      For 5 weeks and 32 hours on the phone, I have been trying to work things out with GoDaddy. Ten years ago the organization I founded in 1988 and directed created a website and registered it with GoDaddy. The website has 35 years worth of work on it and our work is known throughout the US & in other countries. As director, I delegated the work with GoDaddy to another staff member. Our staff has changed many times over the years. I am trying to work with godaddy but am unable to proceed until the staff person whose name is on our domain name contacts them. I have given then the names of many staff but they say it's not the right person. I have given the company info showing I am the director and have been cited in national publications like NY Times, ******************************** Pot. 5 weeks GoDaddy took down the website & with it my email. But after many hours on the phone the ***************** have GoDaddy has temporarily restored the **************** I am trying to get this resolved permanently. At one point GoDaddy suggested I hire a person they recommended to help me buy back the domain name. I did this reluctantly but did pay $99.99. Then I called the person explained the situation. He told me that he would refund the money, which he did. But now we are in a non-productive circle because they say we can't proceed until they get an email from the person whose name is in their records. I have given the the names of the people who my records show worked with them. But they say it is not the right person. I want to respect GoDaddy's desire for security but I need help resolving this. *** for any advice you can offer.

      There customer service is the worst.There billing department and service is the worst.I paid for a privacy policy on ********* was 100% garbled and unuseable.I received an email from godaddy saying if I had a problem with the purchase to email the billing department.I emailed them the same business day w/in minutes asking for a refund.After 1 week of hearing nothing back, I sent a 2nd request.After 2 weeks of hearing nothing back, I called them.They told me because I didn't call them within 1 week they will not refund me, even though they told me to email them, even though I have proof in writing, and even though the product is unusable.

      Terrible I dont recommend. They lost my website and still charged me plus paying for email services that I discovered I didnt need. I spoke to an agent that said I would be refunded for the email service within 5 days but refused to refund for my domain which I cant use because they lost my website. My bank has been notified and Im disputing the charges

      Terrible do not use them! I have had nothing but problems with them since I used them in June 2025. Every time I call in to get assistance I'm on the phone for 2 hours with them with no resolve. I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me back on a resolve for my calendar. I have upgraded twice with them promising a fix and never delivering on the calendar fix. My customers can't book appointments, and now they want $3500 to "fix the problem". I am asking them to set my calendar for my appointments to 7 days a week 365 days a year since the site will not allow me to make the change. I have called so many times that it this point even the customer service **** feel bad for me but they still wont fix it. They don't care that they over promise and under deliver EVERY SINGLE TIME. DO NOT USE TIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST!

      I changed my business account from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription. GoDaddy still took money from my account as if there were no changes made. They said my account was refunded. In fact, my account was charged two more times after my request to change the subscription. GoDaddy said they cannot do anything about this. Every promise made to reconcile my account was not honored. Every conversation I had with the team and the supervisors caused me to loose trust in their ability to resolve my issue. As a result, my account is still being charged as of today. I have not received a refund for the annual subscription from GoDaddy. I am now facing anxiety from this huge error in which they are not fixing. Ridiculous!

      *Very Disappointed App Down for Days with No Real Help*GoDaddy blocked my IP from accessing my own database, and my app has been down for days because of it. I spent over an hour on the phone and also tried live chat, but the customer support was extremely unhelpful no one seemed to understand what was going on or how to resolve it.After wasting all that time, I was finally told that because I'm on a shared hosting plan, they can't help me. That's unacceptable. This is a critical issue, and there's no proper support in place.I need GoDaddy to contact me *immediately* to fix this. If not, I will have no choice but to move my hosting elsewhere and make sure others know to avoid the same mistake.

      Go Daddys customer service, tech support, and even their supervisors are simply impossible to work with. The representatives do not have a good knowledge of their own products will hang up rather that try to help. I have a reseller account with them and am continually told that Go Daddy does not support or sell this product yet they charge for it a whopping $179! They do not listen and give incorrect information. This is the absolute worst service Ive ever seenhow do you sell something and not have a clue what it is and that you sell it! Its insane!

      GoDaddy did not reach out by phone prior to releasing my roofing business domain of a decade+ (************************) into registrar marketplace or selling to competitor. I believed it had years left. This cost me likely $300,000+ in last seo work, reputation, age, business leads.

      Godaddy.com is the host for a TEXT message that indicates that ******** godaddy.com is not a working email. It is simply a location tell you to go to ******************************************************* I attempted to file a complain, I got the message that "some happened" and nothing else.Godaddy at indicates that there no abuse department for Godaddy How do we report an abuse ( in my opinion), if the godaddy.com does not work?

      I started my company at the first of the year, 2025 and it is now September and my website cannot be found on ****** or ****** maps search. The company offers no support to address this issue. What a waste of money. *** asked for my money back and Im told its too late. The customer service agent hung up on me when trying to resolve the issue. Not sure what Im going to do.
