      Amazon customer service is poor Agents are very rude Amazon have very bad customer service Agents gave me wrong information that cause me money Watch out folks

      Their fast delivery, for the most part is pretty good. However they have some delivery options that they offer ..like "same day between 2-6 pm or 7am to 10 am. The problem is out of about 20 times of picking these options you will only receive the package at the agreed upon time frame maybe twice(in my experience). This leads me to believe they are falsely claiming rapid delivery to make it more attractive to by the product. I believe that most of the time they have no intention of delivering during that time frame. I believe that they should cease and desist from offering these times

      If I could leave less stars I would! I purchased a $400 item and it was used when received so that lets me know that they dont check returned items they just send them back out! **************** was horrible!!!!!

      I discovered today that I will never be using Amazon after my experience today. I noticed recently from my recent purchase that in addition to the original purchase and first transaction from placing and submitting my order from all multiple items in my cart there were 2 additional transactions from Amazon according to my bank. so, I went on a quest to discover what those transactions were. 1. Absolutely nowhere on Amazon,s website is there a customer service phone number or customer service email address. You have to jump through several questions about your issue and at the end of that game. Nothing is available to you. So, I tried to get help through the customer chat and I asked 3 times during the chat for a customer service phone number and email address and was told but first I needed to give them nonsensical information and then they would provide me with what I wanted and it didnt happen. I was informed that I was charged for 2 items that I told them was in my original cart from the original order submitted and was I being charged twice. If you look at your order history on the website there is no way to track what transactions paid for what items. So in actuality Amazon has the freedom to do what they want with your money and show you no proof of where it went or how to contact them. ****** did provide a phone number for customer service **********************. But the Amazon website is tight lipped. I spent a lot of money and will never do business with them again

      Amazon did not leave my package at my door but instead will try again tomorrow. You have to get to my house going one way due to construction. The driver said he couldn't deliver my package. This is the third time they couldn't deliver my package. So disappointed. Due better

      It is convenient if they cared more about the customer service rather than how many shipments they can produce & money they can make. It has become sloppy and inconvenient more often than not the larger the company has become. It is unfortunate that a once reliable source has turned out to be just like every other large corporation.

      They will charge you for multiple memberships and I got the wrong item sent to me and they are making me jump through hoops to get a refund. The service representatives are absolutely terrible and so rude throughout the whole process.

      I purchased a Nikon Z8 camera on Amazon for $3,796.95. Instead of the Nikon, I received a low-cost ***** camera (worth around $100) inside a Nikon box. The Nikon box even contained the Nikon manual and instructions. This is a serious bait-and-switch issue.I immediately contacted Amazon customer service. I was transferred multiple times before someone agreed to process a refund - but only after I returned the ***** camera, which felt unreasonable given the situation. *** picked up the package on 9-25-25, but as of today 9-30-25, my refund still shows as refund started with no funds returned to my account.On top of this, Amazon declined my review of the product because it was not about the product itself, and has since blocked me from leaving further reviews of that listing. This prevents me from warning other customers who may experience similar problems.Customer service was also dismissive when I expressed frustration. I spent significant time on the chat repeating my concerns, but the representative ignored them and only repeated scripted answers.Desired Resolution:1.Immediate full refund of $3,796.95 to my original payment method.2.An explanation of how such a substitution (***** instead of Nikon) could happen, and assurance that steps will be taken to protect customers from fraudulent or incorrect ************************* of my ability to leave an honest review of my experience so other customers can make informed decisions and it shall have no impact of my ability to leave reviews on other products (which have all been good and detailed reviews). I have photos and documentation of the ***** camera in the Nikon box, proof of purchase, *** return pickup, and transcripts of customer service chats.

      Amazon is a horrible company. I tried to sign up for the $14.99 for the first year promotion after I had to leave my daughters account because they changed their policies. The customer service people acted like they didn't know anything about it and gave me the run around. They did not help me at all. You would think that they would want to help and keep the customer. I guess they make too much money and don't care. I will find a better company to order from that helps and cares about their customers.

      I really appreciate Amazon and I love that they accept EBT cards. But I did recently, delete my ********* X account, because I wont be associated with anything that is even remotely touched by **** ****. He made the ****** salute at the presidential inauguration, and well, for me thats more than enough!!
