      Go daddy be careful they will auto renew things you dont realize you signed up for . We got a web site and didnt know they added 365 essentials also for free 1 year it wasnt clear they charged us and we dont even use it within go daddy. Our bank refused to give us any reimbursement after dispute this and another charge. As we didnt see the charge for a few days after auto renew . Dang this upsets me. Wish i was a lawyer and could file a lawsuit. Man i bet i would win this one. As this is so wrong. Doing a search i saw some major investora of *** also may own go daddy.

      Bottom of the barrel for customer service on simple issue. I changed my phone number which is listed for two factor authentication. Their only fix option is send a copy of DL and wait 72 hours to see if they respond? For comparison I have 2FA on over 10 service providers and only Godaddy has a don't call us we'll email you policy.After paying them for 10 years and seeing none of that profit went to offering customer service that can fix a issue with you over the phone I'll go elsewhere.

      GoDaddy allows criminal 3rd party access your account My ********************** account is permitted to be accessed by an unknown 3rd party as I log in to my account and see a URL as my landing page that includes NOT SECURE "../webhosting/cpanel/account/************************************/view..." the loads forever WITH NO CONTENT at all. It used to be directly going to the Products and Services where I would see everything I fully paid for as a list. This cPanel access implies permitted intrusion and access to 3rd parties. Despite my bringing this to GoDaddy's attention in my endless conversations and 1586 hrs with them on the phone (including some very rude **** who hung up) they seemed to correct the issue and then it happened right after the fix as if they made fun of their customer while insulting their intelligence.I paid over $800 for 3 domains and web hosting services and this is unacceptable and criminal. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use GoDaddy.

      I purchased a domain with GoDaddy for my company website, I had my web designer set it all up, gave him payment information. As the owner I wanted to get all the access to my website and requested from GoDaddy access they couldn't give me any information because my I wasn't set up as the contact. GoDaddy requested information like my ************ Articles, to prove I was the owner. I submitted all the paperwork and after their 72 hours (Business Days) turnaround time, they sent an email saying they couldn't help me and the investigation was closed. Basically, I just had my website which I thought I owned taken from me from a website host, who now owns it. This person, does not have a license to do what I do and was paid to set up my site has now has full ownership of my business website and GoDaddy did not help expect to tell me to get legal assistance, like can go and hire an attorney, as if I have money to burn. I own the site I have the credentials and the corp docs to prove to GoDaddy it's mine. I hope we GoDaddy and myself can resolve this.

      I paid $1082.16 three weeks ago, canceled my account due to unsatisfactory results, and got a refund of $300 dollars. Another disappointing fact ending a less than productive moment.

      GoDaddy SUCKS! IT TOOK MY MONEY ($839.40) TWO YEARS IN A ROW WITHOUT PERMISSION. I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO OUR COMPANY WEBSITE AND WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR HELP, ONE TIME THEY HUNG UP AND OTHER TIMES THEY SAID THEY CANNOT VERIFY MY ACCOUNT AND WHEN I ASKED THEM TO HELP ME WITH THAT, THEY REFUSED. THEY SAID YOU NEED TECHNICAL HELP AND YOU NEED TO PAY IF I NEEDED THEM TO HELP ME. THEY ARE OUT TO STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY. SHAME ON THEM! THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE AND IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU NEED HELP. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THEY ARE IN EXISTENCE DESPITE NUMEROUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS.       Years ago I protested Racism at GoDaddy and was jailed for 6 months and fined $6600 for standing up for minorities. ***** Law helped me with bankruptcy due to losing my life savings leading to the loss of my new build house in ******* and ruining my credit.I've been a GoDaddy Customer since 2016... And still am but have removed 90% of my products and services from them. Be aware this company like others outsource their support and no longer offers the amazing support and people they used to in years past. Without that amazing support, their premium price is no longer valid.

      I have been trying for 2 months to gain access to our company website. They asked for a company license, 2 government issue IDs of business owner and office manager, and tax Id. I provided that information to disable 2 step verification. They said it would take 72 hours. I called 2 weeks later and they said they never received it. I resent the info and then they said I needed to take a selfie with my ID., which is absolutely ridiculous but I sent it anyway. I called again they said they would expedite the process and we would have instructions on how to access our website within 2 to 3 hours. But within minutes of getting off that phone call they sent another email saying the owner would have to take a selfie with his ID. 9 hours later still nothing. We have not had access of our company website for 2 months. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. I am now in the process of closing down that website and starting fresh with a new company.

      Terrible service going through a nightmare loosing business with company. never getting *********** advertised. Help staff have to call you back with online sales to be told would have to have strip down version that taken all service off

      I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with GoDaddy's ****************** For over three months, I was unable to use my paid business phone line due to ongoing issues with their registration verification process. Despite completing the process multiple times and even being walked through it by their own support team, the verification kept failing, forcing me to use my personal phone number for business communications. This is completely unprofessional for anyone running a business, and no resolution was offered despite my repeated attempts to get ******* make matters worse, I was charged **twice** for the service during this time (each charge $188.53), even though I couldnt use the service at all. When I requested a refund, instead of addressing the billing mistakes and refunding the charges, they responded by finally "verifying" my campaign to send SMS messagesthree months too late! I had already moved on and found alternative solutions by then.GoDaddy's service not only failed to deliver on its promise, but their customer support took far too long to respond and resolve the issue. I cannot recommend GoDaddy's ***************** to anyoneit's been a complete waste of time, money, and effort. Save yourself the stress and find a more reliable service provider.
