      Been a constant costumer with Amazon for a long time. First time I had an issue with them messing up and order and they handled this very poorly. After the **** continued giving me repeated responses it was almost impossible to speak to a person or even find a number, once I did i couldn't understand what the person was saying. I still haven't been notified whether my packages will make it to the correct address, will get a refund, both? Im assuming with the amount of hoops a person needs to jump i wont be getting anything. Ill follow up, but something needs to change.

      Amazon, just more incompetence! Lied to me by saying that a part I needed would be delivered in 2 days. Another lie! If it were to take more than two day I would have gone elsewhere. This part is for an air conditioner, and today it will be 100 degrees here. Does Amazon care? It does not seem so. Talking to customer service agent and supervisor was like talking to a wall..... AMAZON DOES NOT CARE; "IT WILL BE DELIVERED SOMETIME TOMORROW". MOST LIKELY THAT IS A LIE AS WELL.

      The absolute worst place on earth to be a seller. We sold here for 10 years and built an entire multi million dollar a year operation out of it. Then one day because of one email Amazon decides it was going to throw us away and discard us and never allow us back. They have held our money now claiming we cant have our own money for 90 days? They are ruining small businesses and they are a monopoly. Please break them up and hold **** ***** accountable!!! Scamazon needs to be the new name to this awful greedy scam company.

      Amazon has always backed me up on their products but not this time. Even though it out of the 30 days. I have reached out to the manufacturer and they have not responded back. Amazon will reach out to the manufacturer as well, but this time they wont. They had done it several times before. I have got pictures of the damaged product.

      I order some items which were suppose to have a credit off the price. I got the run around for over 40 minutes from 3 ***************************** has really gone down hill and their service is awful. I ended up just giving up and canceling the order.

      Constantly late on shipping. Having prime means they tell you 2 days but its really more like 3-5. Will straight lie to you about product, shipping or anything that isnt in their benefit. Customer support agents dont speak clear English so trying to talk to them is virtually impossible. Shame shame shame. To be this big and profitable of a company to c*** on their customers is sad. Do better **********************.

      For four days, now, I have tried to get my paperback book publish with Amazon Kindle direct Publishing. And I've been having to fix first one email telling me that my book's page numbers have bleed problems and then the next day another email tells me the same. It goes something like this: 1 - 5, 7, 9, 11, 13. Next day: 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 - 18, 34 - 35. And the next day: 10, 14 - 15, 19 - 21, 23 - 24, 27. Mind you these are all separate emails and I have to wait pretty much all day, just to be told that my book has problems and I have to fix those problems. Instead of sending all the page numbers in one email, I have had to put up with this for four days now; I'm really getting tired of it. With that said, until KDP fixes the issues with their company I'm not going to recommend it to anyone.

      I shouldnt have to file a review, I want to file a complaint so that some thing is actually done reading all these reviews. It seems like nobody is doing anything it has almost 5000 reviews.. Amazon is profiting from lying to its customers they make us pay a membership fee with the promise of same day next day or two day delivery, which is advertised on the product which a lot of the time is the reason we choose that said product but as soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive a email telling you about your delayed shipment it happens every time now they know good and well that we will not receive that package by the advertise date, but they still advertise it and promise it until you pay that should be illegal. Its false advertisement as well. When is enough enough? When is somebody going to step in and hold them accountable?

      Yet again, my Amazon order is being delivered LATE! I've made numerous complaints to Amazon about their lousy delivery service, but nothing has changed. I've decided that the ONLY time I will order anything from Amazon again is if I can't buy it somewhere else - even if it's a bit higher in cost because at least there's a better chance I'll receive it on time. Ever since Amazon started delivering their own packages, their delivery service stinks! I don't order anywhere near the items I used to. I purchase so little from them now that I canceled my Prime membership a few years ago, and will not be renewing it because it simply isn't worth forking over $139 for such lousy, late delivery service. Plus, I'm disabled and have specific delivery instructions on every order, and too many times instead of following the instructions to leave the order at my apartment door, they either dump it downstairs in the public hallway or at the front door of my apartment building - then I have to get a neighbor to bring it to me. I don't like Amazon anymore.

      I was promised a price match difference by an official email from Amazon customer service. And when I placed the order they do not want to honor their promise and email.
