      Amazons handling of my return has been outrageous and unacceptable. I returned an item using their return label, and I have proof of delivery, including tracking information and the correct package weight. Despite this, I was charged for the item.I contacted Amazon customer service not once, but three separate times. On every single call, the representative acknowledged that they received my return, yet the charge remains on my account! There is no excuse for this. Its not a misunderstanding , its negligence, at ******* this point, it feels like outright theft. Ive done everything correctly, and Amazon continues to keep my money while admitting they have the item. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing legal action for damages and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies.Amazon should not be allowed to treat customers this way. I expect a full refund immediately.

      If I could leave negative stars I would. Having used Amazon since the day they started, I'm just done with them! This is why I have sheered back my purchases. I crave the standard big box stores like ***********************, *****, **************************. I despise Amazon. Everytime I order, I get a set delivery date, and inevitably it gets set back 2 or 3 days! Even gifts! They lie, lie, lie! Just done with it. I added my expenses annually, and I was spending as much as $900 a month. Gee, that's over $10,000 a year. Guess what...it stops today! I will go to Lowes, **********, *******, ****, etsy...anywhere but Amazon! As customers we made the business successful, and we can tear it down. Just don't buy. That's my motto from now on. 30 years! Don't need them!

      If I could give a zero star rating I would. Amazon was great years ago now they are just greedy. They are making returns difficult and your orders the recent ones are not showing all my orders. Now I have to remember what the thing was called to find my order. That is shady and also when I tried to return 4 items that came in 2 boxes they only gave me one label. Of course I could not get someone on the phone or even find a phone number so I waited over 20 minutes for someone to fix it. They **** so bad and Im angry that they are basically a monopoly. Retail stores are closing and a lot of times you can only get it from Amazon.

      For the past 15 plus years I've had so many problems with Amazon and they're Promises of having my product here in a certain time next day I've had more than 20 issues with this 20 deliveries and you can add six more to them today of them creeping the time for let's say for today was supposed to be here from 2:00 to 6:00 then they moved it at 3:45 to 6:45 and it just creeped from 4:00 to 8:00 or something like that while I was talking to a supervisor at Amazon and her telling me that if you order something for next day between a certain time that you have to pay and I know this it's like 299 I've done this many times and I never ever give it to you on time when this happens so that was a simplified to tell me it's only an estimate well why you charging me *************************************************** a certain time when it doesn't happen

      I have never seen such a ***********. I can't ever talk to an actual American. I ordered q portable Air conditioners from Amazon on July 14th, 2025. I asked the shipment be expedited as my sister heat pump stopped working and it was 90 degrees inside there house. I was told my one representative that the package is going to be delivered on the same day I spoke to this representative between 11am-2pm. It never showed. I got back on and talked to another associate that wasn't American either. He said he had no clue where the package was and had no clue why the other representative told me it was going to be delivered that day. I have canceled my Amazon account. I do not tolerate lies or thieves. Ive reached out to the seller with no answer. Ive reached out to ***** with no answer and according to the tracking its been sitting in *******, ** since July 14th, 2025. I was promised it would be expedited, that was a lie. I was promised it would be delivered the day I talked to a representative, that was a lie. Its appalling to me Amazon gets the business they do. Hire Americans to be customer representatives. Everyone i talked to was obviously not American. So my sister and her son are still burning up in there home after a week of waiting on this package with no sign of when the package will be there. My business with Amazon is done. They will never get my business again.

      Outright Fraud! Amazon is selling warranty plans through ********When customers go to ******* they say they have no record.Multiple purchases same issue for me, and my research shows thousands of people have same issue.Government needs to step in.

      I place a request for a refund. I selected "Return to original payment ". A gift card was issued instead. After calling and speaking to CS, to no avail. I asked for the supervisor, she also stated that she could not move the $162 back to the credit card or send me a check. I asked for her supervisor and she said that she couldn't provide that information or connect me to anyone else. I want my $162 back.

      Ordered a $500 rc boat for a birthday present and I received a already returned, used boat with the return stickers still on the box. Called customer service and they said they are sending a NEW replacement and would arrive next day GUARANTEED. (The 18th) and here it is Saturday the 19th and I still have not received the boat. WOW I Have called and texted many times only to be giving some kind of credit and a FALSE PROMISE of getting a NEW one next day. I could have already drove to manufacturer and had them make me one. I understand that people make mistakes but this is not the first time that I have gotten a already USED product from AMAZON.

      I dont like that Amazon wont let me leave a review regarding bait and switch. Youre out of stock so without my authorization, substitute and then want me to drive to a location to return it so I can get my money back.

      Had horrible experience with customer service just going back and forth with no results or resolutions or explanations.
