      I'm going to go back to not supporting amazon as much as I use to. I recently had some fraud issues with my credit card and amazon isn't happy I disputed charges I never made. I do not enjoy being condescended by their system for a charge I never made. I understand credit cards and how they work and treat mine like a debit card and I'm always safe at living inside my monthly means. Not only is this issue frustrating it's super annoying because I am now without a credit card and have been for 3 weeks due to the first attempt being lost in the mail system. Don't blame the innocent party if you value to keep clients long term. I made some out of ordinary transactions and that might of been them. I'm not faulting amazon but that is where the fraudster made the charge.
      I canceled my prime a long time ago after having frustration issues left and right with your promised failed services. I got tired of miss delivered packages, amazon grocery orders being bad, and amazon pushing prime services every step of the way of your shopping experience. I've not bought anything from this company this month and I'll keep it going. I'm going back to local buys and only supporting amazon when I can't find it any where else after much searching.

      They charge any card they have on file as backup methods when the original does not go thru. This may be in the fine print somewhere but should be stated in bold! Social security income dependant people are just barely making it. Sometimes things have to be taken care of at next months check drop. They took my last $6.99 from card that they just happened to have on file while im now in the emergency room because I cldnt pay my portion of my prescription medicine. Not only that but my original call for refund wasn't processed because my call to them wasn't very nice as you can imagine. She told me she processed my refund "as punishment?!". So now I've lost 2 days on the refund. This is appalling to me. Customer service isn't always a fun job as everyone knows. How much richer can this guy get? We're talking SSI government money now!

      I ordered a cedar wood Arbor and received a Vinyl arbor. I requested pick up and refund timely. Pick up was scheduled but The item was never picked up by Amazon . Next I call, Amazon request a photo of the wrong item to be e mailed . I did . No pick up and no refund. Few other calls and at end the final answer is due to time lag, return and refund is not possible. In short, Amazon wasted my time, delayed my project , kept my $300+ for wrong item( Vinyl instead of Cedar wood). This is absolutely wrong doing.

      Amazon is still bait and switching delivery times. They should not have the "buy it in x hours and get tomorrow" since 100% it fails. One time is a mistake, 100% of the time means bait and switch which is illegal. Why are they not fined for this practice?

      I purchased a product that I couldn't use because of it's size. I wanted to send it back, but the only option I have is to send it back through **** The nearest *** store is 65 miles from my home. I am a senior citizen without a car. The only other option was to pay to have *** come to my home to pick it up. I live in a rural area with no other options to return unwanted purchases from Amazon. By the way, I am a Prime customer.

      My card information got stolen and a purchase was made on Amazon. When you contact customer service you speak with a person in ***** reading from a computer script and all you get is we will escalate this. The criminal was not smart enough to change the address so I receive the packages. Contact customer service again and they tell me that they will escalate it so that my bank will know the charges are fraudulent but dont care about me returning the packages, which are nothing I have use for. I asked for the other account using fraudulent payment to be shut down and they say they cant do that because they have to go by Better Business standards. Absolutely ridiculous that they arent trying to keep customers safe, just care about making money, even if its through stolen money.

      I ordered a bed frame and mattress from Amazon on 06/11/2025. The order showed as delivered on 06/13/2025 around 34 PM, but when I checked the designated package locker room at my apartment complex, the packages were not there. I immediately contacted Amazon and explained the issue. They claimed *** delivered it within 18 feet of the drop-off area, but I explained that theres only one designated area for deliveriesthe package locker room. I shouldnt have to search the property for a delivery that shouldve only been in one place.Amazon sent replacements for the bed frame and mattress and said I wouldnt be charged. Later that night, around 9 PM, I received another notification that a package had been deliveredmy original mattress and bed frame were finally delivered properly. This shows that the delivery driver falsely marked it as delivered earlier, kept the packages on the truck, and then brought them back later.I contacted Amazon again to cancel the replacement orders. They were able to cancel the mattress but not the bed frame. The replacement bed frame was delivered on 06/17/2025. I scheduled a pickup for 06/19/2025 (69 AM) and was told the driver would call me. I got a vague text from a driver that morning, but I wasnt able to respond. No call ever came, and the package was not picked up.I contacted Amazon again. They promised a new pickup date of 06/23/2025 by *** and assured me the driver and the representative would both follow up. Neither did. On 06/23, I was told *** attempted pickup but couldnt get it. I explained that if Amazon didnt care, neither did I. I retrieved the package from the locker room myself and threw it in the trash compactor.I was repeatedly promised follow-up calls, confirmations, and resolution, yet none of those promises were kept. I spent unnecessary time managing Amazons mistakes for something that should have been a simple return.

      Prime membership is a scam , as advertised on website next day or 2 day deliveries for paid members of Prime take up to 6 days or longer. **** cancel because already shipped Cant buy a new one because delivery dates are false . Customer support number is not posted anywhere on the app or website ( or its buried so no one can find it ) . Service representative lie and are condescending. Then they send a survey thru email where dissatisfaction link do not work . How convenient. Very dishonest business that have no regards for 15 year members. Last 2 years Amazon service is unrecognizable from it use to be.

      Zero stars. Amazon profiting billions per quarter but cannot provide BASIC customer service in any way possible. Took 2 hours and 5 calls to help me with small issue. Agents hang up on you, place you on hold then hang up on you. Supervisors lie all day about sending confirmation of anything. No one is trained or skilled to do BASIC high school teen job duties. Absolutely disgusting and I am requesting compensation for all my water time, energy and for being harassed by Amazon agents. Amazon is constantly breaking state and federal laws, weather over personal data and security, and other illegal practices. Amazon attorneys work 100+ hours a week to pay lawsuits and settlements. I'm requesting a call from higher management to resolve all of my complaints from this incompetent company.

      Support team getting in and out. i've opened a dispute along with state attorney's geenral office and now they are emailing me to where to sent the gift card balance to which of my card. suddenly they want to help now. what a scam business.
