My son received a gift card. He made an account online with his cell phone number and ordered a laser pointer. They flagged his account and kept the rest of the money on the gift card. I called multiple times over the span of 4-6 months. They said they would send a confirmation email to unlock the account. He didnt use an email to make the account. At least 2 of the times I called they allegedly added my email to his account, I never got an email. Every time I called they said someone would reach out. I never got a call. Only one guy was able to tell me they couldnt update the account because it was locked( that means the others all lied about adding my email). Nobody ever called still havent gotten this resolved after 2-3 years. Last year I realized Amazon was charging my account twice a month for at least 2 years. I had to call multiple times and spent many hours on the phone before I got it resolved. Me and my husband had an account. They refunded 1 year and added my husbands account to mine so this wouldnt happen again. Now since July the same thing is happening again and she cant help me because my account says there arent any extra charges. I gave her the code that was on my bank account and she said I need to call the bank to get the right code. It takes like 20 minutes just to get on the phone with a live person because they try to use the voice prompt to get things answered. It also took time to get their number because when you go on the website and type customer service they do the same thing and try to have ai do the work for them. Those prompts have never answered my questions.

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the recent change that prevents Prime members from shipping items to alternate addresses while traveling.
As someone who travels frequently for both work and personal reasons, this feature was essential. There have been multiple occasions where I urgently needed an item delivered to my temporary location—such as when my CPAP hose was damaged or when I required a critical RV part while on the road. The ability to rely on Amazon Prime for fast, flexible shipping in these situations was the main reason I maintained my membership.
Removing this option significantly reduces the value of Prime for customers like me. It creates unnecessary frustration and makes it difficult to depend on Amazon for urgent needs while traveling.
I will likely be cancelling my Prime membership and will order instead from Walmart or directly from the vendor myself. Why pay for something I can no longer use ?

My package says delivered, missing again, urgent memorial need ignored.I placed an order, 3rd time, my package says delivered BUT in fact thats a lie from the delivery person. My package is no where to be found. Call Amazon customer service, they brush it off as unimportant. This missed delivery is for my fathers Memorial Service Saturday, 9/27; CSA 9/28 standard delivery is too late. I have been on hold 20 minutes waiting for a manager; Amazon, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Amazon is not like it use to be! The **************** **** are rude. They lie to you about your orders as if you cant see them for yourself! Delivery dates for items are being pushed out repeatedly and ***** can explain why! I canceled my membership and will not become a member again!

I am writing to formally complain about Amazon Prime’s delivery service and the way my recent order was handled. Despite being a Prime member and paying for the service, my order was not delivered within the promised time window.
Not only did Amazon fail to deliver at the scheduled time, but they also refuse to send it within the same day as a replacement or make immediate compensation. I was told it might be delivered the next day, and if not, I can request a refund, which will take up to 5 days to be processed. This leaves me uncertain and causes double inconvenience: wasting my time and effort, and paying for a monthly subscription that does not meet its promised standards.
Additionally, forcing customers to deal with returns or delays is ethically unacceptable. This practice is not aligned with any reasonable business standards, and it shifts the stress and burden onto the customer instead of taking responsibility.
I demand immediate resolution, proper compensation for my inconvenience, and assurance that Amazon will fulfill its Prime delivery promises reliably.
I expect your prompt response and action.

Used a $25 gift card I received from work- spent $18.80 extra on my **** for the purchase of 3 items- however my **** was charged $25 - they credited the $6.20 that Amazon OVERCHARGED MY **** and put it back onto the gift card- I wasted my time dealing with 3 'customer service' **** and one supervisor who would not resolve the issue telling me I could use that gift card towards ANOTHER PURCHASE- which i believe was the con all along

Cannot adhere to arrival times, even when selecting Amazon day. I use this so things aren't delivered when I'm not there, or are needed for a project deadline. Becoming increasingly more frequent. Even when they are showing to be on their truck and 10 stops away, it never shows up. I am paying for Amazon Prime for delivery expediting, and am not getting what I am paying for.

I called Amazon about my $100 gift that was not showing up on my end but showed up on there end. It was supposed to be fixed two weeks ago but had not. When the *** answered the phone to speak to me she was rude and short. She was speaking to me as though we had spoken before. I askfed or a manager and the woman hung up on me. When I called back to talk to the management I was on hold over an hour before speaking to management. The gift card issue was finally resolved and the manager claimed that the matter with the *** would be handled.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible overall with needing help with customer service. **********************'s customer service is by far the worst there is out there. Complete trash is a nice way to put it.
