Ad for Hey Dudes clearance shoes supposed to ship from Texas. The confirmation and tracking numbers shows ships from China. When I reached out via email., They show delivered at my location, with a signature . However they would not provide the signature nor the GPS location of the delivery. After a second email they offered a 30% refund. When I pushed back they admit the package was lost and would offer a 70% refund. No refund as of yet, 2 weeks later.

Tracking says it was delivered to TORRINGTON, CT 06790, In/At mailbox. I don’t have a mailbox and I visited the local post office and they don’t have anything or recognize the tracking number XXWUS0001247757YQ. They wanted my credit card to charge $5 for the information which I didn’t do.

For a period of time when I tracked it, it showed somewhere in China and then eventually it just came up with no results. I’ve emailed the contact numerous times with no response. And their shop on the Internet is now closed. It clearly was not Dicks Sporting Goods and I am ashamed to say I fell for their scam.

I placed an on-line order to an on-line ad for OOFOS shoes on July 19th, paying with my Discover card. The card was charged and payment made that day to IMOBI TECHNOLOGIES CO LT HONG KONG HKG. IMOBI is a technology company, and while I wondered why the payment for shoes was made to a technology company that very day, and wondering the companies relationship to OOFOS, I just figured there was some type of Chinese business relationship between the two companies. Needless to say, the sight was a scam. OOFOS tells me they regret that it happened, and offered me 20% off on a future order. (I've received on-line ads from OOFOS since, and they have offered the 20% off to the general public.) Needless to say, jessie@peachcher.com assures me the order has been shipped and requests me to BE PATIENT after contacting his/her e-mail address MANY times, He/She is very concerned that my order hasn't been delivered yet. The USPS informs me the tracking number jessie@peachcher.com gave me is a scam tracking number and they manipulate the messages shown when you try using the number to track your order. ALSO NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT place another OOFOS order on line, and suggest ALL be very leery of doing so.

No response. On 9/20/23 at 18:08 CST, I emailed again this time more forcefully. On 9/20/23 she replied "hi Thank you for the email Your order has been processed. Delivery usually takes 15-20 days. On 10/12/23 at 11:17 am EST, I told her I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, file fraudulent charges on my credit card and contact FB for the scam complaint. A special one day offer on Hey Dude shoes was advertised on Facebook. Given that the site used a current Hey Dude logo and the website appeared to look exactly like the Hey Dude site that I used in the past, I thought it was legitimate. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and used my bank debit card to pay. After placing the order, I received an email that appeared legitimate along with an email address to contact with any questions. This order was placed in June 2023. I received a tracking notice a month or so later. Seeing that the products where being shipped from China let me know that this was basically a scam. I kept checking the tracking notice when in August I noticed my shoes where delivered to a city in Texas (I am located in Pennsylvania) stating that the package was "left with an individual". So, I contacted the email address (sily@peachcher.com). I have now sent 5 emails to the address and each time I am given the run-around. First told they would look into it, then I should contact my post office, then they would contact the logistics company, then they would re-ship. It is now November and still no product. I've sent messages to the email stating I want a refund, but they won't refund my money. Every time I try accessing their "store", it states "Sorry, the shop you are looking is closed right now, please try again later". The "store" never seems to be open...https://zoujian111.myshopline.com/. If I realized the products where coming from China, I would NEVER have ordered, but shame on me.....when something is too good to be true, it is!!! Don't fall for great deals on popular products!

I placed the order on 8/23/23 and the money ($59.88) was debited from account on 8/25/23. I've been waiting on this delivery for a while now. I contacted the email address sily@preachcher.com, which they stated that they would look into. I have made multiple emails and am constantly asked to be patient, they are trying to figure out. I've asked for refund multiple times, with no success. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card and was refunded the money, but wanted to warn others about this site.

They are being advertised on Facebook ads saying a discount on crocs and the website says crocs. It’s also sent an email after my purchase to confirm and the website shows the real crocs website. So it makes you think it’s a legitimate company. After a couple of weeks and no info I sent an email about the tracking number for my Cora they apologized and sent a tracking number and website. It all looks real and legitimate. But the items never came and it’s almost a month, I reached back out and nothing I called the post office it says it was delivered too and the lady said it’s a scam many people called their about their packages and where we bought our things from as a scam website.I won’t them exposed and I want my money back.

