    Order # ****** I ordered on Feb 7, and it's past the 3 days shipping. I've sent numerous emails and they ignore. I sent an email for a refund and they still ignore. Wish I came here before ordering and seeing **** complaints. I want a refund, it only says my order has been recieved. Not how you do business.

    I ordered a "map plaque" and quickly realized the entire operation seemed shaky. Upon looking at their website and reviews, I noticed almost every reviews mentioned they never actually received a product. I've e-mailed and received very generic responses about my "order is already awaiting shipping". Shipping was part of the arrangement, in which you charged my credit card. This is theft and while I only paid $25, I'll pursuit this to no end if a valid product isn't delivered ... quit ripping people off and their hard earned money

    I purchased a plaque from Print Your Places on December 18th for my girlfriend for Christmas. The charge was for $38.77.I received the present. No issue there.However, today it came to my attention that I had a fraudulent charge for $38.77. My banking app gives very little merchant info when a transaction is pending. The merchant info I could see said "APPCONTENTDIGITA."So I ****** that phrase, and the top result is a ******* video, and in the comment section, everyone is being charged $38.77 for Christmas presents ordered months ago. And it's either Print Your Places or Pup Socks, the second of which I have never even heard of until today. It sounds like the merchant is running multiple shady businesses.They charged me $38.77 on Dec 18th, 2023. Also January 16th, 2024 and today (February 16th), all for one present which I already paid for.

    I was only refunded (1) payment. The payments I did not authorize were repeated in January and February.  There was also no explanation as to why my credit card information was given to a service I did not sign up for, or am even familiar with.

    I placed an order for a custom made item with print your places.con I was asked to double check that everything was correct. Spelling, address etc. all of which I did the address was off by a few miles and the name had an extra letter in it I also paid $5.00 for a gift bag that wasnt even worth a dollar The only way to contact them is through a website submission form. That stated I would hear back from them within 24 hours. Its been over 48 and nothing

    I bought 2 plaques for me and my girlfriend and they said it would be delivered in 3-5 business days its been almost a week and they said they would send me the tracking number and havent yet.

    The product I ordered came in and was damaged. The company has no form of contact other than email. They do not respond. I have sent multiple attempts at rectify the issue and they do not respond.

    I bought a plaque on the website Print your places the bringing of Feb. 2024 and did not receive the item. When I try o contact them they say I do not have an account, yet $35.95 was taken from my account. I want a refund! This is stealing.

    I ordered this on 2/7 with 2nd day air and have not received any updates regarding shipping. I have reached out to their customer service but did not receive any response either. I also messaged them on Instagram and received no response. Paying for 2nd day air and not having a shipping update in one week is unacceptable and I'd like a refund.
