Ad for Hey Dudes clearance shoes supposed to ship from Texas. The confirmation and tracking numbers shows ships from China. When I reached out via email., They show delivered at my location, with a signature . However they would not provide the signature nor the GPS location of the delivery. After a second email they offered a 30% refund. When I pushed back they admit the package was lost and would offer a 70% refund. No refund as of yet, 2 weeks later.

I found items to purchase on Facebook indicating thet were part of Shein, ordered the items I wanted, paid for them with my credit card in Jan 2024. As of May 22nd 2024 I don't have the items and their email address is now understandable.

Place the order from Facebook under the impression I was ordering from SHEIN. Got all the tracking info and then got the credit card charge from [email protected] with a name I didn’t recognize GDSTRADEOVVO. I canceled the credit card but it was already charged. Tracking says it was delivered to TORRINGTON, CT 06790, In/At mailbox. I don’t have a mailbox and I visited the local post office and they don’t have anything or recognize the tracking number XXWUS0001247757YQ. They wanted my credit card to charge $5 for the information which I didn’t do.

Multiple emails back and forth since September 2023 requesting refund, sily@peachcher.com has told me to contact local postal service, and the latest has been that they shipped more products (2 months ago) and to check the tracking link that was never provided.

The company posed as Dick’s Sporting Goods on Facebook selling Stanley cups. I ordered one via the Facebook advertisement and paid for it with my credit card. Nothing was ever shipped. For a period of time when I tracked it, it showed somewhere in China and then eventually it just came up with no results. I’ve emailed the contact numerous times with no response. And their shop on the Internet is now closed. It clearly was not Dicks Sporting Goods and I am ashamed to say I fell for their scam.

Posed as Crocs in ads on Facebook. Given a fake tracking number with no information after paying $37 for 2 pairs of shoes which included “fast shipping”. Logos, product images, etc taken from the real Crocs website.

Ordered a pair of shoes through what was shown as Dick Sporting Goods. Ordered them for $24.98. Received a tracking number the next day. Watched it over the next few days and it arrived in Texas at a valid address. Contacted customer service and it's not Dick Sporting Goods. The website that was once active is now not active and says closed. I have emailed the only email that was provided and they have said they will issue a refund, but nothing has been shown as a refund in our account. I have said I will report them and am doing so. I saw an ad on instagram for $9.99 crocs. I bought 3 and they took forever to send me my confirmation email. I also had to click the pay button twice. My total order came to $34.96 but I checked my bank account and they only took $26.47. They don’t have any legit customer service. No where you can cancel your order. It says to go to contact us page and submit a help ticket but no where on the contact us page does it state a help ticket. I have emailed them countless of times and no one has emailed me back.

I placed an on-line order to an on-line ad for OOFOS shoes on July 19th, paying with my Discover card. The card was charged and payment made that day to IMOBI TECHNOLOGIES CO LT HONG KONG HKG. IMOBI is a technology company, and while I wondered why the payment for shoes was made to a technology company that very day, and wondering the companies relationship to OOFOS, I just figured there was some type of Chinese business relationship between the two companies. Needless to say, the sight was a scam. OOFOS tells me they regret that it happened, and offered me 20% off on a future order. (I've received on-line ads from OOFOS since, and they have offered the 20% off to the general public.) I ordered three pairs of shoes in August and never received them.

Allegedly this company was representing itself as Dick's Sporting Goods. There were sneakers on sale for a discounted price. I found this on FB and thought that since it was Dick's it was legit. I placed the order on 8/23/23 and the money ($59.88) was debited from account on 8/25/23. I've been waiting on this delivery for a while now. I contacted jessie@peachcher.com about my order and was told that it had been delivered on 9/14/23 to a mailbox in Kingsville, TX. Mind you I live in TN, so why would my package be delivered to TX.

Saw an add on Facebook for Hokas at Dicks Sporting Good summer sale. Great price. Bought them. Realized later it was probably a scam. Researched it and it was. In my first email, I provided “Mila” with my order information, the direct link I ordered from, and screenshots of my shipping address/confirmation/tracking number/total etc. to provide any information that is usually requested from me, when inquiring about an online purchase. I went back and clicked the link to my order page, only to see that I’ve now been blocked from accessing the site due to it not being secure and that my personal and credit card information are at risk if I continue. No cup, no money, a lot of time wasted…. but, lesson learned. Do not order from www.Stanleyfr.com or https://hugobossus.com/collections/hot-sale

Saw an ad on Facebook Reels, should have known too good to be true. Ordered 3 pair of **** Runners and received confirmation of order. Looked at the confirmation later to try to figure out when said order could be expected and saw the contact address was jessie@peachcher.com which seemed odd. Googled and found out it was a scam site and that I should cancel my credit card and dispute the order with my bank. Long story short, I did both, received a new card and luckily got my money back.

Came across an ad on Facebook from Dick's sporting goods ( probably was a scam page posing as Dick's sporting goods) having a sale for Hoka shoes for $19.99 each on Aug 19 2023. I ordered a pair off the site for $24.89. I tracked the order online and it supposedly came from China to the USA with a delivery to Michigan on 09/21/2023. I contacted Jessie@peachcher.com on the order page twice via email once on 09/25/23 and 09/26/23 and got no response back. I'm going to be filing a dispute with my credit card company if I don't get my shoes.

I responded to an online ad on August 20, 2023. I ordered a pair of Hoka tennis shoes, supposedly from Dicks Sporting Goods. I was instantly sent an email acknowledging the sale, providing me with tracking information. When I hadn’t received the shoes in 3weeks, I emailed [email protected]. I was assured that the order was en route, but was given different tracking info. I am attempting to upload all pertinent files. Despite having emailed several times, I have not received the merchandise. Incidentally, the “tracking” information indicates that the shoes were delivered September 21,2023. As of today, Sept 26, no shoes have been delivered!

I made two orders online, one order was for two pairs of the shoes called Hey dudes, the other order was for a carseat for my daughter. Both equaling to a total of around $65 after the international shipping fee. I didn’t know at the time that they were the same people. At first they tried to tell me in an email that it was being sent and to be patient. But when the tracking number was sent, it sent me to a bogus international Track17.net website. It claimed my package was sent to a post office that was a completely different state than mine, I live in Oregon and it said it was sent to New Jersey. So my supposed package was then returned back if I didn’t come and pick it up. Which I sent proof to these scammers and they said they would contact customer service and look into it and give it the standard 3-5 business days. Keep in mind I ordered these items back in the beginning of July. It is now almost October and I have yet to receive anything. No two pairs of shoes and no car seat. They took my money out of my bank account. I have received no refund, despite the many times I have asked for one when I clearly realized I wasn’t going to receive the items I ordered. Anytime I ask for a refund they keep saying my items are coming to me to the address I provided and to give me the correct email address. However what’s funny is that’s the only way they can keep in contact with me this whole time since they have no contact number. I have talked to a “Mila” and a “Jessie” who are their customer service people.
