    I order an item with 2 day shipping as an extra charge. It it is now several days late and I have received no update or status verification of my item. When reaching out to their customer support, I received an automated email in response. The email directed me to links for customer support which were blank pages on their website with no resolution process. Several customers have complained of this same thing from several review websites.

    I ordered a map plaque and light stand I went and selected a specific longitude and latitude specific to me and my partners first date and put a nice message on the plaque when I was ordering it when I got the plaque it was the complete wrong map location and wrong date and message I tried to file a complaint ** I want my plaque not even my money back I just want the plaque I ordered I got no response even though I filed like 3 complaints and they have no way of contacting them outside of the email address on the website no phone number to speak to a representative nothing

    I ordered a plaque and a light up base and 2 day expedite shipping. I received the WRONG location on the map and the wrong date. The stand was a chunk of acrylic with a slit and no light. The shipping took 3 weeks and arrived after Christmas. Emails were sent to the company and after 2 emails were answered they blocked my email from messaging. I was told I would be refunded and that was over a month ago when they were contacted before delivery arrived.

    I ordered a personalized print on January 10th ****, for my husband for *********** day. They sent me someone else's order in a package that had my order number on it. I sent multiple emails to their help center and got no response. It said to allow 24hrs for, but it has been 4 days and they never replied.

    I got an email asking me to review your product and upload a picture. 

    If I follow that email, it said it was delivered on Feb. 6th, but it wasn't. 

    I still haven't received it. If I go to my order page, it said it was CANCELED??

    I ordered a plaque and a stand for a deal of ***** on January 4th ****. I opted for the 2nd day air service with my order for an additional *****. 1) I did not recieve the package until 2 weeks later on 1/18/**** 2) The order came without a plaque. (This must have been a system error on their end because you cannot purchase just a stand you can only add a stand to your plaque order). I reached out to the email on their website ********************************** and got in touch with a nameless person who told me to send a picture of what I received. I did so happily. I was then emailed back and was told that it was my fault that a plaque was not ordered. The thing is, I want to reiterate, this website ONLY sells plaque with the OPTION of a stand with the order. It is not possible for me to have filled out all the information for a plaque and for it just to disappear leaving a useless stand behind. After emailing the person that. I was ghosted and haven't heard back since 1/18/24 and today is 1/30/24. Please avoid spending money with these scam artist. Their BBB score says it all.

    On 12/21/23 I placed an order for a plaque and light stand from the company and paid extra for the express shipping because the website said I was guaranteed to get the plaque before Christmas. The plaque and light never made it before Christmas. After multiple emails with the business, they agreed to refund me my shipping charges. The plaque finally came, after multiple shipping issues but the light stand never came with it. Again, after multiple emails with the business, they agreed to issue a partial refund for my order as well. I reached out to the business regarding the light stand and they said I didnt order a light stand. To this day, I have not received my refund and its been close to a month after they said it would take 3-5 business days. They sent me a screenshot showing the refund was pending and to check with my bank. So I checked checked with my and they have no pending refund requests

    My refund has been pending on their end for over a month and my bank has no record of any pending refunds. I have received refunds from other businesses with no issues.

    I will accept the businesses response once my refunds have actually been deposited into my account.

    I ordered a plaque on December 19, 2023. I paid for expedited printing and shipping. I was charged in December and in January. I only received the nightstand. When I reached out to them, they told me I didnt order the plaque. WHO WOULD PAY ALL OF THAT MONEY FOR A LIGHT STAND?????Ive tried to get a phone number, but I guess they dont have phonesThis is totally unacceptable!!!

    Order not delivered. I recieved someone elses order instead. This company will not get back to me. They do not have a phone. Numerous attempts to contact them for a replacement or a refund and they just ignore.
