In November 2024, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) investigated the business practices of Print Your Places. This investigation was prompted by numerous consumer complaints. Many consumers reported ordering merchandise online from Print Your Places, only to discover they were automatically signed up for a subscription service and had been charged monthly since their original purchase. Some consumers stated they received refunds after bringing the issue to the attention of Print Your Places.
