      Really let down in their services. Had them for about 5 yrs, absolutely do not like that they do not give a heads up when about to auto-renew. Also, last year when my 365 did not renew (card number changed due to lost card), AND THEY TOOK MY WHOLE 1 DRIVE AND ARCHIVED IT--CANNOT GET BACK. This took 15 years of my professional work away--forever--clinician, professor, consultant--and while i can see every file, I could not get access to the files. response was "I understand this may be difficult, but there is nothing we can do"...basically, too bad, so sad. Even today, a year later--every file, a total of about *****, are listed there, situated as their respective office application (word, ppt, etc), but that little brown box that means archived, means that I cannot open them and have to reproduce every. single. file. As of today canceled my office with them--their price is high anyway. and will be fine without godaddy.

      I tried to work this out with Godaddy.com but received what appeared to be an AI response. When I initially tried to resolve excess charges to my account, the person on the phone was hard to understand. Their English was very broken. Godaddy.com may have the worst customer service in the ****Their website is set up to be misleading and impractical.There was a charge on my account for an extra website. I never signed up for an extra website. Their ability to cancel must be done within 7 days of the charges knowing that the charges won't appear on the statement until after the seven days. As mentioned above, I called customer service who then forwarded my request for a refund of the charges I didn't approve of. Within minutes I got a reply that seemed to be AI. My issue cannot be resolved this way. They put up as many barriers as they can to prevent customers from getting the support they need. I have sent all of this with detailed information to the ******* for review.

      If I could leave less than 1 star here I would. ****************. They misrepresented the functionality of the product I purchased from them, Website & Marketing Commerce. The support they provide is only at the surface level through canned videos and online descriptive information. When the product does not work as advertised, there is no support, no call backs, or handing off to another group within the company, no path for escalation, and no follow-up. In complete frustration after 2 months of trying to rebuild my website from a product/platform they retired, I asked for a refund and was told no because it is outside the 2 week refund period. That would be impossible to meet as a deadline when I cant get the support to even try to make it work.

      If this is to find you, please note that this company is not a good company. They spend their time trying to upsell you for thousands of dollars when you could spend $*** on your name. Their purpose is to sell you the most expensive thing, whether you need it or not. On top of that their customer service is horrible. They dont call back their inconsistent. On top of that, their sales person really dont care about you and not very helpful so my advice is think look before you commit to them if they cannot solve a simple problem when you have a bigger problem, they will not be able to solve it nor do they care and solve it when youre even a couple hours out of the five day ***** period that they give you. Most companies give you 30 days they give you five days people so make sure you do your homework before you use this company Go, Daddy theyre horrible.

      GO DADDY LIES AND MISLEADS CUSTOMERS ABOUT ALLOWING EMAIL ACCESS WHEN THEY NOW RESTRICT ACCOUNT ACCESS TO ONLY CUSTOMERS WHO LIVE WITHIN CELLULAR SERVICE RANGE AND HAVE A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER.I agree with many of the reviews here. I've been a Go Daddy customer for 15 years and the quality of their service has seriously reduced, and their care support providers are full of fluffy lies about returning calls, emails, etc. Basically, just strategies to get the disgruntled customer off their call or chat. The support folks don't know what's going on and are constantly giving the wrong strategies for correcting issues. Even the Chat AI assistant is giving false and misleading information.I've pre-paid Go Daddy for many services and have been locked out of my account for over a year. They offered a backdoor, one-time access to my account up until a few months ago, so now my business is seriously compromised, and I'm losing income. Can't even close the account since they have denied me access via email, my only ************** services used to be the main reason I used Go Daddy...but not anymore...leaving them ASAP.

      GoDaddy site charged me about $** for something that I have never ever used. I have no idea what product they are charging me. I have been in communication with them for cancellation and refund since Oct. 5th, 2025. Every time I reach out, all they do is transfer me around and then ghost me. I have gone mad with how many times I have sent in verification codes to verify myself. I responded with the verification code in minutes, but then they responded 20 minutes later when it had expired. I have sent in like 30 verification codes now, and we are not 1% closer to resolution. I explained that I have never been on their site or signed up for anything over 20 times, and not one person listens, and all they say is that they will review the chat and never respond. I now understand why people leave 1-star reviews because they are making me go crazy

      this company is a joke. started out good many years ago, now there is ZERO accountability and NO help. Calls go to another country. This is the second time i've renewed and they put me in a different plan, only to have the old plan cancel and my website cancelled. Even after asking them multiple times they did their job, it still is screwed up. I can't wait to move away from this company.

      NO STARS. GODADDY TOOK MY MONEY FOR MY DOMAIN. THEY DID NOT MIGRATE MY PHOTOS FOR MY ARTWORK FOR PEOPLE TO SEE. EVERYONE I SPEAK WITH FROM GODADDY GIVES A DIFFERENT B.S. ANSWER ON HIW THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND ITS ALL MY FAT THAT MY PHOTOS DO NOT APPEAR. SO I PAID THE LAST TWO YEARS FOR A DOMAIN THAT IS BLANK. GODADDY HOPE YOU GO UNDER PERMANENTLY.
