1 starThe people here are horrible! Three weeks ago I set up an account and linked it to my bank so I could receive payments from just a handful of trusted clients. I only accepted one credit card transaction yesterday afternoon at 5pm and today I was deactivated without a real reason why. They said I'm not allowed to use their app because I am offering services not allowed on their selling platform. I am a licensed reiki master, sound healer and professional tantra educator and their team treated me like a criminal and promptly deactivated me like a criminal. I had intended to purchase a website using their platform for reiki and sound healing but now I never will because of their unethical treatment and lack of good customer service. Your calls will be forwarded to a call center in different countries outside of ***************** ???? and you will receive the run around and a letter from their company stating your account is not eligible. I have learned from my mistakes and hope my very bad experience will help other peopleReview fromRichard G

1 starI am so upset by GoDaddy. Their marketing calendar does not work either social sites. And today they took my site down for maintenance. I told them today that my work order was to be withdrawn. The site is offline. And they wont put it up on line immediately. So I have zero visibility. And the run around is incredible. Hours and hours and get nowhere. The worst there is. I need my site up but they took it down and are dragging their feet getting it online. Very terrible customer support because they really dont care. Just get my site up and online please !!!!

1 starI had a GoDaddy Ecommerce Store for years, then ended my business in May 2024 but re-started it a couple of months ago. I chose GoDaddy again because of the positive experience I had with them before. Let me tell you, their service is awful, I have been lied to and the representatives are not on the same page. My store has major problems and they are telling me that I'm going to have to re-upload product which will take me hours. Oh, and by the way I was told that I hadn't done anything wrong but if I will pay more money they will fix it! Do Not go with GoDaddy! In the 3 months I was with them I talked to customer service **** multiple times because of problems.

1 starI purchased a domain on godaddy, along with email. I was up charged in my cart without being notified. Someone took the company name and idea within a month. I asked to change the website and was going to be charged even more for purchasing a new website instead of the introductory offer. I cancelled the email and website within a month and received absolutely none of my money back.

1 starCurrently, the payment department is holding over 10,000$ of our company's money. The payment center processed the first payment, service was completed, and the final payment is now on hold for 4 months due to risk factors that are not given. 1 starWorst customer service experience possible. Wasted 2 hours of my time, they didn't resolve the issue, and they were very unresponsive, very slow, didn't understand basic requests, they cancelled a subscription without my consent after I explicitly told them not to. Worst experience. I requested their information so I could file a complaint and they refused to acknowledge it 4 separate times. When I requested a supervisor it was ignored, when I started another ticket after and requested to speak to a supervisor they were clearly not even trying to understand what I was saying and took 10+ minutes to respond. Will never use them again and I HIGHLY encourage everyone to NOT USE GODADDY. I will never use them again. 1 star is generous.Review fromJorge S

1 starI have been a loyal customer since 2009 paying increasing fees until yesterday when i received a yearly renewal charge with an $80 increase for the same product. After an offer of a 3 year new website at a lower rate and a promise that all my website information would be transferred intact I decided to go ahead and do the 3 year new ********** my shock and surprise after 4 hours on your chat and speaking with an agent I found out all my website information was lost without any way to recover it. So I'm without website after 16 years and there is no accountability from ************************** can you trust Go Daddy if they are not accountable or by any means recover your website information from their servers. Worst experience ever!

1 starI gave them q-star and that is generous. Don't be surprised if you receive an order with an automatic renewal out of nowhere. Unresponsive customer service. This is high tech thievery.They renewed my website order 3 months ahead and then added 2 new order with automatic renewal. They will add an authorized order(s) to a legitimate authorized one. Beyond shady - - - Buyer Beware

1 starGoDaddy talked me into renewing our products for 3 years for all of my products with them. About 4 weeks later, I realized they had charged me for services I did not ask for and have never used. I moved our services to another provider because I was led to believe that I could get a refunds once all products were set us and running. When I asked for a refund, they said there were no refunds after 7 days. Which means they are keeping over $ ******** for products and services they never provided. This is wrong, it is stealing.
