      Amazon has the absolute worst customer service. They are of no help whatsoever. They are rude and I am considering canceling my amazon prime membership. I will not continue to give a company with the worst customer service ever 1000's of dollars a year within memberships and purchases. Please please think twice before ordering from such a poorly managed company.

      My mother ordered me crib for my baby shower back in December. I received it at my baby shower and went to build it to notice the pieces are cracked and broken. They refuse to send us even just the pieces that are broken and I refuse to put my baby in a crib that could fall apart while shes in it.

      They don't tell you their is an issue with an order, then days later finally tell you in a customer service chat they their fulfillment center is out but it can't be canceled!? How does that make sense. We don't have the item but we can't cancel it... thats pure laziness. Everything is computer automated. Your just refusing to do it because you want to steal peoples money

      Amazon closed my account yesterday. Sent me an email stating their records show another account that was linked to mine got closed for violating their terms of agreement but I only have one account and have been using this one for many years now. I have a fire stick tv that I cant even use anymore because everything was linked to that account! I emailed them 4x already and they keep replying me back with the same email over and over!

      Had an online chat with amazon during tax free week in *******. The site was charging tax on eligible items that should not have been taxed. The agent assured me that when it was delivered "we will get you a refund". I have contacted them FIVE times. That is not an exaggeration, five times. And they kept telling me someone from the tax ***** would contact me. When they finally did, they told me the item was not eligible and sent me the ******* rules. FUNNY, the rules clearly had the item listed as eligible.I have had to spend hours of my time to get a refund. I need to take my business elsewhere.

      The nightmare started when my items got delivered to the wrong address. Amazon said, "wait 48 hours" to contact them so I did. Then it took me forever to find a human voice on a phone and that human was useless. Refused to do anything, told me I had to contact the carrier myself (phone number for someone in *****) and I am closing my account and never doing business with them again. Unbelievable that I have to chase this down and not Amazon - life don't work that way. I'm going back to ************** anyone but Amazon. They are the hardest business to contact in the world.

      Was excited to utilize features with Amazon but after my free prime membership trial was up I was unable to access my account. Yet they continue to try and charge my card everyday. Really upsetting and dissapointing.

      I would give them a zero if I could. I used to like Amazon, but their policies and lack of customer service has changed over the years.,Now they are a nightmare to deal with. Drivers mishandle deliveries, so called customer service is *** about inputing return information, and its a continual problem. When you call and ask to speak to a supervisor, you get the run around that a supervisor is not available. Are supervisors ever available? Ive had to put a dispute on my credit card because Amazon charged my card twice for a product Id previously returned.,Their Prime membership fees keep increasing. In September 2022 the membership is increasing $11 to $139 a year. If I didnt love Candy Crush Saga I would dump this loser company

      Ive tried several attempts to contact Amazon on a return that I sent back in March 2022. They sent me the item in the wrong color and I requested return label to send it back.Requested the correct color which they said would be sent once they had verification return was sent. I received the exchange. Now here it is 5 months later and they are saying to return it by August 28th or they would charge my credit card even though it was it was paid for via Amazon gift card. Now I dont know if its because the *** is looking into their business practice or customer service is getting to a whatever attitude. Ill attemp to find things in the brick and mortar stores and cut back ordering from AMAZON.I am going to call my card company and inform them reject that charge from Amazon.

      Amazon does not sell tobaco products, which is thier choice, but what gets me mad is that they sell meth pipes under the guise of novelty straws, and art glass.
