I ordered a custom plaque for a Christmas present on 12/9/23. I went through the customization process, providing the location and properly spelling the location to be put on the plaque. When it arrived for Christmas the company name "Flying Saucer" had been spelled incorrectly and printed as "Flyer Saucer". I immediately contacted the company, and have continued to contact them 4 other times all with no response. I am rejecting this response because: you have only shown the image you printed. I have clearly provided the receipt showing the correct name flying saucer and my typed out order form also saying flying saucer. You have just shown the image of the incorrect plaque that you misprinted. I would like my full refund. I sent 5 messages on numerous platforms with no response over the course of a month. All you've done is show that you made a mistake and not take responsibility. I have shown multiple images that I correctly sent the proper business name and typed it on the location name. I ordered a custom plaque for a Christmas present on 12/17/23. I also ordered a light stand with it, to illuminate it. I went through the entire customization process, including choosing the latitude and longitude coordinates to put on the plaque. I then selected express printing to have it guaranteed to make it there before Christmas, per their website. It did not arrive before Christmas. It never arrived at all. I received ONLY the light stand, which did not come quickly at all. And the plaque never came at all. When i contacted them, they said i only ordered a light stand, and nothing else. This was clearly either a software issue or a mess up on their end. When i contacted them i advised that i just wanted a refund because i paid express shipping and printing on something i never received and also that i would send the light stand back. I ordered on December 20th, 2023. I know for a fact that I picked the place and filled out the form to print a plaque. added it and the light stand to the cart. Apparently this company has a history of cheating their customers out of plaques and just shipping light stands as I read there many other complaints and reviews of the same problem. I want my Plaque that goes with the light stand... why in the h*** would you just want to order the light stand... or maybe idk call and ask the customer if that is what they actually wanted like you know actually providing customer service.Business Response

I respectfully reject your response. I was made to believe I was purchasing the whole I sign and that it would arrive before December 24th, 2023. This information was published on your website and in an Instagram ad. I wish to be made whole as you have profited from this and I still do not have a sign or a refund. I also paid for expedited 2 day shipping on December 20th, 2023, which didn't even ship till the 6th of January. I sent support requests which were never responded too. I believe your website and advertisements are intentionally misleading as you have not fulfilled your advertised promises.

