      I placed an order on a Wednesday and was let known that the item would arrive on Friday. Then Friday comes and no package. I checked the status and it said it would arrive a week later than scheduled. I chatted with a rep from Amazon Friday evening and he guaranteed me it would arrive on Saturday which is the next day. That rep straight up lied. The package is still settling in China. I chatted with another Amazon representative on Saturday and that person could not find any record of my chat on Friday, so thank God I saved the chat. The rep on Saturday said she could not stop the shipment or give me a refund, because it was a 3rd party seller. The best she could do is contact the seller and ask for a refund, which I will not know it will happen for 48 hours. The way I see it Amazon allowed this seller to lie on the shipment date, so it should be Amazon responsibility for the transaction. Plus Amazon has personal that lie to their customer. Hey Amazon do you teach your employees to lie to customers? For you Amazon customers, make sure you save your chats that you have with representatives from Amazon.

      Bs return policy! Some how my return gets delayed in transit ! They steal your money ! Illegal to keep someone money when product was returned in original condition un used . Yet, they want a month and a half to get me my money back! Dont shop on Amazon. Buy local

      I recently returned some items to Amazon.. all items was unused.. i dropped off at *** Nov 4 Amazon received the items.. its now Nov 14th and I still havent received my refund from ALL the items.. I called and of course its a call center & the servuce shebts say the same thing each time.. that my refund is process and Ill receive it in a few days but I havent

      Ordered from Amazon on November tenth, We have prime! Was informed we would not receive it after it shipped until November 22nd maybe!       If I could leave zero stars I would. You pay for Amazon prime and never receive your orders on time. Its beyond frustrating. On top of that, representatives offer compensation that they have no control over and theres always limitations to what supervisors can do.

      I am a new seller on amazon and a patented inventor. It took a year for the branding department to verify me as the rightful owner. Then it took me about another 6 months to learn how to get the website up and running with products. Then I did a shipment of my inventory. The website in the shipment part was so difficult to learn how to use that i had to press CANCEL like 7 times. I only used one shipment and they charged me forALL of them. The people on the customer service line said repeatedly i will not be charged for my mistakes. I was sending a pallet to my women owned company having invented *** ntomically correct guitar for women investing my own money they are now over charging me 500 dollars. I have filled at least 20 complaints and now they keep sending me letters that i owe them. Please help

      I give zero stars! I ordered a package of fresh food. The delivery driver took a picture of it being delivered at the WRONG house! It is not my house. I notified customer service and was told I have to wait a whole day and a half to reach out to them again regarding my package being delivered to wrong address to even start a refund! What a total waste of time! They couldn't do anything even tho my package was obviously delivered to the wrong house. I have to reach out to them again tomorrow after 4pm to even start the refund process. What a joke!! On top of that they wanted me to go searching for the misdelivered package. My neighborhood is very large. Horrible, absolutely horrible service and the policies are ridiculous!! Ordering from here is not worth the hassle!!! I feel like they are trying to keep the money from midelivered packages by making it such a difficult and time consuming process. Absolutely shameful of such a large corporation!

      Near $1,000 item pick up for return keeps getting pushed back.Item is heavy, and I have to keep putting inside and outside, anticipating a pick up that will never come.

      Never buy through amazon and try to ship overseas. They selected ***. They changed my shipping address to the wrong city. They said only *** can change this. *** said only amazon can fix this. **************** said they dont have the authority to speak with ***. *** said only amazon can change this. The amazon corporate offices said they dont have the authority to let me speak with someone who does have the authority to fix this. Systemic failure across the board.

      Item arrived damaged so Amazon replaced the package but keep charging for the replacement items. Even after reaching out to them multiple times they have not refunded me the money. eveytime when i talked to them they share new date and asked me to wait for 5-7 business days but i never received refund.
