Jonathan Liebert is the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus (IABBB). He is helping guide the evolution of the BBB system during a transformative period, advancing initiatives that strengthen marketplace trust, modernize engagement, and position BBB to meet the challenges and opportunities of an increasingly digital and AI-driven economy.
Jonathan operates at the intersection of trust, innovation, and social impact. As a recognized leader in the Better Business Bureau system, he has championed efforts to expand BBB's role as a trusted resource for businesses and consumers while fostering stronger connections between local communities and the global marketplace. His leadership has focused on leveraging emerging technologies, strengthening organizational collaboration, and developing new models that build confidence, transparency, and accountability.
In addition to serving as Interim CEO of IABBB, Jonathan is the Chief Executive Officer of BBB of Southern Colorado, where he has led innovative programs focused on business trust, entrepreneurship, workforce development, and artificial intelligence education. He also serves on numerous national, state, and local boards and advisory groups, contributing expertise in governance, leadership, economic development, and social innovation.
