    I ordered a gift for *********** day with expedited shipping. A week later, and past the processing time listed on the order of 3 days and the two day shipping, I contracted the vendor via email, receiving only an automated response two times. I was able to find a phone number for "Print Your Posts" which operates from the same address but repeated calls were only met with busy signals. At this point, the seller cannot recover and deliver as promised, thus I am requesting a full refund.

    I purchased a gift for Valentines day from this company via a specific Valentines add that was posted on ********* On the website, it clearly states that products would ship in 3-5 days.After 6 days, the only confirmation that I have on my order is that it is "processed" but not shipped. The support line has stated something different than what is posted on their website which is "takes 3-6 days to process and 3-6 days to ship." I replied back to Support stating that it was misleading and false advertising for a quick shipping turn around when in reality it takes much much longer and I demanded a refund. They have refused to answer both my refund requests. Looking this company up online, they are flooded with poor reviews for delays in shipping times, false advertisements, and poor cusotmer service. All I want is a refund.

    I ordered the plaque, the light stand and the gift bag on February 6 and have still not received a tracking number and it still says being processed. I have contacted the company and they told me two different things. The first time they told me it was ready to be shipped and then I contacted them again. They said it was still in process I ordered this is a Valentines Day gift and have received no tracking number or any further communication.

    I ordered a print and stand from this company. I received my items and am content with my purchase. However, when processing my order the company enrolled me, without my knowledge or consent, in a "partner" company subscription service and I was charged $38.77 for "DigitalContentApps" today, which I am disputing. I did NOT agree to this service.When I reached out to Print Your Places, this is the email response I received and their claim is 100% false.Hi ****,I hope this message finds you well.It seems there might be some confusion. We have a partnership with a company that provides a monthly subscription for access to one of their apps. Based on what you're describing, it appears that you accidentally selected an offer from this partner.     Hello, I ordered for a plaque with customization on 2/5/24. Except for the confirmation email, there is no tracking number or any shipping details. There is no reply to the emails sent and there is no phone number to contact. Please reach out to me with the tracking details as soon as possible. If its not delivered within a week, I would like to change the delivery address, if not please refund. Thanks!

    I placed and order on 02/02/2024 and was told it would be here by *********** day. I reached out to customer service a week ago when I noticed my order still hadn't been processed and I was told that it takes 3-6 business days to process. I asked about paying for expedited shipping to ensure my item would arrive on time and was told that it couldn't be added, since my item was already awaiting shipment. Well here it is 02/12/2024 and my item still hasn't been shipped and I've been denied a refund.

    I made a purchase from this company a few weeks ago. This morning, an unauthorized charge for an unrelated service was flagged as fraud by my credit card company. Upon extensive research on the world wide web, it appears many others experienced he same issue after their purchases.The unauthorized charges are for a coupon service. No where on their website (including checkout) is there anything listed about agreeing to this service OR agreeing to give your credit card information. This is an outright scam!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Their response is in direct contrast to the attached  screenshot of their reply to the charges.  They stated I accidentally subscribed, however this is clearly untrue as nothing was made apparent at their checkout. A simple internet search yields dozens of similar complaints. Print Your Places is connected to their mentioned CouponPro.org which redirects you to ******** Monthly. I did manage to find the site, cancel the fraudulent subscription, but was unable to delete my account.  ******** Monthly links to a company Sir ******** LLC out of *******. This is clearly an elaborate scheme designed to defraud innocent customers

    I am rejecting this response because: Print Your Places company tried to rectify the issue with sending me a small partial refund and sending me out new product. However, the product is still wrong and I have attached photos of now for plaques. I cannot use all with the misspelled word eyes on it. I have spent months on this and Im still dealing with this company. I just want my money back I dont want anything else from them.


    Again, I initially ordered one plaque. They misspelled it and they sent it out. They charged me for two.

    They gave me a partial refund and sent two more plaques out, and I only wanted one yet it is still miss spelled again first attached.

    Im not sure how company gets away with selling multiple products with wrong spelling and expect the customer to pay for it twice.
