    I ordered from this business on the 16th. They sent an email on the 20th that it was ready to ship. Hasnt shipped. Emailed 3 times. Nothing. Called twice. First time I called was the number listed in their website. Disconnected. Imagine that. Called the number on my bank statement. Nothing. No wonder this place has a rating of F from you.

    I purchased an item from printyourplaces.com on 12/14, order #*****. It is a plaque with an address that has significance to you. I provided the address and the caption I wanted on the plaque. The company changed my order without consulting me to make an image of a completely different location. I have submitted four tickets to their ********************************** email address. Their website promises a response within 24 hours. I have received no response from them. There is no phone number on their website. The address they have on the web has nothing there. They took *****, did not provide the item I ordered and are not responding to requests to fix the order or refund the money. I have given them 24 hours to respond to my latest support request, and then I will be filing a fraud charge with my credit card company.

    I placed an order online on December 16th with Print Your Places as a Christmas gift for my wife. I noticed the business address is in GA and felt confident that there was enough time to print a map on plexiglass and ship it across town. The order never left their facility and the tracking never updated. It's January 4th, 2023 and despite my reaching back out to them on December 27th, they sent a canned reply stating that my order was processed on 12/21/2022. This email is a copy of the one they sent a week prior, stating that my order was processed on 12/16/2022. I replied back with a screen shot of their original email to me and have not heard from them again. Finally, I sent an email requesting a refund as the order has never been sent and their customer service has been abysmal. There is NO phone number listed anywhere which is a huge red flag for me. I believe they are hiding from my request and have no intent on sending what I paid for. I want an acknowledgment from the company and a refund...I'm no longer interested in the product thanks to this experience.

    I paid for their product, premium printing, 4 day shipping, and shipping protection over 2 weeks ago. Not only has the product not even shipped, they provided fake shipping numbers for my order through both **** and **** neither of which have an order with the tracking number they provided. They also list a fake business location in *******, *******...despite operating out of ********. They've ignored the numerous attempts I've made to resolve this issue in good faith. Ultimately, after weeks without a single update I requested a refund from the company. Predictably, I've received no response thus far. This purchase was intended as a gift. At this point, I don't expect this scam company to refund me, but it would be great to at least ensure that this online fraud is eliminated so that no other unsuspecting customers get scammed.

    I ordered a print from this merchant on December 20. I have emailed customer service asking when this will ship to me and they refuse to tell me what date. They are unresponsive and at this point, I want a full refund. They never shipped me my order! Order #: *****.

    I placed an order for a Print Your Places plaque. They sent a proof that I approved. A few days later it arrived and wasn't even close to what I ordered. This is a Christmas gift. They do not have a phone number listed so I reached out via email, ******************************* You name it. They FINALLY responded via email, but it is copy/paste and is not helpful. Christmas is next week and they are ignoring my communications. Not the only one having this issue, either.
