      All my orders have been "rescheduled" to no fault of my own. This has caused me to either source different vendors or repurchase items instead of waiting days for a delivery to arrive, which was initially claimed to arrive the next day. This has caused an inconvenience and a burdence as Amazon does not see this is an issue when customers may specifically purchase things with expectations of arrivals.

      Despite being in operation for well over a year, Amazon Pharmacy continues to fail repeatedly at basic tasks. They cannot manage copay assistance cards and any use of them requires lengthy contacts with **************** to resolve. They say they are working on the issue but have said that for over 6 months and nothing has improved. They also send premature reminders on refills. Even when they know an insurance carrier will not pay for a medicine until X date, they send a reminder 5 days before X date telling you to refill but of course when you do, there is no insurance price. The usability of the Pharmacy site is poor at best (how the main commerce site receives rave reviews for usability whilethe Pharmacy site design and coding is embarassing for the one of the biggest ecommerce sites on the planet!).Their site has such great potential but their inability to improve usability and ongoing basic features like managing copay assistance cards makes them a NO for me.

      I would like to file a complaint regarding an Amazon return courier ** ****** ******. I had been waiting at home for him the entire day. When he finally arrived, instead of ringing my doorbell, he rang someone elses and only called me once. He then claimed that I didnt bring the package out to him. However, as soon as I received his call, I rushed outsideonly to see him driving away. I tried calling him back, but he ignored my calls and made up excuses, refusing to return to pick up the package. His service attitude was extremely poor, and I cant help but feel that I was being discriminated against.

      I terminated an order which was running late, after weeks, I was told they refunded my 53.93 on August 22, 2025.
      I never received it as of September 21, 2025, not to my debit card or to my Amazon gift card. I am an retire senior, I need my money!
      I have never experience something like this with they before.

      Amazon team promised me my order free of charge. Then told me it was lost in transit and I needed to reorder the item. That is lie after lie and I need what I was promised. This after paying for a two day delivery that still isnt here on day 4.

      Amazon has become so big it no longer cares about the service it promises. 2 day shipping for Prime customers has become a 2 day maybe itll get there on time but most likely itll be delayed. And what do you get for each time it happens? "we're sorry" over the past 3 years it has started to happen more and more. **** ***** doesnt care because he's built a monopoly that no one can compete with so his wallet will continue to swell. There is no reason to buy prime anymore. It keeps getting more expensive for worse service.

      I have used Amazon for a long time and even worked for them when they still cared about taking care of customer, both business and residential. Back then they tested for drugs such as THC. I say this because these stoners can no longer find simple addresses, deliver the products that I needed to conduct business. Instead they lie, conveniently don't include a picture of the delivery to the receptionist at the reception desk that does not exist where I live. Then, after having to wait over 24 hours to have anything "fixed" I have to wait another 3 days for half the products, and 5-7 business days for a refund for the other half (you're welcome for the loan for a week). This is bad business and you know better. Extremely disappointed in what Amazon has become.

      Twice I've ordered items totalling more than$35 to get the early morning delivery. Both times at least one of the items was not delivered early and in one case an item took 2 days to arrive. Several times I've ordered next day delivery and it has taken multiple days for delivery. As a prime member I expect more since I'm paying for it!

      The package didn't arrive and Amazon would not give me a credit and on top of that they lied to me repeatedly.
