On February 1, 2023, I placed an online order for a commemorative plaque, desk stand, expedited shipping and packing. Order total was $94.80. On February 8, 2023, I received an email that my order was ready to ship and was provided a tracking number. Since February 8th, my package has not shipped, my tracking number has not been updated, and the company has been non-responsive to my emails seeking clarity. I placed an order on 2/3/2023 for the amount of $61.83. I ordered a custom map plaque and desk stand. The companies specifically states on their website that orders ship out in 1-3 days. The date today is currently 2/11/2023 and my order has still not shipped. I've reached out to the company over email half a dozen times with zero reply. I've reached out to them over ******************** and I even attempted to call their number listen on their website which has been disconnected. My ORDER #****** . Print Your Places (on Instagram)December 11, 2022 - Bought the map plaque, stand, and key chain mini-version. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY I paid $7 USD for Express Delivery Printing fee, but the product arrived in 20 business days instead of **** as the company advertises.Customer Service email replies are essentially templates/form letters. They regurgitate the same info you provide to them and ignore and do not reply to specific questions. When questioned about delivery status they merely refer me to the *** tracking number I had to begin with. The *** tracking number had no real information on the status of my delivery. A second, associated tracking number provided by Print Your Places was deemed to be non-existent by the *** tracker. I requested a refund for the Express Printing Fee. I assumed this fee would expedite the production and shipping of my map plaque, stand, and map plaque key chain. They ignored this request in one of my emails. The product arrived eight business days late (based on the outside range provided by them of **** business days). Nearly two weeks late!Print Your Places thought it acceptable to ship the map plaque in a thin, slightly bubble packaged envelope (you can their packaging online in its promotional footage), 4300kms/2600 miles across the continent. The envelope was totally ripped and scuffed up in multiple places. The map plaque arrived totally destroyed; scratch marks and gouges all over. The mini-map on a key chain was in a separate package!! I notified them immediately about the destroyed packaging and product, and a missing product that was not delivered. I waited 15 more business days for the replacement map plaque to be delivered. FRAUD My map plaque stand was not delivered. I notified them immediately in the first instance about the missing stand they failed to deliver to me. I paid $14.95 for the plastic stand. Print Your Places will not respond to my enquiries about sending me the product I ordered. This is fraud. PRODUCT Map plaque - Very cheap looking. Obviously, Massive profit for them based on what they are providing. Junk/garbage!Dont waste your money on the mini version key chain map plaque. You cant see your special location nor many of the surrounding streets.Dont waste your money on the map plaque stand. $14.95 for a very small piece of plastic. Well, I can only tell from photos because theyve defrauded me by not providing this add-on product that I paid for.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company online on 1/23/2023. I paid extra for expedited processing, and was given a guarantee of shipping within 1-3 days. After 7 days and there had been no update, I emailed customer service. They replied the next day giving me a tracking number (processed that day) and said that *** is understaffed, etc, etc and to expect delays, deflecting responsibility. Upon checking the *** tracking number, the package had not been received, and as of this writing (2 full weeks after the product was ordered) the tracing number still hasn't updated, which means the product hasn't left their facility or that the tracking number is fake. I suspect the latter is the most likely, as I have done some research on reviews of this company (which I should have done initially) and ALL of the reviews are bad. I mean ALL of them...the ones that aren't generated by their own website any way. Many mention the fake tracking numbers that I spoke of before. After reading these I emailed the company again asking for a full refund, and have heard nothing.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company for a gift. I paid extra money to protect the shipment. It was suppose to ship within 3-5 days from *******. It did not. Upon emailing support - I received a bogus tracking number. Then I tried calling - the number listed on their website is fake. *** tried reaching out several other times to no avail. I am working with PP to attempt to get a refund but they have a limited amount of time you have to wait. This is so frustrating.