On 12/19/23, I placed an order for a plaque with light stand for the for the first date with my wife. Print Your Places web site is set up to be deceitful. When the order finalized, the order processed for only the light stand only, without the plaque. I ordered one of the plaques with a stand. I filled out the little form, looked at a preview of my plaque, ordered it with a stand and paid for faster shipping. Not only did it take three weeks to get to me, missing Christmas completely, but I also only received the STAND. I am seeing on here that there are several others who also just received a STAND. This is unethical, because the way the website is designed makes you think you're ordering a plaque and a stand. Then when you dispute it here or anywhere else, they just say you only ordered a stand, and that the plaque is separate. Why would I go to this website to order the stand by itself? I was attracted to this product because of the plaque, and I filled out a form showing me what the plaque would look like! Misleading website, misleading advertising, unethical business venture going on here. I would love to get my plaque, or a refund, or SOMETHING. I mean, this is just absurd. I placed an order on 12/19/23 and I paid extra for 2 DAY SHIPPING. 2 hours after placing my order on their website, I emailed them requesting a change to my order. Their website VERY CLEARLY STATES cancelation or changes to orders must be made within 12 hours of the original purchase..I requested a change 2 hours after placing my order and I was told its too late, production has started on your order. It was clearly a computer that answered my email request and not a human. I sent countless emails pointing out THEIR cancelation/modification timeline (12 hours) and they are ignoring all my emails. I then demanded a refund and they FINALLY replied saying we can offer you a refund of $14.99 (2 day shipping cost). I refused and demanded a full refund! Theyve continued to ignore all my emails until yesterday 1/4/24, they said weve refunded you $14.99again, I paid extra for 2 day shipping on 12/19/23, its now 1/5/24, 17 DAYS AFTER PAYING EXTRA FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING, I tried to modify/cancel 2 HOURS within their 12 HOUR policy, they refuse to communicate with me. My full purchase price was $66.91.they will not follow their own 12 hour policy, they will not communicate with methats called THEFT in my opinion. I am rejecting this response because:Your website VERY CLEARLY STATES cancelations or modifications to orders MUST BE MADE WITHIN 12 HOURS of ordering, I requested to MODIFY my order 2 HOURS after placing the order and yet you DID NOT MODIFY my order, so I requested to cancel my order 6 HOURS after placing my order and I was told it was too late! You DID NOT ABIDE by your own policy of 12 hours and you have ignored 14 of the 17 emails I have sent in regards to this issue. I am demanding either a FULL REFUND (which I did before YOUR 12 HOUR POLICY) or, you can send me the item I emailed a modification for 2 hours after I placed my order, again, I emailed a modification in the timeframe of your 12 HOUR POLICY..I can show you and the BBB the multiple emails I sent inside your 12 HOUR POLICY window! There is only 2 ways to resolve this issue, a FULL REFUND or send me what I ordered, period! I find it extremely hard to believe that you could not cancel or modify my order 2 HOURS after I placed it! I am rejecting this response because because I have not received a refund YET.once the money that was STOLEN from me is in my bank account, I will then accept your response. I say stolen because of your complete lack of responsibility during this whole issue. I emailed you nearly 20 times to try and resolve this issue and my emails were ignored. When someone PAYS YOU their hard earned money, it is your OBLIGATION as a business owner to provide them with the exact service they purchased, and in this case, NOT ONLY did you NOT provide me with what I purchased, you also FAILED to ship said product in the timeframe for which EXTRA MONEY WAS PAID TO YOU TO DO SO. I requested a modification to my order 2 HOURS after ordering which was well within YOUR 12 hour policy, you ignored nearly all my emails, the list goes on and onyour business practices are horrible. This wouldve never happened had you abided by your own policy, period! And when people pay nearly 30% MORE of the original purchase price for the products theyre ordering for 2 DAY SHIPPING, that means you SHIP THEIR PRODUCT SO IT ARRIVES AT THEIR DOORSTEP IN 2 DAYS!

Placed an order on 12/9 for a proposal I had planned and paid for express delivery and to have the product moved to a higher on the production list, which also was an additional cost. The proposal was on 12/20, and by paying for express production, it should have been here from 12/14 to 12/16, per the website. It never came. I kept emailing them and ******** messaging them, but the phone beeps busy all the time. They started to reply to emails, but it was mostly automated. On 12/19, I asked if the print was done and if the frame wasn't could the print be overnighted. I got another automated message and told them to cancel the order. I received an email at the end of the month, well past my proposal and the date window of the extra fees I paid after saying cancel it that they were sending it and I should receive it. The order was placed on 12/12. I paid all the extra fees for express printing and delivery, making the window for arrival 3 to 5 days. This means ***** to ***** would have been arrival time. I had a wedding proposal on 12/21 that this was purchased for. On 12/19, I told the business I needed them to overnight, but it hadn't even started. On 12/20, I told them to cancel as it still hadn't started, and I drove to the place of my first date with my girlfriend to purchase items specific to the area of our first date since your company didn't uphold your commitment to delivery time for my proposal. On 12/27, this arrived after it was canceled. I have no use for it now the proposal has been made, and the item came without the base anyway and was thrown next to my steps in flowerbeds, not even in the mailbox. This company has poor business practices, false advertising delivery times and production times for extra fees, sending automated emails, and having the phone lines constantly beep busy. I purchased a similar product as part of the proposal and expect a refund, which I can send the product back If you wish. Fifteen days to send is unacceptable when 3-5 days were paid for. You ruin people's special moments and expect payment.
