We thank you for sharing your candid feedback.GoDaddys products and services renew automatically for the original purchase term. But unfortunately, our customer elected to turn off auto-renewal on their product.Subsequently, we sent renewal notices before and after expiration, informing our customer that their expired items were at risk of being canceled unless they took action as account management was their responsibility.We welcome the opportunity to discuss this further and can be reached at [email protected].Review fromWilliam S

I have been with Godaddy for 20 years. I called today to resolve an issue with my email. They told me they had DROPPED the plan that I had used for 20 years and I should receive an email tomorrow about that. SO they made a significant change to my service and I will get an email tomorrow Notice there review Rating has dropped to 1.1 out of 5 Maybe I'm not the only one upset BEWAREGoDaddy.com LLC

The worst domain registrar in the industry, bar none! Gimmicky pricing, sneaky upsells, unreliable service and confusing interface. They effortlessly fail at every and all aspects.
