      I bought a kitchen sink off of Amazon they sent me three different things all wrong the last one I sent back they will not give me the money back for my refund they keep on giving me excuse after excuse they said that the sink is in delay through *** I called you *** they informed me that the package has been lost an Amazon still will not refund my money to me what they are doing is they are holding people's money and hostage so they can collect the interest off of that every month and make money off other people's money that is called corruption

      I made a purchase on Amazon that went horribly wrong. It was from a third party seller, and to do a return at ***, I would need to purchase a return package because the seller shipped the item in torn cellophane. I don't feel I should be responsible to pay for return shipping. I contacted Amazon to ask for a refund instead, they promised a refund, but failed to give me one. I contacted them again a few weeks later, and they said they would not honor the first associate's promise even though I provided screenshots of the conversation. They said they would file a claim and get back to me within 5-7 business days. Three weeks have passed without a word from them. I called this morning, and after much back and forth with plenty of hold please the guy promised a refund on a gift card within 5-6 hours. Surprise it was for $11 and some change when it should have been for around $67! The item was from a third party seller so Amazon does not want to take any responsibility for this, but they allow third party sellers to conduct business on their platform! I called back again this evening, and they still refuse to give me a refund or send me a shipping package. I have to wait another ***** hours for an answer as to how they are not going to help me. BEWARE OF THIRD PARTY SELLERS ON AMAZON!!!!

      Im so disapppinted in this company. Everytime I order slmethimg it gets more and more delayed. As a customer this bad business. My last package never came. But its like once you spend money, you dont get quality service at all. Im gpnna not order from Amazon

      On July 13, 2025, I ordered groceries through Amazon Fresh for delivery between 68 PM to my home in the *****, **. The order was never delivered and was canceled at 10:39 PM without any update.I am medically unable to leave my home and rely on grocery delivery to survive. I re-ordered and selected my EBT card as payment. I entered my PIN and authorized $107.57. Instead, ********************** charged my debit card for $123.71 without permission, and I still did not receive my groceries.This caused me to go hungry. I contacted Amazon but received no help. This is a case of unauthorized charges and neglect of responsibility.I am requesting:A refund of $123.71 Investigation into why my EBT authorization was ignored An apology and resolution from Amazon

      I would give zero stars. Nothing like being targeted because you complain too much!! Continuously
      asking them why they can't follow delivery instructions to oh we will escalate it and yet nothing. It's pretty ballsy to take a picture of my front door and say your package was delivered to the back porch patio area. So my packages have been wet and had ants! Why? Because you don't follow simple instructions - they can simply can come up my driveway drop it off - takes all but 30 seconds if that!! The one associate tried to change my instructions after me repeating it twice that it says to back porch - she literally said so you want it to the front porch now? I was ready to say can't you read?? I had to leave the "useless chat"
      before I got angry. Something needs to be done but not holding my breath with this.

      Worst of the worst. Order** a camper toilet seat on June 18th. Was told it was running late. It is now July 12. Now they are saying it may be lost. But, they kept the ***** and now I am told it is not refundable. $***** may not sound like much but when you are on a fix** income and 78 years old, it is a lot. I want** to warn anyone doing business with Amazon to be especially careful. I have the receipt and the order number. However, when I us** it, it does not exist. PO-** is not the word when a company rips off seniors. Now, we have to wait until we can save the money up again. You can bet I will not go with Amazon. Dr. **** *******

      Amazon still dont follow delivery direction, I live in apartment complex loo like a house but not four apt in this build my apt number 623 must ring buzzer 633 to be buzzed in to deliver but dont follow and pkg left outside building without my acknowledgment and their stolen complain complain still no change plz help me

      If I could give a 0/5 I would. I do not understand the point of paying prime. Time and time again my packages are never delivered within 2 days. I have tried leaving reviews on Amazon about this but they flag it or delete them. This placed seemed to have the most accurate reviews, which no shocker, most are terrible. Unfortunately I dont have any great experiences anywhere anymore. Companies are just too money hungry and dont care about quality or customer service. I will no longer pay for prime. I had it for a year and it wasnt worth it.

      Amazon has become totally unreliable. 9 times out 10, my promised delivery date is not met by them. Their customer service is horrible and they don't seem to care. I do my best to NOT shop with this company due to their lack of professionalism and lack of quality service.
