      I bought an item June 25th 2025 and during prime day it was 40 dollars off. I called to ask for the difference back to my bank card. I was supposed to get it within 5 days. I never got it. July 14 passed by and still no refund. I called again. The escalated my situation (doesn't mean anything) I was now told I'd be getting a full refund of of ****** 7 days later now we're at July 25th. Still no refund. I called again. They put me on an alert to help me get my refund much faster (doesn't mean anything) another week passes by. Now August 1. They told me that I would get my refund on the first. Can you guess? Yup! No refund. So today is August 4th and called amazon.com again. I was told that I am getting now ****** refund and I'm getting it in 5 days. I don't know what kind of liers Amazon has working for them overseas but everyone I've dealt with are incompetent. I just opened a ******** account so I'll just shop there.

      So I don't have a bank account so I had to buy Amazon gift cards so I bought two from the dollar store one that had $500 on it and another one that had $15 on it because my order was about $513 or something, then a couple hours later I get an email saying my order has been canceled and my Amazon gift card balance was voided and I would not be a compensated or reimbursed for it and I sent them countless emails back showing them proof that the Amazon gift cards were in fact from a actual seller by giving them pictures of the receipts and they have not responded so I just got over $500 Robbed the from me buy Amazon. This will be the last time I ever use it

      I bought some gift cards for myself and others. Amazon has now canceled all of my orders and will not allow me to order anything. They think I am apparently defrauding myself. I was sent an e-mail to confirm that I actually have my card. I provided my credit card statement with the last four, which wasn't enough according to the e-mail. The link "*******************************************************" does not work to upload information and takes me to "Billing verification required," but doesn't allow me to upload information? I have called customer service for them to tell me that they are escalating the situation and should receive a reply in 24 hours (3 days this has been going on). After several calls, I have not been helped at all. I am a paying customer and I want to buy other products as well. Why can't I talk to a person that can just simply restore my account. Please restore my account.

      Never arrives on time Always denying payment then later accepting and charging card.Customer service lies to you, they will guarantee a solution that does not happen.

      I was charged an additional Prime Membership fee. When I contacted Amazon customer service 3 times, they stated each time that I would receive a refund, however, nothing has been resolved. I still have not seen my stated refund. This is fraud. I am not calling Amazon again just to speak with someone that isn't even in the same country as me! I refuse to buy from Amazon.com. they are stealing money and do not bother to rectify the situation. I would give ZERO stars!

      I bought a Frameo 64 GB photo frame in May 2025, now two months later it stopped working. I called customer service for assistance and because the 30 day return period has expired, they can't help me out. I understand this, but they could not provide me a number to the company that made the item. They asked that I try looking up the company on the internet for help. I now have a paperweight on my hands. I am out $254 dollars.

      As a longtime Prime member, Im extremely disappointed in the customer service experience I just had. I had the displeasure of speaking with Allysa ***** I contacted Amazon to report an ongoing issue with delivery drivers, but instead of receiving help, I left the conversation feeling angry, dismissed, and completely disregarded.Over the past year, the delivery service has significantly declined packages are often late, mishandled, or delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately, todays interaction with customer service matched that same poor quality. The representative I spoke with Allysa ***** was unhelpful and dismissive, and the conversation ended abruptly without any proper resolution or even a closing message.If an employee like ****** ***** does not want to do their job, or isnt going to honor the customer service filled considering Im 100% certain that this isnt the customer service that ********************** is striving to give they should not be in a customer-facing role. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced today was unacceptable, and it is deeply frustrating to now feel the need to report both the delivery issue and the customer service representative Allysa ***** .Additionally, Id like to point out how frustrating it is that Amazon has removed the option to speak with someone by phone. I was forced into using the chat feature, Which made me have this uncomfortable conversation with Allysa ***** which only made things worse. I truly believe that if I had been able to speak with someone over the phone, this interaction would have gone very ************** requesting that this incident be reviewed and reported to the appropriate department. I also plan to reach out to corporate leadership, as I feel this experience deserves to be escalated and taken seriously.

      Communicated with Amazon chat on 6-15-25, concerning 4-17-25 missing delivery of ********* product. I was advised by chat that the item was stuck at the delivery stage and would be processed (I have the chat memo). I checked with chat again today and was meet with technical repeats over and again.

      I know this sounds trite, but if I could leave 0 stars I would! I ordered beats headphones back on May 1st for my husband. About a month or so later he tells me the right earbud is no longer working and so I contacted Amazon and they gave a bunch of troubleshooting info. I tried all of that and still did not work. They asked me to reach out to the seller and the seller ALSO gave me troubleshooting advice and when I told him I already tried those things he said to send it back. So I initiated a return and the only option to return was from *** pickup at your home. When I realized I did not have it packaged on time I cancelled return and re-initiated when I had the package ready. Then there was no pickup as promised in 3 days. Per amazons instruction, if package is not picked up on 3 days you cancel return and initiate again. Finally my package was picked up and returned. Next thing I know Im getting an email that I returned the wrong item. Why would I return something else rather than the FAKE beats earbuds that dont work? **************** is a joke and lied to me multiple times and now they say I no longer can contact them about this return and will not give me my money. Amazon has gotten to big and cocky and crooked. I will no longer use them and will shop at local stores from now on. Im so angry at them. This is illegal to keep my money over a product that was defective. They are thieves!

      I ordered a grounding mat. When I received it I noticed it was not what I ordered. So I Contact Amazon, and since Amazon has so many foreign people, some of their words are hard to understand because of their accent, so I try to listen very carefully and make sure I'm not misunderstanding them.I spoke to a gentlemen, who said he had to have a picture to show that it was the wrong item that was sent and he sent an email with a link to upload the picture, so I did. When I called back a woman said that she noticed it was the wrong item, and that I can have it returned for a full refund. I said, how can I do this? Well, it was either to drop it off at ****** or pay for *** to pick it up.I told her, since I'm disabled, it's hard for me to find people to help accommodate me with my everyday life. I asked her if I could have at least 30 days to try to find someone to help bring it to *** for me since I am without a wheelchair? She said, since the wrong item was sent that Amazon would cover the shipping for *** pickup. I said you can do that? She said, yes and *** will have a label, and they will pick it up the next business ****** *** picked it up the next business day. My email shows me for the refund minus the shipping, when I was told that I wasn't going to be charged. I called Amazon to complain about it right away, and they told me they're so sorry, but I'm going to have to cover that shipping.I called back to speak to a supervisor, and then my call was dropped.I called back again my call was dropped. I called back again and my call was dropped again! Why should I have to pay for somebody who made a mistake and why do I have to suffer because of my disability, that's not fair? Is this the way that you're going to do business now? So she either lied, or some of your employees just have bad businessmanship.Amazon Prime member
