1 starGoDaddy SUCKS!IT TOOK MY MONEY 45 DAYS AGO AND I STILL HAVE TO CALL TO HAVE MY WEBSITE REINSTATED - AFTER TAKEN DOWN AFTER JUST 5 DAYS VS 30 DAYS THEY ADVERTISE TO FORCE ME TO PAY.I PAID, I CALLED, I TEXTED...MULTIPLE TIMES: NO MONEY BACK, NO WEBSITE!IT'S MY BUSINESS AND MY CLIENTS BELIEVE THAT MY BUSINESS IS "A JOKE".GODADDY IS A J O K E !SHAME ON YOU !BUILD YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE - THIS IS A FAILURE AND YOUR BUSINESS WILL SUFFER.INCOMPETENCE FROM THR CEO TO THE **** TEAM (FISH ***** FROM THE HEAD!)ZERO STARS!

1 starI have been a loyal customer for decades, however I recently went intoy account to purchase the *** url for hosting of a .com I've had with them for about 10 years. The pricing was higher... much....than the .com but I was willing to sign their $54.99 first year, double that price second year, contract deal. Before doing so I noted as they always do additional suggestions of other *********** urls available for the same prices and some premiums too.I quickly, within 1 seconds, added to my cart and additional one ******* url on the same deal however I was informed via a box a picture of an Anglo-Saxon young good looking male picture I'd have to pay a $199.95 broker fee for "him" to then negotiate that available url for me! I reached out to **************** chat who said "someone beat me to the url name"! The available on that was available until the SECOND I put it into cart?!??CS directed me to *********, notably owned btw by godaddy, and a name of **** from "*******" came up as the owner After some research on my own I found **** is actually in ******, this is a form one fills themselves, and that MANY sites *** are owned by MANY urls *** ultimately associated with godaddy ALSO!SO FRAUD YES! BAIT AND SWITCH YES! I filled a complaint and will bring my business elsewhere moving forward. As if increased pricing and contracts were not enough GoDaddys greed prevails and they lose excellent long term customers.***** R

1 starHorrible customer service. Project went over three to four times in terms of time allotted, all due to errors on the part of GoDaddy. This ended up costing my business a large amount of unanticipated time and money. Impossible to extremely difficult to contact customer service or a supervisor. ******************** needs to investigate them for fraudulent claims re their customer service and support. 1 starIve been dealing with GoDaddy for over a week now, trying to get a simple refund of $24. They keep moving me from one person to the next like a rollercoaster ride, without actually giving me the refund. It's not the end of the world for them to refund $24, but its been a nightmare for me.Ive had enough. If they keep dragging this out, Ill be getting a lawyer involved. This situation is making things worse, and all of this could have been avoided if they just issued the refund in the first place.

1 starI had a horrible experience with GoDaddy regarding a $4,781 transaction, which they held hostage for almost two weeks! They requested an absurd amount of documentation, including:How long Ive been in business and my expected average monthly transacting volume.A detailed invoice/contract with cardholder phone and billing address.Business bank statements for the past four months, including business name, address, balance, and transaction details.Full previous provider statements for the past four months, including transaction details, refund, and chargeback rates.After complying and sending in everything they asked for, they claimed I still needed to provide more information. I reached out multiple times and got nowhere. After endless frustration, I refunded the customers money because it became clear they werent going to release my funds anytime soon. To add insult to injury, they still took $138 from the transaction, despite not processing it at all!Their so-called customer service was a jokeSasha, the representative assigned to my case, stopped responding entirely, leaving my emails unanswered for almost a week now.GoDaddys behavior is beyond unprofessionalits fraudulent. I highly recommend avoiding GoDaddy at all costs. There are plenty of other services that wont hold your money hostage and ignore you when you need help.

1 starGoDaddy is not a reliable source forGoDaddy is not a reliable source for e-commerce websites. They give you multiple payment options to accept payments for your store, however only ****** or Stripe is available. They falsely advertise and inform you that your issue is being escalated by customer service and its not. I have had an issue with GoDaddy payments that was escalated to high priority for two weeks with no update on the issue. I was finally informed by a representative that there is no engineer working on weekends to resolve any technical issues. It is currently September ****** and this issue has been in effect since 8/20/2024. I have lost a great deal of money due to GoDaddys negligence.

1 starIve been using GoDaddy for my business for over a year and utilized go daddy for my website hosting, GoDaddy payments, and also my domain. I had a client file a dispute on 2 different transactions and GoDaddy immediately sided with the client. I found out from my bank that the client stated that she never did business with GoDaddy when she had to go into my website (A GoDaddy website) to make an appointment. Not only did they side with the client they also took MULTIPLE of the same amount she disputed out of my business account. They overtook money out of my account that the client didnt even pay and its been an ongoing issue for MONTHS. Every time I reach out to the customer service number for ********************** payments they dont have an answer for my and according to my bank when you give a merchant ach access only that merchant can correct the issue. BEWARW of using GoDaddy payments as a payment processing platform they will steal your money, not look into disputes, and mishandle your entire business account. This has been going on for three months where they debt it out of my business account then credit my account then overly debt my account.

1 starI I've been a customer of ********************** for over 20 years, I am surprised how bad customer service has become. They changed my domain renewal to three years, when I called to correct it to one-year they charged me consolidation fee of $6.03 without telling me first. I don't know what's going on at GoDaddy, I wouldn't be able to recommend them.Review fromVinny H

1 starThe absolute worse company on the planet Earth. One of my email accounts renewed for 3 years on 8/8/24. I chatted with them on 08/20/24 asking the agent to drop the 3 years down to 1 year and refund me the 2 years. He said OK and even asked if I want the credit back in the form of GoDaddy credit or back to my credit card. I said back to my credit card. After a week seeing nothing I called them and now a different agent told me there is no refund after 7 days. I told him that the other agent never told me this and that if they made a mistake they should honor it. ****. Refused to honor it. Absolutely worse company on the planet Earth. If you think about doing anything with GoDaddy, run run run. Find someone else. I will be calling my credit card to dispute this.
