    Ordered a plaque from this with express printing and 2 day shipping. I never got a tracking number for my order despite the emails they sent saying id get them in a few days. Its been about 2 weeks now and my emails are being ignored about my order and ive never received my product. I just want a refund at this point because its ridiculous

    I placed an order on December 22, and paid extra for guaranteed 2 day delivery. On my order conformation page it says 1-3 days handling time. I was not expecting it to arrive in 2 days because of the holiday, but today is January 2, and it has now been 12 days since my order. On my order page it still says preparing for shipping. I reached out to customer service on December 28 and expressed my concern. They replied saying that it would ship out in the next 1-2 days. Fast forward to today, 5 days after their reply, and it still has not shipped out. I tried reaching out again, only to realize they have either blocked me or they have shut down their email/customer service entirely because the message comes back as undeliverable. Scam confirmed. I paid $46.95 and I am seeking a full refund for an item that obviously I will never get. After searching on ****** for reviews, they only get 1 star reviews for exactly the same thing. Nobody ever actually seems to get their orders. Scam company.In the screenshots that I provided, you can see that I ordered and received an order confirmation on December 22. I emailed them on December 28, to which they replied promptly saying it would be another 1-2 days. 5 days later, I emailed them again to which the email was redirected back to me because they have blocked me. In the last screenshot, with the order confirmation screen, you can see at the very top it says ships in 1-3 days. 12 days later this is clearly not the case and clearly a scam.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, their response was misleading.  They said that my order was partially fulfilled, but that partial fulfillment was only a free 100 date ideas that was included with my purchase that was emailed to me immediately after I made my purchase.  It wasnt something I wanted or something I paid for.  Also, they said if I have any questions to reach out to them but that is impossible, and the main reason I initiated a complaint to begin with, because they either blocked me from contacting them, or they shut down their email customer support.  Either way, I couldnt have possibly reached out to them if I wanted to.  Regardless, I am satisfied with a refund.  Thank you.

    I recently purchased their product on 12/1/23. One of the pieces was missing and I reached out to them. I was told that a replacement would be sent and it has now been over a month and no info about my replacement. Ive only received automated response emails and have yet to actually talk to someone. Now when I inquire about my replacement, my emails do not go through as if Ive been blocked

    Print your place took my money for a product that I only got 1/2 of. It was a plaque made to commemorate the wife and my date we met. On November ********************** with them. I waited the usual 2 weeks that others have gotten theirs, according to their testimonial on their site. I received the digital book which was free with purchase on the 27th. I received the LED base but no plaque. So being 2 separate packages Id say there should be 2 tracking numbers but they only furnish 1 and keep referring back to the same one, saying it was delivered. Here it is New Years Eve and they just keep giving me the runaround. Nothing yet from them and December 19th was the last time they responded to my emails.

    This business advertises conventionally and via social media that they provide personalized maps related to special moments in the customers' lives. They offer expedited shipping for an additional fee and then neglect to produce or ship any product whatsoever. While the fee is nominal, around $50, this is a brazen, illegal operation, conducting business out in the open and banking on the hope that customers will either not care because the loss is relatively small or be too embarrassed to admit that they were scammed. This model of open scamming should be the easiest form of robbery to prevent by making the public aware of the companies conducting business this way.

    I am rejecting this response because this company is not producing or shipping anything and certainly are not intending to refund the money I paid. They are sending periodic, vague, stock emails masquerading as updates to placate customers who don't have, and will never receive, the product they paid for. It's an illegal enterprise operating in broad daylight which will make it all the easier to prove when this issue is escalated.

    Placed an order on Dec 19th for my wifes birthday, manufacturing says 3 days and I opted for express (2 day) shipping. Still have received no shipping update and every email I send is met with what is clearly an automated response.

    Ordered a first date placard for my girl friend for Christmas on 11/26. Took several days to arrive but when I opened the package they only sent the stand and not the placard. I contacted customer support who apologized very quickly and told me they would send a replacement and give me a small discount on my order. Almost a month goes by and I hear nothing to my 4 followup emails. Finally after Christmas I get an email saying I never placed an order for the placard and I only bought a stand. They would not be doing anything more to help me. Just a bunch of con artists and scammers and liars.

    My daughter made a purchase. Never got any confirmation emails or tracking. Her card was charged ***** on December 15th. I email and someone keeps replying saying its been over 30 days so they cant issue a refund (its been 11 days as today is the 26th) then the person replied saying they couldnt find any orders. Yet I have a credit card statement showing the charge.

    I ordered from this company on December 6 trying to get a gift for my wife the website advertises delivery in 2 to 3 business days. It has now been 20 days and nothing has come. I have demanded a refund and no one has responded. This was a Christmas gift for my wife. They essentially ruined our Christmas by not fulfilling their promise and yet they will not refund my money or respond to any of my emails.
