      We recently ordered a lamp through Amazon and returned it without opening the box. The Selling party reported that the returned box was empty. We never opened the box. It was shipped back to them without changing the box and adding only the return shipping label. If it was empty when they received it we can only conclude 2 possibilities. One being the box was shipped empty or two someone removed it during transit. We believe we are being taken advantage of and are out $165.00. I don't understand how you can discount our reputation realizing our family orders thousands of dollars in goods per year. We now have doubts about Amazon and its customer service and their lack of attempting to find out how this could have happened.

      Let me save you some time: Amazons service has gone completely downhill. I pay for Prime, supposedly for next-day delivery, but at this point, Id be better off mailing things to myself via carrier pigeon. Most of my orders show up 3 to 4 days later, if they show up at all. And the best part? Amazon still acts like its my privilege to wait.Trying to get help is just as infuriating. Their customer service is a robotic script-reading circus. You can practically hear them flipping through the manual while giving you the same vague responses that never lead to a solution. They make big promises like well escalate this or your order will arrive tomorrowbut spoiler alert: it doesnt.And whats their idea of compensation for all this wasted time and frustration? A generous (note the sarcasm) $5$10 credit but only usable on Amazon-sold items. So basically ********** be clear: Im paying a premium for benefits Amazon doesnt even bother to deliver. Then I get passed around from one scripted customer service *** to another, with no resolution and no accountability. Its a jokeand not a funny one.Amazon only gets away with this because theyve wiped out all the competition. No one holds them accountable, so theyve stopped caring. I genuinely hope someone creates a real alternative, because they need to be knocked off their high horsefast.Enough is enough. Im tired of paying more for less. If youre thinking about Prime, dont. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.

      Will never use again. They lie about when the item will be delivered. Was supposed to have it yesterday. Never showed up. I checked tracking and it hasnt been shipped yet between yesterday and today *** talked to seven different agents not one gave me the same information. I was told it shipped and would be to me by end of day today Wednesday July too agent I just spoke with said it has not been shipped. Very poor communication will not use Amazon again.

      I ordered 3 items which didnt get delivered to me. I spoke to several customer service agents and they refused to give my money back.

      I would leave 0 stars if I could. I placed an order on June 20, first it got delayed and today 11 days after I ordered it I receive an email advising: "Due to a lack of availability, we will not be able to obtain the item. We've canceled the item. " Then they completely removed the order from my order history like it never happened. Amazon prime has gotten worse and worse over the years. No more same day or next day delivery and horrible customer service.

      Purchased a basic Amazon kindle a week ago and proceeded to purchase the no ads. Ultimately the basic just isnt for me and the more expensive paper white is. Exchanged a basic kindle for the paperwhite after purchasing no ads. Its frustrating to me that a purchase cannot be restored across kindles like ***** purchases. Their only solution is to Dispute it with your bank. ****, send me $30 and Ill dispute it.

      I have a credit card that I only used sparingly. I used that credit card on June 19, 2025 to order two items from Amazon. On June 25th, someone from Amazon used my credit card number to order dinner from a restaurant. My credit card company immediately contacted me about a possible fraudulent action by messaging me and also sending an alert to my email address. I called them. I told them that I did not order any food from anywhere that I only use the card once in awhile. The cc company immediately cancelled the card and did an investigation. I was not charged for the fraudulent amount. I did receive one of the items that I ordered and I contacted Amazon to cancel the other order since the cc had been cancelled by this time. I live in the **********, **************, ***** area.

      Why do you lie so much. I place orders and it say if placed in so much time frame I will get tomorrow. Rarely happens seems to be 2 days from there.

      Amazon continues to lie about overnight or next day deliveries. Pretty much all deliveries. You order something needing it next day. Then you get an approval for delayed delivery. This happed 5 times the past few days. I tried similar product and same product through different sellers. The same thing happens over and over. Their customer service was worthless. They just said we are sorry for the inconvenience would you like to cancel or continue delivery. Amazon has turned into our government. Corrupt and full is lier’s.
