alleging Delivery, Service, and Refund Issues.


 


Specifically,
consumers complain they purchase products online not to have them delivered at
the time promised or to have them delivered to the wrong address. Other
consumers buy items and are charged monthly recurring charges without their
permission.


 


On November 15, 2024,
BBB sent correspondence to Print Your Places to request their voluntary
cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaints.


 


On January 29, 2025, Print Your Places responded with the following information as a means to eliminate the pattern of complaint: 


  


"We, at Print Your Places, acknowledge the concerns raised regarding customer complaints filed against our business, as outlined in your correspondence dated November 15, 2024. We take these complaints seriously and are committed to addressing them promptly and effectively to eliminate the recurring issues mentioned.


To demonstrate our commitment to improving our practices and resolving these concerns, we hereby agree to implement the following procedures and steps:


 


Timely and Accurate Deliveries


* Review and improve our order processing and shipping protocols to ensure all products are delivered to the correct address and within the promised timeframe.


* We do have very high order volume, and occasionally couriers can make mistakes. We have internally reviewed our delivery accuracy and find that we have a 99% accuracy rate.


 


Clear and Transparent Billing Practices


* As of Q1 2024, we are no longer offering our membership program due to customer feedback and complaints. This has been removed and will not be offered in the future.


 


Dedicated Customer Support


* As of Q4 2024, we have implemented a maximum response time of 24 hours and have staffed our customer support team accordingly


 


Regular Review of Complaints


* Conduct monthly audits of customer feedback and complaints to identify patterns and prevent future occurrences.


* Provide training to staff to address common issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.


 


Collaborative Resolution with BBB


* Actively cooperate with the BBB to resolve all unanswered complaints and demonstrate transparency in our business operations.


* Regularly update the BBB on the progress of our improvements and provide evidence of resolved complaints.


 


We sincerely apologize to any customers who experienced inconvenience and frustration due to these issues. Our team is committed to rebuilding trust and ensuring a positive customer experience moving forward.

Many consumers reported ordering merchandise online from Print Your Places, only to discover they were automatically signed up for a subscription service and had been charged monthly since their original purchase. Some consumers stated they received refunds after bringing the issue to the attention of Print Your Places.
