      Placed an order with half gift card payment and half debit card payment. After checkout realized I used wrong debit card, app wouldn't let me change it. Called in, they changed debit card but deleted the gift card. Have talked to 5 different people and they all agree they messed up but nobody can seem to fix it. It has been a week and nobody can seem to find out where my $200 gift card went, they all agree they messed up but can't fix it. Absolutely ridiculous, there is a huge language barrier which makes it even more difficult.

      Amazon sold me a ******* Galaxy Tab A9+ Plus 11 128GB Android Tablet that has a known functionality failure which occurs after the return window. The device stopped functioning properly after approximately four months of normal use.I contacted Amazon and was explicitly told by an Amazon representative that my refund was approved by their Lead, and I relied on that information in good faith. After five days with no refund issued, I contacted Amazon again. At that time, a second representative and the same Lead reversed the previously approved refund and refused to honor it.I also requested escalation to a supervisor, and I was told that no one higher than the Lead existed and that escalation was not possible, which is demonstrably false and prevented proper resolution.This situation involves both a defective product with a known postreturn-window failure and agent misinformation regarding an approved refund. I am requesting that Amazon honor the originally authorized $217 refund based on the defect and the incorrect information I was given by their representatives.

      Horrible customer service in the refund process in Heavy, Bulky and ******************* I had one order that took at least 10 calls and several emails telling me "not to worry and they will take care of it" over several months of trying to resolve my return only to be charged after being told from day one that I won't be charged. Apparently, none of the agents actually did anything they told me they would and it was not until I asked for a manager (*********) that aparently help me (after months and many calls and emails). I had to call Amazon back to confirm that he helped me and that my order showed that he logged it on my order. I have previously spoke to a manager a few months ago, and SHE too, didn't do what she said. I spend a lot of money at Amazon and I have NEVER had such issues dealing with Amazon ***************** I hope someone at ********************** contacts me so that I can have them review all the people that I spoke too over the months. I think that Amazon should train their staff or fire them. I believe no one is monitoring. I get these emails asking of they solved my probplem and I always say yes because I assume that what they said do was actually done. The email should say to wait a month or two before responding so that a customer will know they ACTUALLY did their job. jAmazon should hire someone to doulble check the "yes" replies lines up with what actually happened. Have a department to monitor. Those emails are not appropriate because they are sent too soon after contact and give false reviews for their staff. This was sooooo bad that I have to post this on BBB. Amazon, please reach out and I can direct you to my account and the order history.

      Ordered a product with a guaranteed delivery date. The package never arrived, never got told there was an issue with the order, online it said no delivery date available, and was told all they could do was cancel the order and give me a refund. Now I have to order it again and hope it ships this time.

      As for Amazon they have zero customer service. Last week I called and after having to say over 40 times live agent I finally was transferred to someone. When I told him is unacceptable to play these games with customers he then started literally arguing with me that first, it's more expensive to have AI then customer service reps which is a blatant and ignorant lie and then started saying they had to have AI because everyone in the world is trying to call Amazon at the same time. This company possesses some ego.
      40 years ago if a customer service rep argued with a customer they would be fired on the spot. Even if the customer was wrong. Today Amazon promotes employees to not only argue but be disrespectful and hang up on people.
      That is in addition to half the items they sell being counterfeit and when reported nothing is done. This is a company that the BBB gives an A rating to.
      I closed my account yesterday. I will never spend another penny on Amazon again. No amount of "convenience" is worth my integrity and I will not show at a business that doesn't value my business. Most people prioritize convenience over values or integrity which is why Amazon is still in business.
      Let's not forget as well that after I cancelled a credit card that Amazon had on file they tried to bill me for an autoship item that I forgot about. Not a problem until I told them not to bill me again and cancel the item and they went forward and attempted to bill me two more times. So we can add fraud to their business practices and A rating.

      Yeah, I don't want to give them one star but it's the lowest they can get. These MFs will lie repeatedly about their return policy; so I decided to contact the proper authorities and ask them to review the calls because that's just fraud. I will also be leaving a negative review here, and sending the report to the proper government authorities. They need to be honest about their return times or they need held responsible

      They deal with third party companies they swear they have no phone number too. They can't locate tracking numbers. Some of these companies seem shady and scams. Amazon is a joke. ******* sounds promising.

      On Oct. 22nd, Amazon company delivery ***s damaged my wood floors assembling a night stand. I discussed it with the delivery employees. Photos were taken of damage, delivery manager and her manager were called. I also called Amazon **************** and sent Photo on Oct 22nd. It took them about two weeks to assist with my complaint. Finally it was turned over to a claim adjuster, ***** DeCristotaro, My home was built in 2020. New unscratched wood floor. The adjuster offered me $218. And some change for scratching my bedroom floor. I dont think that is acceptable The adjuster told me to get a floor *** to look at the floor and get an estimate of damage 4 panels on my bedroom floor. I also sent him photos of damage. The floor *** said to fix the damage, the whole floor wood would have to be replaced. I request a fare price for scratching my undamaged floor. Please help. The delivery *** didnt put anything down on the floor to, protect my floor. I started to say something before they assembled nightstand but I said this is Amazon let them do their job. Its the principle of it all. They damage my floor delivery in their product. Please help.

      I would give a zero if I could.Quick Dam Barriers 2 pack Bought these Quick Dam Barriers, I put them out in the rain to soak up the water,the next morning, I saw crystals floating on top of the barriers, so they couldn't inflate.Talked to (C-***), a chat person, who stated to return the wet barriers to **** On the same chat, I talked to a supervisor, by the name of ****** *** who said DO NOT SEND WET BARRIERS TO **** ****** *** sent me to he Specialist Team, they asked for pictures, Order no. etc., I sent them all. 15 emails later., no answer ever!Chat again, talked to Nicoman 11 /24/25, who stated I would receive a refund to my amazon account (gift card, ****** and 3.90 that I paid in cash to my bank. That never ************* again 12/2/25 talked to *********, who stated what Nicoman stated Never *********** with Apple May, she left.Sent to ****** *********, who stated she was from the **************** I mentioned the 15 emails photo etc.****** stated, that I had to bring in the wet barriers to **** I mentioned Supervisor ****** *** saying not to bring in the barriers!****** stated, exact words (I am **** sure you have to return the wet barriers). ****** transferred me to a supervisor ******* ..he just left disappeared!Transferred to ******, he is a on the Leadership Team, (Snarky) would be the word. Stated to bring in the wet barriers. I asked him to make a note to **** that I'm coming in with extremely wet items, have a bucket....refused to do it. ****** just keeps on saying is there anything else I can help you with over and over again. He disconnected the ******* short, all the above people lied their ***** off, putting the customer in all kinds of hoops for nothing! Led astray, would be the ******* some point now I will take in the soaking wet barriers into **** I'm sure *** will refuse to accept ***** short, this is the worst service from Amazon ever!Regards, ***** ********

      What a **** this company is. As a long time Prime member they can't ship items without a delay and they forget to tell the customer.. l Thank God for *******. let's do a block on this company for ever... put them out of business!!!
