    This was terrible. I wanted to do something sentimental for my Girlfriend for Valentines day, I ordered on. Feb 3, 2025 and it says ***** hours for it arrive. I checked status and its in *******(where the company is located) i read up on it and apparently this company is a scam and steals money from the cards on file. Now im stressing because i dont make enough money as it is. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEM! I wish I can leave ZERO stars.

    I placed an order on May 16th and never received my order. The company created a shipping label with *** but never sent the package to *** for them to deliver it. I have attempted via multiple avenues to contact the seller, including the support form on their website, their shop contact info, and their support email. I never received any response to my multiple attempts at contacting them. They stole money from me, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this place!

    This place is a SCAM! I tried to order a plaque for my wife for Christmas. I never received the plaque. Just a light stand. Then for the last 5 months I've been charged for $38.77 per month! I didn't catch it until now. $193. Plus the $28.94 for the plaque I was suppose to receive.

    I placed an order back in February. The company sent an order # and I had paid for 2 day shipping. It took 3 weeks to receive the item which doesn't work as it should. Furthermore, there were 2 more charges for $38.77 on April 2 and May 1st. All you can do is email this company. Even though their website information is an address in *******, there is a phone number on my card statement for ********** ******************). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BETTER TO GO THROUGH Amazon for the same products. I have now had to cancel my card due to this.

    I placed an order in February 2024. After I placed my order, I googled the company and saw that it was a scam. I immediately cancelled my order and they refunded my purchase total, but they have charged me twice since then, once on March 1, and once on April 1, for $38.77 each time. The memo in my bank account says DIGITALCONTENTAPPS.

    I placed an order February 5th and paid for 2 day shipping. The order number is #******. So A week went by and I reached out and they said it was ready for shipping yet nothing happened. They told me it takes 3-6 business days to be made while the website said 1-3 business days. They told me it was being watched and made a priority to get out yet nothing happened. Two weeks went by and I missed Valentines Day because of it and wasnt able to give it to my significant other. I reached out and asked them to make it right but what they went and did was just cancel it and said I would get a refund. I told them I didnt want a refund so they said they would still ship it to make it right because of their s**** up. Two more weeks have gone by now making it over a month since *** ordered so I reached out again and they said I was issued a refund and that if the product comes I could keep it. Basically saying Im not getting the product. Every time I try to talk to them I get the same messages and it goes nowhere. Well I never got the refund and its been well over 3-10 business days like they said it would be. Now I simply asked them to give me a discount code so I could order it again but they wont even do that. At this point I have been scammed and will be in contact with my lawyers. Because I paid for a service and never received it nor did I get my money back. Cool part is they operate in ********** ** where I live so I may just visit that address.

    I ordered the is product and after 3 weeks all that showed up was the light stand and no plaque. Then, they charged me additional charges for a subscription service I never signed up for. They sell your credit card information to scammers. Change your credit card after purchasing from them if you have, otherwise do NOT purchase from this fraudulent company.

    Ordered from PrintYourPlaces the first week of February 2024 - after about 3 weeks I received my order (cant complain - ordered a product and received the product as promised) but a day after my order was delivered my bank flagged a fraudulent charge. Had to cancel my card and be issued a new one - after some quick research this seems to be a very common occurrence among folks who have purchased from PrintYourPlaces. Seems like theyre happy to give your credit card information to scammers. Stay away from this shady business
