      I had ordered some items from Amazon and. had taken money from my credit card for purchases. Then I had to return some items from those purchases. My refund was to be put back into my account within 7 days, and I waited on the 8th day. I noticed that they had taken my refunds and put them towards an Amazon credit. I had asked customer service why they had done this, and without my consent. NO answer that made any sense. My "Complaint" is that Amazon has control of your refund by holding it. So, you will be forced to buy their items.

      I ordered a product Amazon and they sent the wrong item. I called them and told them about it. They sent a replacement item. I returned the replacement item because what I ordered it for initially was no longer available because Amazon sent the wrong product. They got the replacement back I still have the wrong item they sent initially and they will not refund me my money. The initial item I ordered was a twin size memory foam mattress. They sent me a spring mattress. Its been almost a month now. I still have the wrong item which they seem to not want to pick up nor refund me my money. Its not my fault that they sent the wrong item. I only took it out of the box. When I discovered it was not a memory foam mattress I didnt go any further. Its still in the plastic. I never opened it up. Wwyd? Every time I call they exclaim theyre going to send a carrier to pick up the initial wrong item which is sitting in my room taking up space and in the way. I sent pictures called several times and to no avail. This is not fair.

      Delivery drivers do not adhere to delivery times or schedules. My office has had multiple packages left outside to be stolen, delivered to the wrong office without confirming, or simply attempting to delivery in the middle of the night/super early morning. The drivers are combative, demanding, and rude to building security consistently. Not to mention customer service is impossible to navigate if you need a package replaced or refunded, they just act like you're stupid and send you in circles.

      My husband cancelled our prime membership last month and we just got charged again for the membership. I am very angry and disappointed in Amazon. We have had so many issues with them in the last year. About 7 of our wedding gifts didnt even arrive and we had to jump through a ton of hoops and reorder them. The man on customer service even told me the address they were going to and they never arrived. Now, we are being charged still after we have cancelled the membership??? I dont trust this company anymore. I want my refund immediately, I dont have time to wait 10 days for my money. Need to pay rent and bills next week!!

      There have been three times that i've returned product to ****** and they have responded back that I will get a charge back because they never received the item.Also multiple times they promised the same day delivery and I have yet to get it.I will be canceling my subscription but wanted to warn somebody

      Cancelled an order for a incubator in the last minute without notifying me. I had $300 worth of hatching eggs waiting for this product and lost them all because of Amazon's incompetence. This was one of the worst experiences that I ever had when ordering online. I would rather order from ******* or wish before I would order from Amazon again. Amazon costed me and my family money that we can never recover from. This money was saved over months waiting to get these hatching eggs and this incubator. And Amazon's customer service was pitiful disrespectful and patronizing.

      I wish I could give this company zero stars so I ordered a steering wheel cover and I ordered a key fob replacement along with the case both packages should have been delivered the next day I get a notification that the steering wheel cover have been delivered to the locker, but the key fob and the case could not be delivered because they had problems so the next morning I get off work. I go to pick up my steering wheel cover. I pop open the locker and the minute I picked up the package. Im like this is too light for this to be a steering wheel cover sure enough I pull out the package and realize they never packed anything inside of the envelope when you turn it over, you can see clearly through the package and theres nothing there. They shipped me air pretty much my key fob after I complained about the steering wheel cover. I asked **************** about my key fob and why wasnt it delivered if you put one thing in a locker , why didnt they just put both things in a locker they told me not to worry that I would have my package by 8 PM. Well that was a lie as well so at midnight of the same night I canceled the order I go to leave a review on Amazon about my experience and they sent me an email saying they couldnt post it so now if you speak on anything negative with them, they will not post the review at all because it was a negative experience Ive since then canceled my Amazon subscription, and I will probably order things from **** or anywhere else versus them ever again.

      I am a long-time Amazon customer who has experienced repeated order failures that caused significant hardship. My orders were canceled over five times, even after I received confirmation that payment was successful. On top of that, I was emailed twice confirming my packages were shipped but nothing ever arrived.When I contacted customer service, I was transferred between more than 10 people and ultimately told no credit would be issued. The representative repeatedly told me to try another card despite the fact that I had already done this and had sufficient funds. This circular response resolved nothing and wasted my time.This was not just an inconvenience. These orders were for my 8-year-old daughters birthday, which is tomorrow, and Amazons repeated cancellations and lack of accountability have left me scrambling. The stress and disappointment this caused cannot be overstated.I am requesting that Amazons Executive Escalations team review my account, honor my original order, or issue immediate credit so I can reorder the items. At minimum, I want accountability and resolution for this unacceptable handling.

      Hi, I need help with my cancelled order An Amazon agent previously promised that the amount would be refunded to me because the item was cancelled, but the refund has not appeared on my gift card. The order was cancelled through no fault of mine.When I asked for the refund, I was told nothing was promised and it was the agents mistake. My payment is missing, and I dont think I should take the loss. I have **** the chat and screenshot
