days late on 7/26/2023. The incompetent technician who showed up 3 days late on 7/27/2023.had to be told and shown that there is no connection box at the residence. He misidentified the legacy phone cable for their Xfinity cables and then had to realize that no Xfinity cable was connected to the house. He proceeded to order a crew to dig a trench from the street to the house and connect it to the house despite the fact that I had cancelled the Xfinity service previously because of their inability to deliver Internet service.
      Xfinity refuses to accept my cancellation of their service. They give me the runaround with their numerus agents who bluntly lie to my face promising an immediate cancellation and confirmations emails but nothing ever was sent out.
      Xfinity is deliberately deceiving their customer by stating that they offer a chat transcript with their agent via email. This is false and fraudulent.
      They even tried to bill my CC for services which were not able to deliver.
      This company needs to be held accountable.

      At this point in time Comcast is getting to the point where it is getting too expensive the customer service reps are OK but when you asked to speak to a manager or you trying to get stuff taken care of they do not do what you asked to be done I have asked multiple times for my due date to be change and at this point I’m just over Xfinity because it’s the only one that I can get in my neighborhood I’m tired of paying a cable bill almost 300 and something dollars a month and when I’m telling them hey I need for my due date to be change OK it’s going to be done and it’s not being done I want the managers are rude and when you’re trying to tell them hey this is I work in customer service this is not how you’re supposed to treat customers I’ve been a customer says 2017 it’s like every month my bill go up higher higher and I’m trying to figure out what is going on And my name is Ashley Stubbs at this point is this crazy they are the only company I can get in my neighborhood and then I hate the new system that they have where you have to check online first before you can’t even get somebody on the phone that system is horrible because they don’t make notes one person tell you one thing to another person tell you another and then I’m like well can you see what the last post to tell me oh no I can’t see that stuff any shenanigans

      Absolutely the worst customer service of any internet provider or telecom company I have ever experienced. We tried to move and cancel our internet and they disconnected it weeks early, then did not disconnect when we actually moved, then tried to charge us for internet after we moved, and now they are trying to charge us $120 for a piece of equipment they said was free. If you try to contact customer support and are lucky enough to eventually talk to a human they will straight up lie to you and tell you the problem is fixed when it isn’t.

      I will never, ever use Comcast again.
      They decided to start charging me for service and said I didn't return equipment after I sold my house from ten years ago. They then put it all on the customer to correct. They want me to claim it is fraud so they don't have to fix the broken system. I will never trust Comcast with my information or use them again, or any other company that they buy up.
      I have spent so many hours talking to so many departments.

      Called to get Internet service. The agent told me I had to pay 50 dollars up front so I did. Stated I would receive a free professional install and they would be at my house in the morning and the tech would have my equipment. The next morning came and I got an email saying that my appointment was cancelled. Then 20 minutes later got another email saying my equipment shipped with FedEx. Spent 3 hours on the phone with them to figure it out. Thought it was resolved as I spoke with another agent that said I had an installer coming today at 3pm. Well he didn't show so I called AGAIN! This rep tells me there wasn't an appointment scheduled!!! So I asked to cancel the order and give me my money back. Now they tell me they will not refund my deposit!!!! They stole my money and refused to refund it or install my service. Complete scam!!!!!! These crooks need to be shut down. I will be pursuing a lawsuit against them ASAP!!!

      Had to send a technician out THREE different times to fix the wiring from the pole to my house. Got charged $100 the last time. I was told it was because “the problem was fixed.” When I said it makes no sense to charge me for an issue with THEIR lines (it was a feedback issue) they changed to saying work was done on the wiring inside my house. I told them no, each time someone came they worked on the wiring outside. When I asked the third tech (who was a supervisor) what was happening he said that there was feedback through the line from a neighbor. I asked why this wasn’t found the first or second times, and he said “oh, we use contractors who don’t want to climb the poles so they just to the bare minimum.” Absolutely ridiculous. And because they’re a monopoly I’m sure they don’t actually care at all about these reviews. Because why should they.
