I had an Amazon business account. I was was asked to open the Business amazon account. I did and after a moth or so, I added a person to my business account and after an I phone was ordered and then Locked and asked to call customer service and customer service could not find it. I chatted with online and each said it will come back on and it hasn't and after 9 days they permanently closed business account. I had built a cart worth over $2800 . So i lost everything in the cart and cat login and write my order and either use the personal amazon account or use any competitor. Sad way to do business as i went through and followed their instruction to add an associate. Also They have lied to me that I would get refunds on ecards that did not work. This company has the worst track record with customer service and credibility as well as business ethics.

The order was placed on 06/14 during a sale and was marked for next-day delivery. My gift card was charged immediately, but the item was never shipped. Three days later, I placed a second order for the same item bur REGULAR price, and it was shipped the very next day.I was under the impression that businesses are not supposed to charge customers until the item is shipped. Why did Amazon charge my gift card without fulfilling the orderespecially when they still had inventory to fulfill orders at the regular price?

I purchased several books this year (over $100 worth in fact) using a valid gift card issued by Amazon that was given to me as a birthday gift. One book was so good I wanted to leave a favorable review. However, Amazon indicated because I had not used a "credit card" or a "debit card" I was not qualified to participate in its review process. Essentially, Amazon censored my review and displayed an absolute disdain for my customer feedback simply because the book I wanted to review was a gift to me from a member of my family. I tried to contact Amazon about the problem, but its mechanized customer service process simply looped without furnishing a meaningful response.

Amazon really needs to hire their own delivery drivers for ALL packages! They are putting stress on the US postal workers. They get no holidays off due to having to deliver f****** amazon packages. This company makes entirely too much money not to have drivers in place once they built their building in ****,**. I understand you probably pay the post office to deliver but those funds are not going to carriers. Just more and way more time away from families. This is why the post office cannot keep employees. No one wants to go to work already having to deal with a ton of mail and now a thousands of amazon packages on top of that. Its irritating. When are yall actually going to start delivering your own packages?

Amazon is an enormous globe spanning Monopoly. They don't have to care about customers. They can afford to lose customers. They can afford to cheat customers. They don't need to spend very much money on customer service they just have to make a token effort. I can no longer rely on Amazon.