I made the order they gave me an order number I received the tracking number I watched the tracking number and my package ended up getting sent to a completely different state even though my address was correct under the order number I emailed support and noticed that they completely changed their website it no longer says it's bed bath & beyond it now says a different website but I spoke to them multiple times through email showed them proof that my package was sent elsewhere that my address was correct on the order number and they keep telling me that they are looking into it and get back to me and nothing has been resolved I haven't gotten my package and I have not been refunded I will be going to my bank to file fraud with them as well but I wanted to report this

I received an order confirmation from email address jessie@peachcher.com but never received an email confirmation that the order had shipped. I reached out to the email address I had on 4 separate occasions and every time they responded by asking for my email address and what time I placed the order. Why would they need this if they were corresponding with me via email??? They have since stopped responding to my emails when I informed them that I was going to notify my bank. I do not have a phone number to contact anyone and there was no identifiable information in the email - no contact information whatsoever and it was signed simply "customer service center".

I spent MONTHS of emailing back and forth about my order with, “mila@peachcher.com -Customer Service Center DENG ECOMMERCE -38 rue des Mathurins 75008 Paris, France”. My item was delivered per their tracking information, but to a different state. It said it was ready for me to pick up. I contacted them asking for them to help me correct this issue and what steps I needed to take, etc. She promptly replied and said that she would initiate a missing mail request, as well as alert the warehouse to rush my “new” shipment. I asked for a tracking number about 10 separate emails and was told to keep patiently waiting. I knew I wasn’t going to get anything in the mail or my money back after I kindly asked for a refund and who to contact for one. My requests for a refund were ignored and dismissed 6 separate occasions. In my first email, I provided “Mila” with my order information, the direct link I ordered from, and screenshots of my shipping address/confirmation/tracking number/total etc. to provide any information that is usually requested from me, when inquiring about an online purchase. I went back and clicked the link to my order page, only to see that I’ve now been blocked from accessing the site due to it not being secure and that my personal and credit card information are at risk if I continue. No cup, no money, a lot of time wasted…. but, lesson learned. Do not order from www.Stanleyfr.com or https://hugobossus.com/collections/hot-sale

Came across an ad on Facebook from Dick's sporting goods ( probably was a scam page posing as Dick's sporting goods) having a sale for Hoka shoes for $19.99 each on Aug 19 2023. I ordered a pair off the site for $24.89. I tracked the order online and it supposedly came from China to the USA with a delivery to Michigan on 09/21/2023. I contacted Jessie@peachcher.com on the order page twice via email once on 09/25/23 and 09/26/23 and got no response back. I'm going to be filing a dispute with my credit card company if I don't get my shoes.

I responded to an online ad on August 20, 2023. I ordered a pair of Hoka tennis shoes, supposedly from Dicks Sporting Goods. I was instantly sent an email acknowledging the sale, providing me with tracking information. When I hadn’t received the shoes in 3weeks, I emailed [email protected]. I was assured that the order was en route, but was given different tracking info. I am attempting to upload all pertinent files. Despite having emailed several times, I have not received the merchandise. Incidentally, the “tracking” information indicates that the shoes were delivered September 21,2023. As of today, Sept 26, no shoes have been delivered!

I made two orders online, one order was for two pairs of the shoes called Hey dudes, the other order was for a carseat for my daughter. Both equaling to a total of around $65 after the international shipping fee. I didn’t know at the time that they were the same people. At first they tried to tell me in an email that it was being sent and to be patient. But when the tracking number was sent, it sent me to a bogus international Track17.net website. It claimed my package was sent to a post office that was a completely different state than mine, I live in Oregon and it said it was sent to New Jersey. So my supposed package was then returned back if I didn’t come and pick it up. Which I sent proof to these scammers and they said they would contact customer service and look into it and give it the standard 3-5 business days. Keep in mind I ordered these items back in the beginning of July. It is now almost October and I have yet to receive anything. No two pairs of shoes and no car seat. They took my money out of my bank account. I have received no refund, despite the many times I have asked for one when I clearly realized I wasn’t going to receive the items I ordered. Anytime I ask for a refund they keep saying my items are coming to me to the address I provided and to give me the correct email address. However what’s funny is that’s the only way they can keep in contact with me this whole time since they have no contact number. I have talked to a “Mila” and a “Jessie” who are their customer service people.
