9/3/23 at 5:08 pm EST; selling CROCS on Facebook. I bought 4 pair and some jibbits for a total of $37.89. Used my credit card and saved the website to my favorites ([email protected]). Approximately 2 weeks later (9/15/23 at 2:06 pm EST) and no shoes. So, I emailed using the email "[email protected]" that was provided just to say I've not gotten shipping information yet. No response. On 9/20/23 at 18:08 CST, I emailed again this time more forcefully. On 9/20/23 she replied "hi Thank you for the email Your order has been processed. Delivery usually takes 15-20 days. We will update the status as soon as possible Have fun! Kind regards Customer Service Centre". On 10/12/23 at 11:17 am EST, I told her I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, file fraudulent charges on my credit card and contact FB for the scam complaint. I gave her a deadline of 10/13/23. On Oct 15, 2023, at 9:46?PM, [email protected] wrote "?Hi,We will contact the warehouse to check whether there is a wrong shipment. Please wait patiently for 3-5 business day. Have a nice day! Have a good week. Kind Regards Customer Service Cente". On 10/19/23 at 6:17 pm, I told her that her company is a scam and I was reporting it. On 10/31/23 at 1:36 am, they had the audacity to tell me I needed to finish ordering a pair of CROCS. I've not responded since. I have every email in the back and forth correspondence saved showing dates, times and the unwillingness of them to give me the tracking number or any information. I can provide them at your request. I contacted my credit card company today and filed a fraudulent charge (and I downloaded my transaction to my computer showing the charge).
