      Trying to contact them to rectify the matter is a nightmare: I returned two items on 9-25-2025 via **** I have the receipt. I was expecting them to honor their 2-4 hours refund policy. They have not done so and it is now the 27th. After multiple attempts of follow their instruction of their 'go to' then 'go to' they failed in giving any response to 'did you receive the return?' no answers.Two attempts at using 'chat bot' who don't know how to reason and one phone call to speak to a live person which ended up with the basic answer of 'we understand' and 'we understand your frustration' plus basically 'you will have to wait until our return center okays the return. And telling me it could take up to 30 days to get a refund, if it doesn't show up then contact them again. They have the two products that were returned and now my money. Unacceptable business practices and the serious lack of true customer service, which is virtually none.

      Terrible experience, they tell me an expensive order is out for delivery 3 days in a row. Today a different package I ordered that was supposedly on the same truck as my expensive order was dropped off, but not the latter. Very deceptive business practices.

      I made a purchase of an item for delivery to an Amazon Locker. When the item was left in the locker by the carrier, Amazon never sent the code. I visited the locker location three times.The first time, I went hoping there would be an alternative way to open the locker and retrieve my package. The second time, it was because after all my attempts through Amazon's customer service chat and after trying to speak to a representative, with each one transferring me to another until I'd spoken to approximately 15 representatives they finally gave me the code via the chat. However, when I went to use the code, the locker gave me an error. That day, I waited two hours between calls and assistance from the staff at the store where the locker is located (who have nothing to do with Amazon and couldn't help me). On the third attempt, I had the same problem, called support again, and they hung up on me.

      I ordered a door lock for my French door via Amazon. The packaging arrived 2 days later but there was nothing in the package - no product, no receipt, nothing, nada. This is the 1st time this has happened to us. Fortunately, we paid for it via Am Ex and I was able to issue a dispute and having been an Am Ex customer for 43 years they issued a refund. We will no longer buy via Amazon and we are considering canceling the Prime service but we do use and like Amazon Prime and since it is a digital service and not a product we should not have a problem with streaming. If we do, no more Amazon.

      Amazon Consistently backs their sellers. In the past 2 weeks I have had three items I purchYou back your Sellers who Make promises and dont deliver far to often. Waiting on something you ONLY Ordered from a particular vendor because it would be delivered on a specific date then marked out for Delivery on that date Only to say delayed another WEEK!!!!!! Then tell the customer who NEEDED It by the Promised date that they need to wait another WEEK Before you can get a refund!?? smh Your Loyalty to those sellers and Not your customers SUCKS!!!

      I read several articles today about senior discounts. Amazon prime membership was offered at $6.99 a month for seniors 55+. Being in *** WAS A QUALIFYING FACTOR. I am on ***! ******, a supervisor, refused and hung up on me!

      My son received a gift card. He made an account online with his cell phone number and ordered a laser pointer. They flagged his account and kept the rest of the money on the gift card. I called multiple times over the span of 4-6 months. They said they would send a confirmation email to unlock the account. He didnt use an email to make the account. At least 2 of the times I called they allegedly added my email to his account, I never got an email. Every time I called they said someone would reach out. I never got a call. Only one guy was able to tell me they couldnt update the account because it was locked( that means the others all lied about adding my email). Nobody ever called still havent gotten this resolved after 2-3 years. Last year I realized Amazon was charging my account twice a month for at least 2 years. I had to call multiple times and spent many hours on the phone before I got it resolved. Me and my husband had an account. They refunded 1 year and added my husbands account to mine so this wouldnt happen again. Now since July the same thing is happening again and she cant help me because my account says there arent any extra charges. I gave her the code that was on my bank account and she said I need to call the bank to get the right code. It takes like 20 minutes just to get on the phone with a live person because they try to use the voice prompt to get things answered. It also took time to get their number because when you go on the website and type customer service they do the same thing and try to have ai do the work for them. Those prompts have never answered my questions.

      horrible time with this agency ..they put on a person that is not on my account and had a charge on my account that i did not make for 250 dollars ,,i called my bank and they are watching out for that charge tried to talk with a manager by the name of ****** who refused to listen to me and would not answer my questions and interrupted me at every turn after i asked them why they sent a email to my email for a *** after addressing me by my first name ,never have had anyone else on the account but myself.all i wanted to do was find a way to change my password and understand if they had mixed me up with a *** who was waiting for his item..they are rude and bullying

      I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the recent change that prevents Prime members from shipping items to alternate addresses while traveling.
      As someone who travels frequently for both work and personal reasons, this feature was essential. There have been multiple occasions where I urgently needed an item delivered to my temporary location—such as when my CPAP hose was damaged or when I required a critical RV part while on the road. The ability to rely on Amazon Prime for fast, flexible shipping in these situations was the main reason I maintained my membership.
      Removing this option significantly reduces the value of Prime for customers like me. It creates unnecessary frustration and makes it difficult to depend on Amazon for urgent needs while traveling.
      I will likely be cancelling my Prime membership and will order instead from Walmart or directly from the vendor myself. Why pay for something I can no longer use ?

      My package says delivered, missing again, urgent memorial need ignored.I placed an order, 3rd time, my package says delivered BUT in fact thats a lie from the delivery person. My package is no where to be found. Call Amazon customer service, they brush it off as unimportant. This missed delivery is for my fathers Memorial Service Saturday, 9/27; CSA 9/28 standard delivery is too late. I have been on hold 20 minutes waiting for a manager; Amazon, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
