I originally placed an order on 1/22/2023 for a plaque and wooden stand that lights up the plaque. When the order arrived, the information on the plaque was completely wrong. I e-mailed expressing my frustration because I needed the product by Valentines Day (the website was advertising Valentines Day sales, so I thought it would be a perfect gift). The correct product eventually arrived, but it was 2 weeks after Valentines Day so essentially the gift was useless, and they refused to give me compensation for the trouble and late arrival. Aside from that, the wooden stand was useless, the plaque was too loose in the stand and the stand kept falling over. I emailed them numerous times and they told me to use tape or stand it against a wall - a completely idiotic response as it defeats the purpose of the stand. They even lied to me saying they never heard that complaint from other customers, but it seems numerous customers have complained on BBB regarding how the stand doesnt work. Ive emailed them numerous times to refund me or exchange the stand but they dont respond. Theyve essentially sold me a faulty product and stolen money from me.Initial Complaint

Order # ****** - I purchased a plaque that is supposed to have the coordinates and a picture of an important place that I also paid extra for a lighted base that holds the plaque in place and lights the plaque. Issues:1. It doesnt have the location of our first place on the map. They placed a different location in the center of the map. *************** was the location and that was provided when ordered. That should be in the center of the map, not a random place. That is what you advertised and why you asked for specific address when the order was completed. 2. They sent a defective stand. It does not hold the plaque created. The plaque falls over since the base is cheap and light weight. Also doesnt light the plaque up. 3. The phone number is not valid and changes every time the website is pulled up. Zero option to correct issues, besides email. I made my request you for a return label so I can return the defective and incorrect items for a completely refund with in the companys 7 day of delivery policy. Package delivered February 21st. I placed refund request 2/27/23.Company policy:Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we receive your request after 7 days of delivery we cannot accomodate you. Their response:Our printing software does not highlight the exact address/restaurant/building you have provided in your order details. The map can only show the area surrounding the address.Our location map only intends to show the general area of the location and not exactly the place.We haven't heard this issue from other customers regarding the stand, so not sure how this happened. We recommend either using double sided tape or duct tape to tape it down. Or, it could be leaned against a wall.They said use duct tape to fix issue not send return label or refund my money.Initial Complaint

I encountered this company through Instagram and placed an order for one of their custom plaques as a gift. Upon receipt, I noticed that the custom address I had entered had not been printed correctly (somewhere in a totally different state). I submitted a request in a timely manner to the company's support email. They asked for proof of the mistake. I promptly sent them a photo of the plaque I received. I sent several follow up emails, attempted to call the number on their website (not a valid # as it turns out), and reached out via Instagram. No communication has been received from them since sending proof of the error. I believe they may be a larger scam that never intended to custom print but just s**** people out of money. I feel dumb for even trusting the company, which I have since reported on Instagram. The amount of money I spent was negligible for me (< 40$) but I would like some accountability. Their refund policy states that any error in their product would be corrected, but they have not made true on that policy in my case. A Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I made an order from this website based for a plaque and an illuminated light stand that holds it to celebrate my anniversary.To start the complaint, the plaque they show in the photo online is a black smooth finish. What arrived was a small piece of unfinished wood that cant even hold the plague because the base is too small. If the plaque could stand straight up it may have been able to support it but the cut for the insert of the plaque is so wide it forces the plaque to sit at such an angle that makes it just fall over instead.So not only did they not ship me what they listed on their website, what they did sent me doesnt even work as intended.Last there is the final part of the problem. The companies response. I initially sent them an email with a video attached showing the base falling over with the plaque and at that time I only asked that they send me another stand that a) matches the picture they show online and b) holds the plaque up. These people had the audacity to tell me theyve never heard of this problem from anyone else before so I should try to tape the stand down instead or lean it against the wall. Thus completely defeating the purpose of the stand. I have tried to contact them seperately multiple times now and that response has be n copy pasted to every email back i got, so clearly they have had this issue with other customers since Im not even getting a direct response that isnt a copy pasted one.At this point, I am asking for wither 1) A new stand sent to me that both matches their picture online and does what it is supposed to (both hold and illuminate the plaque) or 2) A full refund of the entire order due to their insultingly careless attitude in handling this issue.Initial Complaint

I saw an advertisement on Instagram for a plaque that you can customize and order for Valentines Day, and since it was a gift I knew my boyfriend would appreciate, I placed an order. When the order arrived, it was the incorrect order. I verified with my order history that I did not cause the mistake, and I immediately emailed the company to have it rectified. The company took three business days to respond with an apology and a solution, which was satisfactory at the time. However, one week later and there still was no update for the corrected order to be shipped, not any instructions for returning the incorrect product. A week prior to valentine's *** I placed an order to receive a product from this company. when the product arrived it just not even close to what I asked for everything about the product was wrong. when trying to contact customer support they just kept beating around the ****. I tried asking over and over if they Could just refund my payment for about a week now with no response in my eyes this is theft. Order #****** was placed Feb 16th. All notifications via email list my shipping address. Feb 22nd I was to receive package via **** however I never did. I contacted **** and they informed me they package shows sent to a different address, a wrong address. And due to privacy **** can NOT share the address with me of where it was sent. I have reached out via email and their social media looking for a resolution. Purchased on 2/3/2023. Company website stated "Ships in 1-3 ***s". I paid $9.95 for a "Desk Stand + Naviguard Shipping Protection + Express Printing" bundle to ************** out faster for Valentine's *** on 2/14/2023. The product was not shipped until 2/11/2023 according to *** tracking information. As of 2/21/2023, the package is still not received. Contacted customer support for a return and refund, due to the fact that Valentine's *** had already passed and this product was no longer needed due to abnormally slow printing and shipping. I received the following reply: "Thank you for reaching out to us.Unfortunately, our refund policy states that you must notify us of cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.Please note all customers agree to our terms and conditions at the time of purchase.Your order is currently in the process of being either printed or shipped.Please check your email for the tracking number which will be sent in accordance with our shipping terms." My husband purchased a gift from Print Your Places order #*****. He selected the location to be printed on the gift as Camino Real at ****************************************************************************. The gift has another location on it showing ***************************************. The two locations are not close to one another. Weve been calling the company for awhile and leaving messages with no return call. Now the phone number listed is disconnected. We sent an email form and they responded and stated Thank you for reaching out to us.Our printing software does not highlight the exact address/restaurant/building you have provided in your order details. Its in 2 different cities, 21 minutes away. The product shouldve at least showed a picture of ********* not Antioch, **. I responded back to them and explained that the location he entered isnt in the picture its actually another city. They are now ignoring the emails as well. We just want what we paid for if they cant provide that then we do want our money back.
