1 starI started my company at the first of the year, 2025 and it is now September and my website cannot be found on ****** or ****** maps search. The company offers no support to address this issue. What a waste of money. *** asked for my money back and Im told its too late. The customer service agent hung up on me when trying to resolve the issue. Not sure what Im going to do.

1 starFirst of all, they scammed meFirst of all, they scammed me and defrauded me in a very professional way, but I was smarter than them and exposed them and I have clear proof of what I am talking about, even emails and messages between me and them. It is the worst platform I have ever seen in my life and during my journey in my work. Never rely on this platform. They are very bad and they do not deal with me professionally at all. There are many mistakes and shortcomings towards me and towards many clients. Imagine that I reached the point of speaking with the CEO via his email and I sent him an email that I wish to share with everyone who wants to discover this platform in order to prove to you the truth of my words, but the CEO did not respond to my email because he knows the extent of the huge blood and problems they have. But the terrible thing is that they scammed me and instead of apologizing, they were trying to drag me into long mazes so that I would not pay attention to what they did. Imagine that they stole my money and made me subscribe to a service that was not like usual. I swear that I will post negative comments and I will share my experience with them in all the places where comments are posted on their platform. I swear that I will not forget What they did and how much time I lost with them. Just imagine the amount of time and loss I lost in my work because of them. 1 starI canceled my product and service with them they continue trying to charge me. They withdrew money from my account. I had to go to the bank and show them the email where I canceled them. The bank reversed my money. The bank and ****** had to block them from trying to take money from my account. Now it's three years later they are still trying to charge me. They are saying I owe them and sent this to a collection agency They are the worst, They are crooks. They are rude and greedy. The business should go out of business if you have to steal money from people.GoDaddy.com LLC

1 starWe opened a GoDaddy account years ago for our club. Recently a member of our board was voted off the board and since we was the website admin he took over our website, kicked the other admins off and put derogatory comments with pictures of a few board members. He removed 2 k from our bank account to pay 5 years membership to GoDaddy without board approval which is now disputed with our bank. We have jumped through multiple hoops to get our website back and GoDaddy has not been helpful at all. We will have to lose our domain name and start a new website with someone else. 1 starI was approached by GoDaddy about their SEO services. The salesman was very friendly and convincing, promising me results and locking me into a six-month contract at $600 per month. He told me everything I wanted to hear, so I gave them a chance.
Every month, I received reports saying they were “doing a lot” for my business and that everything was going well. After five months, I discovered nothing had actually been done. I asked to speak with a supervisor and explained I wanted to cancel and get a refund. Instead of helping, he offered me two additional months for free. I agreed, hoping they would finally deliver.
During those two months, I continued to get calls with the same story. That everything was going great. But in reality, my business saw no improvement. After eight months with them, I wasn’t receiving calls or emails from customers, and to make things worse, all of my ****** reviews disappeared, reviews I had built up over many years.
When I raised my concerns again, the company’s tone shifted. They became dismissive and rude, claiming they weren’t responsible for my lack of business inquiries — even though their entire job was to advertise my business. When I asked again for a refund, the supervisor flatly told me they don’t give refunds and that my account would simply be closed after the final month.
At this point, they had taken a total of $3,500 from me with absolutely nothing to show for it. My business was left worse off than before I signed up with them.
This company has been nothing but damaging to my business. We’ve been in business for over 30 years, and somehow they managed to wipe out all of our positive ****** reviews. I trusted them because I had worked with them for over 20 years, but they completely failed me this time.
I do not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, the financial loss, and the damage to your business. They are unprofessional, misleading, and not to be trusted.
