    I placed my order on February the 13th it said it would ship within a few business days. It has been 16 days and all they have been telling me every time I email is that it's waiting for shipping. I don't want this order anymore I've waited too long I want a full refund.

    I ordered this item as a Valentine's *** gift. While I received it on time, it was incorrectly printed. The map was not correct. I reached out multiple times to the support address asking for it to be corrected. I have never heard back.

    I ordered a custom plaque with a gift bag on the 16th for my anniversary which is on the 4th and I have not received any confirmation that it has been shipped or anything and now Im upset I wont be able to give it to my significant other in time my order number is #****** I have reached out by email but have yet to hear back this is very frustrating thank you

    I ordered a Print Your Places plaque from them and I received a plaque, but it was the incorrect plaque. My order is #******. My order was placed on 11/27/23 and the incorrect plaque was delivered on 12/12/23. My first email requesting support was sent on the same day. I received email confirmation from the business that I would receive a replacement and a 10% refund to my payment method, but I have received neither. This was a Christmas gift that I was going to give to my girlfriend. Attached are most of the emails I have sent and received. There are others that I sent where I told them I would involve the BBB if this issue was not resolved, but I did not receive confirmation about the submission to my email for it. Attached are the ones I received confirmation for. Thank you.

    Ordered this product on feb 9th, have yet to receive tracking number or confirmation on shipping. Emails to the business have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. At this point i just want a refund, but after seeing all of the reports of the businesses shady practices, im not holding my breath.

    Purchased product 01/30. Never showed up emailed company 2/14 they said product lost on way to **** They advised on 02/15 they would be sending new product and confirmed shipping address and that I would receive updated email. Never received that email. Emailed again 02/24 saying hey did not get any new email they responded 02/25 that they are excited for me to receive my order.

    Made a purchase Feb. 15 with 2day air shipping (1-3 days for fulfillment). I have yet to receive my order. Ive reached out twice to the company via email and was sent a template response twice. No real interaction to find a solution to the issue with my order still sitting in Order Placed status. This company is absolutely terrible and I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from them.

    I placed an order for one of their print your places maps for Valentines Day for my wife. Im sure Im not the only person to file a complaint. I saw so many horrible reviews after I placed my order and didnt receive I ordered on February 5, ****************************************************************************************** 3-5 days and even guaranteed it. I have sent multiple emails which someone named **** saying it already shipped. There are numerous customers online that never receive a product and continue to get fraudulent charges on their cards. I cancelled my card and Im going to file a complaint with the card company saying that this was fraud. They are a criminal organization and should be investigated.

    This company fraudulently tried to charge my credit card, about a month after my already paid for order. They tried to charge me $38.77, under the name APPCLUBTODAY. My credit card company immediately recognized it was suspicious, declined it and asked me to confirm if it was me. I confirmed that was not me, so they deactivated the card and will be sending me a new one and blocking any further charges from this company. I had no idea how this happened, but after doing research online, many people are getting the same exact charge after ordering from PrintYourPlaces.com. Sometimes they'll be slightly different names charging your card like "DIGITALCONTENTAPP" or "APPDEALSTODAY". But the common link is ordering from PrintYourPlaces. They are running a scam. Do not order from them! And if you did check your card statements!

    My order number was #****** placed Feb 2nd.  Not sure what info besides that you need. Never signed up for your APPCLUBTODAY, do not ever try to charge me again.  It is not a legitimate charge, has provided no service to me, and is just a way to steal more money from your customers. A very sad way to do business. I would have been a repeat customer, otherwise.

    Ordered as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and it never arrived. I emailed customer support and got no response. After looking online, I saw many people with the same experience. I made peace with losing the $38.77 and my girlfriend appreciated the effort to get such a thoughtful gift memorializing our first date. Then, today I noticed a monthly recurring charge of the price of the map I ordered has been posted 3 times now (December, January, and February). Ive now paid $116.31 for a gift that never came. I want my money back.
