      I have been an Amazon Prime customer for many years. I order from ********************** monthly and its typically my first choice when ordering clothing, gifts, and various other items given the ease of returns and fast shipping. Unfortunately, I just noticed that I have been charged monthly for Amazon Music Unlimited since July of 2023. I remember reaching out to Amazon in the past about this same issue, but I cannot remember exactly when that was. I didnt know then that I should have recorded the conversation because I would have never imagined I would still be charged for this service that I have never used years later. After speaking to the gentleman on the phone with customer service in the music department, I was told that he could only refund me for the most recent charge because thats their policy. This was even after I was put on hold to see if there were any exceptions. Amazon Music has gone up in price over the years. In the time Ive been unknowingly paying it has jumped from $4.99 to $10.99. Overall, I have paid $232.94. I have worked in retail, customer service, **********************, and banking. I know that policies have exceptions. I find it really sad and greedy that a billion dollar company cant spare the $232 to keep a customer. I will no longer be paying for an Amazon Prime membership nor will I shop Amazon in the future. I refuse to be duped out of hundreds of dollars while billionaires benefit.

      I am sick and tired of dealing with Amazon. On 9/15/2025 & 9/18/2025, the account specialist emailed me on both days saying We are writing to you because we have issued a refund of ****** USD to the original payment method used on your order You will be able to see the refund on your respective account statement in the next 3 to 5 business days.We appreciate your patience and understanding in this case.But they yet to refund me! Every time I call customer service they give me a run around repeating you have to email the account specialist and wait 72 hours for their response. they fail to email me back and Im getting very upset. Apparently there no number to reach them and I can only email them. And apparently since they said they would refund me, customer service says they cant do anything and it has to be the account specialist for me to get a refund. I tried giving them multiple chances and still NOTHING! If I could do 0 stars I would!!

      I ordered a pair of Sneakers from Amazon Sept 8 They have not arrived. Amazon will not give me a refund or send me another pair of sneakers. I am 67 years old and live on SSD. The sneakers were $. ***** dollars. I have continuously called them and they will not do anything. I hope people will read my review

      Amazon lost a package. It didn't make it to ****. Rather than investigate or offer a solution, they asked me to call the post office. **** stated since I didn't sent the package to talk with Amazon.Since then, I talked to over a dozen representatives, both through chat and over the phone, and received conflicting information ranging from it was delivered, to we will reship, and we will refund you. Yet, no one seemed to have records to what the previous representative said. How am I supposed to trust a merchant that can't follow through with what was stated? Take ownership and follow through, instead of just saying what the customer wants to hear at the moment.

      I have been a customer of ********************** for many years, and lately, their service has been horrible. They have delivery people who dropped my packages off at the wrong house, and now Amazon is making me pay for it, as in they are threatening to cancel my account. They recently delivered something damaged inside. They made me take a picture of it and emailed me right back, saying it didnt look damaged when it really was. Tied pods melted inside; they refused to send me a new order. Because Amazon delivery drivers are throwing packages in my yard, breaking things, and dropping stuff at the wrong house, Amazon is mentally, emotionally, and financially stressing me out. Please, no Amazon delivery guys, take pictures when they drop stuff off, and you can look at the pictures and know its not my house. Amazon has pictures of my home when the delivery stuff was delivered correctly. Even though they know its not my house, they still threatened to cancel my subscription. Now anytime I have issues with my order they not trying to replace it for send me a refund.

      ****************. I left ******** due to poor customer service, I pre-ordered a game on **********************, they canceled my order without notifying me, forfeited my pre-order bonus, then when I call they say "we cannot help you, we will not help you."Never again will I buy from them.

      I purchased a laptop from Amazon that was advertised as including a lifetime **************** suite. A few months in, the Office software stopped working and began prompting for renewal. Since then, Ive been bounced between the seller, Amazon, and HPwith no resolution.HP confirmed that the seller altered the products configuration, making it ineligible for their support. The seller claims they cant assist, and Amazon has dismissed responsibility, stating the sale doesnt qualify for *** warranty coverage.Its incredibly frustrating to have spent over $600 and now be left with a device that doesnt deliver what was promised. Im seeking accountability and a fair resolution.

      My complaint to regarding Amazon protection against fraulent charges. Twice Ive had fraudulent charges and no support from customer service. ********************** does not reply nor take appropriate action in protecting the customer. This the second rime my account has been fraudulent been tampered with and no support from Amazon.

      My Amazon account was compromised. The hacker changed the account email and password so I could not receive verification messages or get into my account. There are unauthorized Prime Video rentals on my account and I cannot log in and there are Unauthorized Purchases.Hackers often change the password or email, locking the real customer out.Weak Customer Support: When I complained to ********************** customer service they would not help me because they said they could do nothing if I could not receive my registered email, and my case got stuck in a loop I was helpless to change.

      Amazon trains their customer service to gas light its customers by telling them that ********************** did not charge them or did not send them emails in which they try to lure customers into their entanglements. ******************** will tell you that you got scammed online so to wash their hands and keep from refunding you for their fraudulent activity. For example, several years back without my permission Amazon.com charged me for Amazon digital services. After several long calls they insisted that the charges were not from Amazon. My statement showed Amazon.com as the charging party every month for somewhat for a year. How they attained my account information was where I purchased a song which was under $3. Without my permission, they took it upon to enroll me and charge me a monthly fee for watching streaming movies. Unable to locate any movie evidence I used that service they issued me a full refund for all charges I did not authorize. Fast forward to today they sent me an email with another trap for Amazon prime which reminds me that I'm not using my benefits. I do not have Amazon Prime. I contact customer service, and they proceed to gaslight me again stating that, "Amazon did not send me the email." I forward them the email, and they continue to insist that Amazon did not send me the email just like several years ago when the sender address shows, "Amazon.com". They do their investigating and continue with gaslighting me. So, in summary, Amazon.com customer service will state that the email or charges from Amazon.com are not from Amazon when the address states from Amazon.com.
