1 starGodaddy has been charging me twice a year (1 month apart) for the same website. I dont get anything extra by paying for it twice. I reached out to Godaddy support as soon as I realized, and theyre refusing to pay me back for half of the charges. Ill be moving all of my products over to Wix or ***********. They lost a loyal customer of 10 years and Ill be sure to let all of my friends and family know of their scammy practices. Would definitely not recommend their services.Review fromAminreza H

1 starThey messed up my hosting, removed it and i noticed after one month. After spending more than 20 hours explaining to them, They gave me one year free wordpress hosting. Today i noticed that not even they didn't give me one year hosting, they changed my plan to monthly hosting which is more expensive. After a long call they changed it to the yearly plan, didn't remove the monthly and i am still getting charged. in addition to that, they forwarded the domain to the temporary one so none of my recaptcha is working and i am starting from zero again.They customar service is horrible and it's been the worst experience.Review fromArie J

1 starCritical Network *********************** Support for *** Hosting My GoDaddy *** (3-year plan) suffers severe, recurring outbound network issues. I experience intermittent 100% packet loss at an upstream Lumen Technologies router (hop 12) to ****** DNS 8-8-8-8. This causes "Agent Heartbeat connection timed out" alerts, Curl error (28): Timeout was reached, and dnf update failures, rendering the *** unreliable.I've provided extensive diagnostics: mtr reports clearly showing 100% loss at hop 12, and reverse traceroute confirming timeouts at the same problematic Lumen hop and subsequent hops.Despite this undeniable evidence, GoDaddy support ****************** repeatedly misinterpreted diagnostics, claiming it's just ICMP deprioritization (contradicted by intermittency and full trace results). They refuse to acknowledge the critical network problem on their provided path and push me to phone support, making troubleshooting inefficient. They failed to escalate to a senior network engineer who understands these issues.I'm stuck with a prepaid 3-year plan for a broken service due to their network failures. This is a waste of time and money. I cannot recommend GoDaddy for *** hosting if you rely on stable and reliable network connectivity.GoDaddy.com LLC

1 starI purchased a business email plan from GoDaddy and clearly instructed their representative which email address it should be applied to. Despite multiple confirmations and corrections on my part, they applied the plan to the wrong email account one I never authorized or requested.After I paid, I received false confirmations that the issue was fixed. However, the correct business email still does not work. Ive spent several days going back and forth with customer support, repeating the same information, and dealing with inconsistent and unhelpful responses.This issue has severely disrupted my business. I rely on my business email for client communication and legal document handling. This delay has cost me valuable time, missed opportunities, and damaged my credibility with clients.I am requesting:Immediate correction of the issue apply the email plan to the correct account.Restoration of all older emails tied to my previous email setup.Account credit or compensation for the extended disruption.A written acknowledgment of GoDaddys error and mishandling of my account.This situation has dragged on too long and continues to negatively impact my business operations.GoDaddy.com LLC

1 starWorst company I ever used I ask for a refund for hundreds of dollars I wasted on stuff they promised but they did not deliver I feel burned I want to make this very clear they are trash poor customer service bad attitudes not helpful offer things then don't deliver once paid for they avoid phone calls,slow play you when trying to get them to right their wrong ask for more money from you they commit corporate espionage suppress and oppress potential opponents/competition they scammed me I want to hurt them any way I can if it was allowed for them to rip me off by law what can I do I should be able to take their things but they have money and money buy laws that oppress people not to mention they share people's information and rip off ideas I think public execution of people like this should be brought back you people need to die plus you sell people's information violate numerous rights steal lie cheat and need to die make that clear treasonous posGoDaddy.com LLC

1 starDo not use this platform unless you want nothing but issues and horrible customer service! I signed up for a website platform and several domain names in June 2024. My website was incorrectly linked to the wrong domain name upon set up. I contacted customer service to fix the issue to move it to the .com domain I had chosen and to also address the security issue that was saying my website was not secured (effectively driving business away from my website before anyone even got to it). The *** told me it was fixed and I went about business as usual. *** to June 25, I find out from a client that my .com domain has been having the same security issue and my website has never worked. I contacted customer service again to get this fixed and once again address that the domain name is not how I wanted it not how I listed it upon sign up. I was assured it was fixed and told to 'wait 90 min's and all should work correctly, if not contact the supervisor and given an email address. Well, still not correct, so I reached out to this supervisor- no response. Reached out again 10 days later because now I'm close to my renewal date and I was promised a 'deep discount ' beci I haven't had a functioning website the entire time I've been with the company. Second email goes unanswered. Reached out to customer support a third time and was given a complete run around and they tried to upsell me and refused to give me the discount that was promised by the previous ***resentative. I was scammed out of an entire year of having a website and who knows how much in revenue from lost business thanks to GoDaddy's incompetence. Please save yourself the money and frustration and take your business elsewhere!GoDaddy.com LLC

1 starAvoid GoDaddy at All Costs Incompetence Wrapped in False Promises If you're running a business and are even thinking of relying on GoDaddy for anything mission-critical, do yourself a favor: don't.Their customer service is nothing short of abysmal. When something goes wrong (and believe me, it will), youll be tossed into an endless loop of hollow reassurances and arbitrary waiting periods. I was repeatedly told to just wait 90 minutes, only to return and find nothing fixed. When I followed up, suddenly the story changed: Oh no, its actually 48 hours now.Theyll bend over backwards to take your credit card for renewalsno delays there, of coursebut when it comes to actually supporting the service youve paid for? Radio silence. Or worse: robotic scripts delivered by agents who have no idea whats actually happening.This kind of inconsistency and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a company that markets itself as being business-friendly. I wouldn't trust GoDaddy with a personal blog, let alone the infrastructure of a real company.Stay far away. There are better, faster, and more responsive providers out there. 1 starThis company is the worse company to ever deal with. Before I decided to work with this company I asked a representative what plan would be great for my company. He told me which plan would great for my company and that this plan my customers would be able to purchase off the website etc. My customers were never able to purchase off my website, tried talking to customer service and they were very rude and I was only with them for 2 months when I asked to get some of my money back because I paid for the entire year and was not able to get any money back. So they will be getting 10 months of free money from me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE!!!!GoDaddy.com LLC
