      Return system and customer service is horrible. Purchased a weight distribution hitch and was told by the place where I bought my rv that it was too big so I sent it back. Return was started on 9/22/2022 and was received by the carrier that same day. On Amazon's site it stated my refund would be processed within 7 days of them receiving the product. According to customer service that time starts when the carrier receives the package. It is now going on day 16 and Amazon is telling me the refund will now take 30 days to process so by the 23rd of October. This is complete garbage. I ordered a smaller hitch because that is what ************ told me I needed which ended being way undersized. My deadline to return that is 10/27. So if I send that one too I will not have a hitch to tow my rv with. Any way you slice it the process is a joke and nothing on the return portion of the site says that it could take up to 30 days. The customer service representatives say they can't override the system not even supervisors. HOW HARD IS IT TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. ALSO THE REP ON 10/6 WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME.....

      I am a long time customer of ********************** for at least six years now. I was a very satisfied customer. But Within the last three months. I have been receiving defective clothing and some glasses that were defective and some sunglasses that I thought was bifocal but were multi focal I mistakenly ordered. Ive returned 2 pairs of crocs because the sizes varied from the many shoes that Ive purchased from them in the past. The return notice states refund 7 days after they receive my return. But I have called **************** and now they talk over you and says up to 30 days in all before you receive any compensation. Mostly foreign CS but US CS too. I dont use foul language or demean them. I try to explain to them of the information posted to the return is different from what theyre now saying. Theyre rude and hung up on me 3 times. We use to receive our refund within a few days. I have not received my refunds and I returned two of the items 9/21/2022.

      I ordered a wifi system on8/31/2022 and returned it 9/5/2022. I have yet to receive my refund even though they said the return facility received it on 9/15/2022. It wouldn't be so bad if it was a small amount, but that system was $449. Amazon customer service and specialist were of no help. They kept telling me when the return department process the return they will refund my money in 5-7 business days, but they couldn't tell me when that would happen, and it has been more than 30 days, since *** picked up the return. Amazon have the return item and they are holding my money hostage, because I cannot get my money back until the processing department processed the item; which I have no control over. I think it is illegal for them to have the return and my money too.

      Placed an order using prime. Amazon then sent an unsealed, open, empty bubblewrap mailer with no item inside. 1st *** closed the chat without resolving. 2nd rep offered to replace (in a few days) or refund, asked for supervisor who then only offered refund and basically said Oh Well! So unhappy after spending extra monthly to have ***** only to have this happen!

      Will not add new debit cards from wrlls ***** to make payment. ***** fargo changed format and amazon will not assist with updates. Cant make purchases with new card.

      Awful company with terrible customer service. *** ordered many things from this site for my daughter for Christmas. Most of the stuff showed up with boxes banged up and not something I can gift her. I ended up sending most of the stuff back for replace the items. Most recently I ordered an item that said free shipping. A month later when the item was shipped I was charged for shipping. And on top of it was shipped with my replacement items. So I canceled the order. And it canceled my replacement items now I cant reorder replacements. The only help I have is returning the items for a refund. I just want my replacement items. I dont understand why thats so difficult. The people in the customer service are so rude. After all of this I dont plan on ordering from Amazon ever again.

      I Purchased a 10x10 canopy tent. I received the wrong item. I was told to send wrong item back with shipping label. Did what I was told. Amazon continued to email me stating to send the correct item back which I never received and I explained that to them. I have been trying to call and reply to emails to get this taken care of. No one is willing to help. All I want is my money back it this point. No one has helped me get the correct item or give me my refund back. So at this point I spent $184 for nothing at all. Not the correct item,wrong item or money back. Empty handed. All I want is my money back and at this point , I dont want to do business with Amazon after this. Amazon customer service said my account has a lot of activity and returns,which shouldnt matter at all. I have spent thousands of dollars with my account. I do almost all my Christmas shopping on my app plus daily purchases. I am frustrated at this point.

      I ordered a package of maple cream cookies as a gift. It was packaged in a soft sided bag which gave no protection to the cookies, so they were crushed in route. I talked to an Amazon employee, asking how to request another order of the same cookies to be packaged in a stiff cardboard box for protection. This employee had no idea how to relay the request and just told me to go back to my order page. Well, there's no place in the ordering process to place requests. Amazon did refund my money for the first package and immediately sent a replacement. Same story: crushed cookies in a soft envelop. What a crock company!
