Amazon *****. They hire delivery drivers that steal packages, can't deliver to the right address. You try and call Amazon to try and solve the problem and they give you the run around. You can't file a complaint. **************** *****. I know they make millions. But they really don't take care of the Customer.

I've been a Prime member since at least 2015. I only order things every now and then but I do watch Prime video on occasion. I'll be discontinuing amazon prime at the end of this billing cycle for far too many reasons. I thought it was something for them to charge an extra $36 a year for "ad free" on top of the $140 a year membership for prime. That doesn't even compare to their audacity in placing ads everywhere anyway. I'm not some poor confused soul that doesn't realize it's some other service they deal with nor am I talking about the shorter skippable ads they show for their own movies and shows. I am referring to full-length unskippable ads while I'm trying to watch movies or shows I purchased or prime marked movies/shows. It's unreal that they want to charge extra, then not even hold true to their word. The standard for everything has dropped to an all-time low.We all know two day shipping for many of us actually means "You'll get it when you get it." I could rant about Amazon for hours but I won't. I'm tired of being overcharged so much for... what? Disservice?

The customer service here is beyond horrible! If you can't employ American's to give support to American's just shut the whole thing down, because 9 times out of 10 these foreigners you hire don't understand a dang thing! I have talked to 5 different people in 3 days and not ONE helped me and two of them just mysteriously left the chat and put yet another foreigner on.

Prime is a rip off. You order items that should be received sooner because of the monthly membership you pay for prime and don't receive your order on time.

I pay to be a Prime member but I am constantly not getting packages by dates promised. Why pay extra when they don't honor their promises. It's basically like stealing your money.

This going back to August ******. I returned a item, shark robot vacuum that broke after a few weeks of use. I dropped the item off at my local *** store and I guess they didn't scan the label correctly. I misplaced the ticket as I have never been in this situation before. Amazon strung me along for month saying they cant refund until October, then November and so on. More or less saying I never dropped they package off and/or they were hoping it would just show up? Til this day they refuse to take any action and it very frustrating. I have a email to *** on the day i dropped it of me forwarding the shipping label, now since the strung me along so long the label is no longer active, but I wish it was possible to see the store cameras at the time I emailed as you will clearly see me dropping off the package and leaving. It is truly unbelievable this was the reaction from Amazon. Company worth however many trillions wants to keep my $400 some dollars.

I had moved and needed items for my new place. I made a large order from Amazon. Feb 12 I got a message and a photo saying my things were delivered. The photo isn't of my porch. I contacted them immediately. I was told I had to wait 24 hours to file a complaint of not getting a delivery. They said someone else in the home could have gotten it. A neighbor could have picked it up. I live alone in an apartment all our porches and front doors are identical except that our addresses are on our doors are obviously going to be different. I told Amazon I can prove it isn't my home it was delivered to if I can send them a photo of my door. My door has no windows like the one in their picture. My address is in large numbers on my door. They won't let me send a photo. They told me I need to file a police report to get a refund. I talked with the police. They won't give me a report because there is no crime! I have told this to Amazon and they are not offering a solution.

Amazon customer service is rude and unhelpful. I tried to send a book out 3 times and they keep making errors. I have Prime, yet they charged delivery fees. The book has been ordered 3 times, and now they are saying it will take 6 weeks for a delivery in *******Customer ******************** is unhelpful and they won't pass the complaint to a supervisor to deal with it.

Amazon charges full price for "Prime"; however, 90% of order deliveries are delayed. Tired of ordering next day items (and, in some cases, PAYING for fast shipping) just for the order to be delayed by up to a week, and without reimbursement for fast shipping. It is FRAUD!
