    As with all the other complaints, I placed an order on 02/09/24, with the expectation the item would be delivered 3-5 days. Its now 2/24, the item missed my anniversary and the site has no data other than the date the order was received. The site falsely claims fast shipping and 24/7 customer support. There is no was to contact the company other than emailing them. I was charged for an item which was not delivered, no update or tracking information was provided, by a company with no customer support, based out of a PO Box, and is listed as terminated/dissolved by the GA ********************* nearly a year ago. This company appears to be of questionable validity to say the least.

    My partner ordered from this company and weeks later received a $54.22 charge on his card from Digital Con. Upon reading other complaints, I noticed that the exact same charge happened to other people who ordered from this company.

    I placed an order and website said I would have it in 3 to 5 days. It has been 13 days and all I get are excuses. I regret purchasing from them because I could have gotten one off Etsy and had it in time to hide in my boyfriends bag for his trip. But now that its 2 weeks late and he leaves tomorrow my plans are ruined. This company is also known for making false charges on your card and I do not want to deal with that with them either.

    Shortly after placing an order with them I received a mysterious charge on my **** from "CONTENTDIGITALAPPS" for $37.99. I contacted them and ************** said it was a coupon subscription from a company they partner with that I signed up for during check out and I needed to contact them at ********************* for a refund. There is no 'sign up' option on the checkout page (I checked).I contacted ********************* and ************** replied again. THESE ARE THE SAME COMPANIES/PERSON and are creating fraudulent charges on purpose and lying about their affiliation to the public.

    The product I ordered I received damaged. I emailed the company numerous times with no response. I finally heard from them over a week later, requesting a picture. I explained to them via email that I had thrown out the broken item because no one responded. They are refusing provide a refund or replacement. This company seems to be a scam and needs to be investigated.

    I ordered a product on February 8th with the promise of delivery in 3-5 days in time for Valentine's **** It's been almost 2 weeks and product hasn't been delivered. They say it's still at the processing team.

    RE: Order #************* Purchase Date: 2/7/2024 Issue: No Product and No contact This is terrible company to deal with, this complaint will go along with my 1star review.I purchased from this "business" on the 7th February 2024. After checking their FAQ regarding manufacturing and delivery, decided that I would go ahead basing delivery on "worst case scenario".Their website says the following:"Items typically take 1-3 days to manufacture, as every item we create is unique! From there shipping timelines take an addtion 3-7 days or 2 days if you purchased 2 day shipping."4 days after purchase I had heard absolutely nothing from them, so I emailed them regarding some info and received the following:"We've checked your order status and it is still in production. We cannot give you an exact date of delivery however we can give an estimate.Production: Orders will need 3-6 business/working days to be processed since we have to customize each order separately.Shipping: You will receive a tracking number via email when the shipment has been entered into our system.Delivery: Standard shipping will take around 3-5 business/working days (after processing) to deliver orders to the US."As you can see, they are now claiming business days and cannot give any more info. After checking on their website today, my order still says 'Processing'. I have since sent numerous emails which have just been ignored.This company needs to be investigated regarding their practices, and future customers need to be warned.

    I ordered a sign and bag on February 9. I have yet to receive the product or a tracking number. I have sent an email asking about the product and requesting a full refund if I don't receive it in 48 hours. Only after researching the company have I seen all the filed complaints and have come to the conclusion that they are not a reliable company. I have no faith in their ability to come up with an adequate solution and at the very least are a complete scam.

    I am rejecting this response because: I had ordered this product (not the one pictured) a week before Valentine's **** The plaque was supposed to ship within 3 to 5 business days. It did not. I filed a complaint with the BBB in late February or early March. Print Your Places refunded my money in full, then sent me the wrong plaque. We have never been to ********, and we have never asked about any tattoos. I have emailed the company and told them that there is nothing they can do to make this right at this point and the plaque they sent is worthless to us and will be promptly thrown away. I have no faith in this company at all that they can get it right and don;t expect a replacement plaque with the correct information.

    Placed an order on February 8th, 2024, through ******** for a company called "Print Your Places" from an ad that guaranteed ************************ if ordered before Feb 9th. On Feb 13th, having seen my order was still in "processing" and *now* seeing thousands of negative complaints on ******** about how the owner of this company has a history of not fulfilling orders (at all, nevermind on the "guaranteed by" date) I decided to reach out. The email response I got was generic and stated that my item had already "shipped" (it has not. I pay for "informed delivery" and regardless of shipping method I can see if an item is scheduled to be delivered to my house the moment it gets scanned). I responded informing them of such with the attached screenshot and requested that the transaction be cancelled. The response I received is that I could not cancel the transaction as I had already "received my item". I responded again that I could provide delivery logs for my house for the past years, and that no item had been received. I contacted my bank to conduct a chargeback, as well as reaching out to each and every social media site that they seen to be advertising to informing them of the situation. I am seeking a refund of *****.
