I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in May 2023, which I thought I was ordering from Birkenstock. They stated it was delivered to an address in NJ when I am located in WI. I have numerous emails from this person: [email protected] stating they are sending the product again. I have still received NO product and the last email I was 'wished a happy life'-! That was on September 23, 2023. The confirmation email came to me as "Birkenstock#15530" w/ a shipment status.
