I placed an order on August 30, 2023, for 2 pairs of Hoka shoes that were advertised as discontinued colors. I received an order confirmation from email address [email protected] but never received an email confirmation that the order had shipped. I reached out to the email address I had on 4 separate occasions and every time they responded by asking for my email address and what time I placed the order. Why would they need this if they were corresponding with me via email??? They have since stopped responding to my emails when I informed them that I was going to notify my bank. I do not have a phone number to contact anyone and there was no identifiable information in the email - no contact information whatsoever and it was signed simply "customer service center".
