    Sometime before Valentines Day (I cant access my full statements) I purchased a plaque from Print Your Places showing the place my partner and I got together. Since then I have been charged 3 more times for $38.77, bringing it to a total of $155.08. I never signed up for any subscription knowingly.

    I ordered a product from this company. I had no issue with the product but after purchasing this I was charged a $38.77 subscription fee. There is absolutely nothing on their website or when I purchased this that I would be charged a subscription fee. I have contacted them and keep getting told that my "subscription" has been cancelled but I still get charged monthly. Upon investigating online I see several other people who had the same issue. l ordered this back in October so the charge has been happening since then.

    I had placed an order in February. Order number #*************. And ever since i have been charged $38.77. USD every month. I saw online. Many people have same issue. I would like my refund and have them stop charging me every month

    i have never signed up for any subscription and never signed up for any coupons either. Can they show where and what have I signed up for. Because I just ordered a plaque and stand from them and nothing else.

    Purchased plaque with stand and it arrived however they started charging under the name of digitalcontenapps for $38.77 I didnt realize it until it happened a second time. I never signed up for it

    This company unknowingly signs you up for a monthly subscription of $38.77 after making a purchase of one of their products. On February, March, and April 5th Ive been charged $38.77 after my January 15th purchase of their product (a placard commemorating a first date). A quick ****** search will find hundreds of other customers who have experienced this same thing. *** contacted my bank and reported the charges as fraudulent. How does the **************** allow this sort of business practice?

    I ordered from this site without checking the reviews. Will not happen again, as I didnt receive the order when they stated I would, and I am now dealing with the same issue from others stating they use your card info to sign you up for recurring subscriptions that you cant cancel. They refuse to refund me or remove my card information. I will be reaching out to file a legal complaint if this issue is not resolved.

    I am currently in a committed, long distance relationship with my boyfriend. I had cherished the idea of purchasing a map of our first date so we could remember the good times. I made the buy on a whim on 02/06/2024. They promised lightning fast, easy, smooth shipping within 3 days. They promised tracking, which I never received. After 3 days, I emailed and called the number to reach out regarding my order. A reply never came. Some several weeks later, they sent an automated email asking for a review. I found many comments on their products online discussing a scam in which Print Your Places takes a recurring amount out of the account you used. I just learned that one had been taken out of my bank account. The product in question was a map of a special place. My boyfriend received the product very nearly a month later. Now, I have to wait the allotted time for a new card because of the business' actions and face late fees for bills that I need to pay. It is drawing back mental agony realizing how bad off my relationship with this individual was and how hard I tried to make it better. I'm desiring this fraudulent company be shut down.

    ordered a printyourplaces plaque for valentines day sale advertised through instagram. ordered about a week before the 14th, expecting it to arrive around then. arrived 2+ weeks later around the 21st with scratches already on the plastic, figured **** only paid around ~7$ and figured that was that.2 weeks after that and again 30 days after the first I receive two charges for 38.77$ on my card. one on 2/29 and again on 3/29 under the name "digitalcontentapps" a ****** search links this name with printyourplaces. appears they add you to a monthly subscription without any consent and continue charging you monthly under a name they hope can hide in your bank listing.

    I am rejecting this response because: I wasn't given any info on what I was signed up for either. I received no receipt or explanation. Searching my email for that amount showed no results. I do somewhat remember a sneaky question about a service after paying for the print, something that as soon as it was shown was gone off the screen, the amount was not agreed upon or accepted. 

     

    I have now gone through the process of canceling my card and requested a charge back through my bank.

    After receiving product from the company. I was under knowingly, entered into a subscription program costing me $38 a month for three months until I noticed and had to get a new card. It is a scam and I dont know how this business is allowed to continue.
