I purchased a little commemorative placard from printyourplaces.com in the amount of ***** on February 2nd 2024, i received the placard as advertised. After that, on February 26, ********************************** the amount of ***** attributed to digitalcontentap which got a fraud alert. I thought it was one of my husbands expenses and approved it, even though it was on my card. Then, on March 23, 2024 i got another fraud alert for the same ***** and asked my husband for information about the charge. We both could not figure it out until we really traced through our expenses and googled this charge and believe we found the culprit detailed in a ****** post and several other sites listing this as a scam. We did not knowingly sign up for any services from this vendor.Business Response

Placed an order for an item then found several reviews online indicating this was a scam site so I promptly cancelled the purchase and then received a shady charge for ***** which was not even near the purchase amount originally. After doing further research many others have also received said amount on card and have claimed fraud against this company. I ordered a plaque for my fiance about a month before valentines day and heard nothing for updates for multiple weeks, then started to get non discrete updates saying that it was in production etc. After about a month I told them I'd file a complaint and I wanted a refund, it shows that my order may have been refunded but I don't know if I even believe them I'd have to check again with my bank. Then they told me they felt so bad that they were going to not only refund but get me a free plaque, the plaque arrived a month later only for the date and the location I requested as a display on the place where I met my fiance to be completely incorrect. The plaque was even a little dinged to and the product seems just super low quality. I have never had such a horrible customer service experience with a conpany and to get the run around and such poor service for what was supposed to be a sentimental gift for a loved one makes it even more disgusting, reading all of these reviews makes me feel like everyone who does business with them has similar experiences. I'm going to check again to make sure that I got my refund because this is a really sketchy company. I even paid extra to get it rushed to me before valentines day as well and all I got was a bunch of ill informed excuses and a terrible product that was not what I wanted, not on time and not worth the money or the hassle of what it even took to get the comoaby to respond to any concerns I had. I'm still kind of confused I don't know if it is a scam or just understaffed etc but I am super concerned and did not want to leave this review, wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but that did not make things right by the customer at the end of the day. Placed an order back on Jan. 25 (#******) for a Map Plaque and Light Stand. My total for that was $50.85. And, while I received that product (though that itself was s*** compared to what was advertised), that's not the nature of this complaint.A month after my order (Feb. 17), I received a charge for $38.77 (an EXACT dollar amount many others have mentioned). The charge originates from DIGITALCONTENTAPPS, but DIGITALCONTENTAPPS and Printyourplaces share the same phone number... interesting. I was only notified of this charge today, as my bank - being ever vigilante - reached out to me of the charge prior to reconciling February's bill. Thankfully, I was able to dispute this charge, but at the cost of cancelling my credit card, and all the associated woes that go along with that.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because it is in no way based in reality. I never signed up for a coupon club, nor would I have. Nor have I ever received said coupons from said club. Is that how easy it is to run a business, *****? ****, deny, deny, all while stealing money? I don't need a refund, nor do I need you to cancel anything. If you could read, you'd have noticed the part of my previous message where I stated I cancelled my card. Our interactions are through, bill the dead card for as long as you like.

I ordered a lighted plaque from this company on or about 2/7/2024.The product was subpar, but my complaint isn't about that. I paid for the product, it arrived, deal is done. Shortly thereafter, I received a fraud alert from my bank, *****, saying there was a charge flagged from someone called 'digital app store'. I didn't recognize it, so I blocked it. After days of digging, I found a large number of folks in am online forum who had all linked the fraud to Print Your Places.So, My bank caught their first attempted charge as fraud, but the aftermath has been ridiculous. Having to scramble to pay for things while waiting for a new card. Then having to switch all my bills to the new card.The company fraudulently enrolls buyers into a monthly fee for 'digital apps' OR they are giving buyers' information to an illegal scam ring that is doing the same. There are a few variations, but all are similar named Payee and exact same monthly amount. This should not happen in *******. Shameful... they should be shut down.Business Response

I ordered a Desktop Plaque as a gift. Plaque was to contain text and a special date of June 27, 2005. Plaque should have arrived under two weeks of order. Received Plaque after four weeks with the wrong date of June 26, *****. That's eighteen thousand years in the future!Message sent thru their on-line service.
