    To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to address unauthorized charges that have appeared on my account after placing an order with Print Your Places on February 11, 2024, which I received on March 4, 2024.Subsequent to this order, I began receiving monthly charges for a "Digital Content Apps" subscription that I did not authorize or sign up for. These charges, totaling $38.77 per month, occurred from March 4, 2024, through August 6, 2025. This amounts to a total of $697.86 over 18 months.Upon discovering these unauthorized transactions, I promptly filed a dispute with my bank. However, on September 15, 2025, an additional charge of $33.72 for "Digital App Content" appeared on my account. This charge was made despite the fact that I had obtained a new card, and it appears the wording was altered to circumvent the previous dispute. This most recent charge has also been disputed with my bank.The total amount of unauthorized charges I have incurred over the past 19 months is $731.58. I demand a full refund for all these charges immediately.

    On December 10, 2023, I made an online purchase of a product from Print Your Places (**************************). On September 7, 2025, I learned that this same company (**************************) using the name of digitalcontentapps has been charging my debit card monthly since January 3, 2024 for a subscription service charge of $38.77. I never ordered, authorized or subscribed to a subscription service from this company. For the past 19 months, this company has been charging my debit card $38.77 per month for a total amount of $736.63 until I was forced to cancel my debit card due to this unauthorized and suspected fraudulent activity by this company. I demand a refund be issued to me for the $736.63 that has been removed from my bank account. An email has been sent to this company to this effect demanding a refund from them.NOTE: This is a resubmission of my original complaint filed on September 7, 2025 due to my email being omitted. I have now added my email address to my complaint to expedite communication between all parties involved.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business response appears to be a standard and automated reply to customers who have a complaint against this company. Their response indicates a "lifetime refund for ALL charges has been issued and your subscription has been successfully cancelled." First of all, what does it mean when it says, "a lifetime refund for ALL charges has been issued"? Secondly, I never authorized any monthly subscription services from print your places or digitalcontentapps. 

    I have read a multitude of complaints filed against print your places, and the same reply was provided to the people who have previously filed these complaints. $736.63 was removed from my banking account at $38.77 per month for the past 19 months. These transactions were NOT authorized, and I demand a full refund for this total amount of unauthorized transactions to remediate this situation.

    I purchased a plaque from Print Your Places in Feb of 2024 for my wife for *********** day, little did I know that I would be charged a subscription fee of $38.77 every month for the last ************************************************************************************************* service for the amount paid. This is literally theft, I expect $542.78 returned to my card. If not, see you in small claims.

    I just now noticed that I have been getting charged $38.77 every month since I have purchased from print your places December 1st 2023. This totals to $620.32 since it has started just for buying a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. I would like at least a full refund of that amount if possible. Thank you for your help

    Print Your Places is a front for a scam. They take your payment information ship your product (which is low quality and extremely slow to ship) and then they charge you a monthly subscription fee to a "yoga app" without your consent - stealing $40 monthly from you until you notice the charges. I did receive my initial product, albeit very low quality and 2 weeks late, and did not notice the fraudulent monthly charges for over a year. Admittedly, I should have noticed this fraudulent subscription earlier, but I am in the top 5% of US earners and do not typically notice something as small as a $40 charge on my account. When reached I reached out to them for information initially, I did not assume it was a scam, but it quickly became obvious when they would not give me any real information about the charge, the subscription agreement, the application name, or when the subscription started - all of which is very illegal for them not to provide per FTC regulation. They only offered a small refund of 1/2 of the charges for the last few months, $45 instead of the $500 they stole from me. Company owner was already sued (class action) in a different state (I think it was *******, but I don't remember) for doing this same thing. I plan to start a class action suit, get everyone their money back + damages, and put this man in jail. His name is **** ******. There are complaints all over the internet of his other companies doing the same thing. ***************************************

    I am rejecting this response because:

    In order to get my stolen money back, I had to point out repeatedly that charging my account for a subscription without my consent and not giving me any information about the charge or the subscription agreement is extremely illegal. THEN I had to threaten them with a class action lawsuit because this company has a TON of reports online from customers with the same issue AND the only time people get their stolen money back is when they report them here. Obviously, this is still a huge issue and all company leadership should be jailed, the companies shut down, and their customer's money returned with interest

    I still didn't get all of my money back. They claim to have refunded me the entire amount, but I was sent an email confirmation for 8 months of refunds plus their original claim of sending back 1/2 of the last few months. That still leaves them 2.5 months short, assuming I actually get the money back (it isn't in my account - might be a fake refund confirmation, might be bank processing; unsure yet).

    I invest my extra money and my returns over the last year are 115%. That opportunity AND the time it took to get this back was stolen from me as well. Even if I do actually get my money back, I am missing interest and damages, and he is still doing this to other people.

    I am owed at least $1000 more for interest and damages, and these company/s leaders are still stealing from people

    Confirmed Feb 6 I was supposed to recieve a light stand with my order as listed in the to be shipped. It was falsely advertised that I'd get the product before *********** day and the order itself is incomplete and this makes me very angry. I want this resolved

    according to print your places i subscribed and received an email for a "yoga" app subscription feb 2, 2024 which resulted in a monthly reoccurring charge of $38.77 from feb 2024 to jan 2025. i have never received an email nor gave permission for such advertisement. the only correspondence i have is the confirmation of the item i originally intended on buying from their website. i have emailed and message on their business ******** page for months and today was only time they responded but was only wanting to refund 3 months' worth vs the 11 they have been falsely charging me. i would like the full refund from feb 2024 to now to be refunded.

    Ordered a sign from Print Your Places in April of 2024. Turns out they've been charging me between $38.77 and $23.72 every single month since. 100% a scam. I will be doing everything in my power to get back all of they money they've stolen from me, and (hopefully) every other victim of theirs.

    I ordered a sign from this company. They charged and collected the original $60.85 for the order made on 9/29/2023. During the check out process they did not disclose there would be a monthly charge of $38.77 every month after the original purchase it is now 12/02/2024 and they have charged me every month after and disguised it as appmontlyclub with no phone number anything. The charges started after making that purchase. I insist on being reimbursed from them because there never any mention about a subscription when placing the order.

    I ordered a product from Print Your Places as a *********** gift February 5th, 2024 for $47.85, and recently discovered the company has been charging my account $38.77 per month since then for nine months. These charges come around the 28th of every month. This complaint is due to the fact that 1) I did not consent or agree to and 2) was not made aware of at the time of purchase. This has resulted in my being fraudulently charged $348.93 in the past 9 months. I am filing a complaint in order to 1) stop these recurring charges from being placed in the future and 2) receiving a complete refund of $348.93 as soon as possible.
