    I placed an order on December 6th and my order number is ****** and Ive sent several emails checking on the status of my order. I need to know 100% that I have it been scammed!!!! I need to know that I am really going to get the package or not. This was ordered to be a Christmas present for my wife. And I had full confidence in the site from the reviews that I read. But I am starting to lose that confidence since the lack of communication with the company. All I am hearing back in the email replies is the package is currently with **** You mentioned that the tracking link did not provide an estimated delivery date, which can sometimes happen if there's a delay in the carrier's system updates. However, based on the time since your order was placed, which is 10 days ago, it's still well within our standard delivery timeframe of up to 21 days I need do know if am not going to receive my package, and if am not I need to get a full refund back to my checking account. So please let me know. All I am getting is emails saying that my package is on the way. And I get an email saying they understand that I am wanting my package. They say my tracking number with *** is **************************. Everytime I log in to check the status with the *** tracking number I get the following ( the picture I uploaded to this message) Thank you in advance for anything you can do to help me with this situation. ***********************************

    I ordered a plaque 9 days ago with the promise of 3 to 5 day shipping now they say their window of shipping is 21 days so they will not issue a refund. They also said they have no information on shipping or production. This is an outright scam. Hundreds of the same complaints online. Don't buy from this company.

    This business is a legitimate scam. They have now charged my debit card AGAIN for absolutely nothing. I have attached the pictures so you can see. I have read comments on other complaints saying they have done the same to other people. I have filed a fraud charge on this business and my bank is investigating and getting the money back. You need to shut this scam down asap.

    Can you guys not see this is a legitimate scam they're talking about I signed up for a service I did no such thing and they can't even tell what the service is and they say ** tell ** what the service is and we will assist you with canceling this service they don't even know what it is there is thousands of complaints online about this company doing the exact same thing to other people this is a legitimate scam I would think that the Better Business Bureau would be able to see through these weak responses on their emails and be able to tell that this is a legitimate scam and something needs to be done about it

    I ordered my plaque on 12/6/23. I also paid extra for express tracked 2 day shipping. They also state everything ships in 1-3 days. It has been five business days and my order is still pending. I also emailed twice and got no response at all and their is no phone number to call.

    I ordered the first date plaque with me and my wifes first day with a print transferred onto a glass. They only sent me the the base never the artwork they charge my credit card twice. This is a fraudulent company. *** tried repeatedly to get my artwork that I paid for no response nothing at all these are the worst people ever.

    My order was submitted with a typo. I immediately submitted a support ticket with my correction. I also followed up directly with support. I proceeded to follow up multiple times as the only response I had received was automated.They finally responded days later saying I had submitted my correction too late and their production team hadn't received my ticket in time. Completely because THEIR support team sat on my ticket. If they even shared it to begin with.I did just get a notice that my entirely useless order has shipped!I have filed a dispute with my bank.Look elsewhere for your sentimental gift needs.

    I ordered a Map Plaque from this company which advertised submitted coordinates centered on the map. I received my map plaque with the coordinates off to the side almost cut off the map> I reached out to the company for a replacement and was told coordinates submitted were just an estimate and can be off-centered. All of the advertised plaques have the coordinates centered on the map. I sent several follow-up emails, messaged on their website and instagram with no response. I called their business number listed with no response. I would like a replacement plaque made. If I cannot get a replacement I would like a refund. I contacted them within the 7 days of delivery as instructed. I also left a review with 1/5 stars complaining about the lack of customer service and it was never posted on their website.

    I ordered a custom plaque from this company around a month ago and I have still not received my order. I have gotten a tracking number from them, but it has only shown that they received the information for the shipment but there has been no activity for over 2 weeks. I have tried to contact their customer service to get any updates but they have not been helpful. They just confirmed that the tracking number shows the shipping partner is awaiting the package and nothing else.I have tried to contact them asking for a refund since it's been over a month and I have not received my order or any relevant updates and now they have been silent.     Hello! On January 13, I placed an online order for 2 map plaques and a desk stand + keychain from Print Your Places. It was a Valentine's *** gift for my boyfriend and the plaque was to display the location of our first date. I entered the name of the coffee shop which pulled up the address, and the resulting map uses GPS coordinates to show the neighboring businesses, etc on the plaque. When I received the item, I noticed that many of the nearby restaurants had been closed for years. For example Ingredient in ******* ** closed in 2016 (8 years prior to when I ordered). The coffee shop I listed would have been shown if they had used a mapping system within the past couple of years as it opened in mid 2021. Nowhere on their web site does it state that their software is magnitude outdated. Additionally the plaque stand was chipped.I tried to contact the company through the following methods and never received a response back:1. Three emails to support email they list (**********************************)2. Phone - Number listed on website is out of order (************)3. Contact us Form on website 4. ******** messenger 5. Instagram message on one of their advertisements I've attached: order receipt + 3 emails I sent to company + picture of plaque.I love the product I thought I was getting and would like my plaques replaced using current and correct mapping software.Thanks for your help, I'm very grateful.***********************

    Purchase date: February 8, 2023 ORDER #****** Total $63.90 USD Product selling:Print your Places is selling a product that depicted on a specific "place" on a map. They ask for a specific address for your "place" and advertise they will print your "location" on a map. Many pictures on their site depict customers with their products that clearly show a "place" by name and location in the middle of the map. From restaurants, to other points of interest, the "place" with an address is clearly labeled on the product.Product received: February 22, 2023 Product took 3 weeks to get to me even with paying for "Express printing"During this time I have received over 10 marketing emails from the company. Sent out initial (2) emails to customer service: February 22, and February 28 2023, First and only contact with customer service: March 1st, ******* Emails I have sent that have been ignored: March 1, 7th and 9th. (Today is March 19, no response still)Only email support has sent contents:"Our printing software does not highlight the exact address/restaurant/building you have provided in your order details. The map can only show the area surrounding the address.Our location map only intends to show the general area of the location and not exactly the place."My issues:- ****** maps, bing maps, map quest, etc all are able to show the restaurant name at the address I supplied on their maps. Print your Places delivered product does not show my restaurant, it shows an almost bare map of the streets. Confusing and pointless.- Company name is "Print You Places" not "Printing the general area of the specific address provided" - I ended up showing this gift to my wife and she did not know what it was for until I explained it was a map intended to show the restaurant of our first date.Waste of time and money. The company is misleading and wrong, and offer no support; only spamming me with advertisement emails.
