Hello! I placed an order on Feb 2, 2024 to ************************** for $25.66. I recently noticed that I have been getting a monthly charge from Feb 24-Oct 24 (payment is pending for tomorrow) by DIGITALCONTENTAPPS for $38.77. Total $310.16. This is not something I signed up for and cannot seemed to find anything more on it than what is listed in my bank statement and reviews of other people experiencing the same thing. However, it appears the subscription is still active. I currently have a transaction pending in my bank account that is identical to the ones I received the refund for. I have been receiving charges to my account for ***** for over 8-9 months when I have never signed up for any subscription. I have tried entering into contact with the digitalcontentapp charge accounts phone number and their response was unsatisfactory to me. I have not noticed these payments dude to the inconspicuous charge title and refuse to admit to the false claim that I signed up for this. I asked for proof of the fact I agreed to the terms and conditions of the so called subscription but they said they couldnt do that for me. I am very unsatisfied and require a full reimbursement for the fraudulent charges on my account that total upwards to $387.70.Business Response

I paid the business "Print Your Places" a one time fee for $56.85 on February 14, 2024 for a valentines day gift for my wife. Ever since then, this "business" has been charging my account under the name DIGITALCONTENTAPPS for $38.77 every month for a total of $232.63. Like all the other complaints on this BBB profile my bank card was charged every month for 2 or 3 months at the same amount as everyone else because of some phantom subscription service that I was auto enrolled in when just making a purchase and I'd like my money refunded. I ordered a simple plaque as a *********** gift. I received the item as promised, but then shortly after I started getting recurring charges on my credit card from a different merchant "DIGITALCONTENTAPPS" for $38.77. After a quick ****** search I realized many other customers of ********************** had the same issue. I emailed them requesting the charges stop and to refund them, as nowhere throughout the purchasing process was there anything about a subscription service. Their emailed response:"Thank you for getting in touch with us! We've successfully and immediately upon receiving this email canceled your app subscription to ensure there will not be any further charges. In terms of your refund, the policy specifies that you have the duration of the free trial period to cancel in order to not be billed. Upon accepting the trial, an email was promptly sent confirming your subscription start date, along with detailed instructions for cancellation. You had the option to cancel online, via the provided email, or by reaching out to our customer service helpline. Additionally, once billed you are granted 30 days of access to the platform that we are unable to revoke. I understand this most likely is not the conclusion you wanted so I spoke with my supervisor, and despite providing full access to the application for the past 3 months and the next 30 days. I'm delighted to inform you that I have been granted approval to process a 50% refund on the past three months of charges. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to the original payment card."All of this is categorically false. I received no confirmation about an "app" that doesn't exist, there was nothing in the checkout process that mentions an app or a subscription, and the items on my receipt clearly state "one-time purchase". This is a scam through and through, and them acknowledging an app service proves that is it their company that is running the scam.Business Response
