      I ordered a table on Amazon through a third party seller. The seller failed to provide tracking info (all it said was pending) until the package was delivered. But it wasnt delivered to my house. It was delivered to a residence in CA, thousands of miles from where I live. I confirmed this with ****** who printed out the tracking info for me (which I emailed to Amazon claims). Even worse, once the package arrived (again not to my home in FL but to CA), the seller changed the return window from 30 days to 14 days. Additionally, the seller tells me the package is at a port and I should be patient in waiting for it. However, ***** documentation confirms it was sent to a residence in CA, not a port. I requested an immediate refund but Amazon denied it for ab UNSPECIFIED REASON. Now I am out **** dollars. I got scammed and Amazon is ok with that. Every customer representative has agreed I should be refunded and is confused as to why I have not been.

      I'm helpless they locked my amazon consumer account for over 2 months now , also they locked my seller account , I keep sending my verification documents for more than 20 times and keep calling customer service to complaint, but they say only specialist will reply by email but no emails is coming to resolve my issue. I have my grocery and other stuff getting bad and losing trust of customers ,because I cannot login and they held my account .

      On Nov 2020 I purchased a BLINK camera setup for wifi outdoor use - I have contacted BLINK customer service via online and phone - with absolutely ZERO success and have gotten frustrated each and every time trying to facilitate their product. The last straw came this week when I got back from an 18 month deployment - I tried AGAIN to connect these cameras and even purchased a ERRO wifi extender that is rated as 4.9 out of 5 to assist with this process - nothing still - they will not connect at all and AMAZON customer service they have outsourced to all over the world I got a person in ******* and her accent was so horrible & hard to understand she got frustrated that I was calling from the USA and she couldn't understand me and hung up on me - customer service...??? Absolutely a joke if at best... So now they tell me because of my deployment I cannot return the cameras due to past return date policy - so if you ARE MILITARY TAKE NOTE they will take each and every opportunity to not refund you and keep your $$$ and make you keep the garbage and loose the money you work so very hard for to support ********** family... I told them specifically that I was going to relay this message and she told me she did not care & I said I sure hope this is being recorded because its a total shame... If anyone worldwide would like the chat info and call info I have completed over the time frame please inquire and I will GLADLY provide it in full as this is a total slap in the face.. $225.11 OUT and now I'm out....organized theft...

      i don't trust Amazon... they are too big to take care of their customers i ordered 4 roof top air conditioners from Amazon. The order was supplied by Amazon reseller RVSupplies. On the order page it was mentioned full refunds if returned within 30 days. i attempted to cancel the order within 4 hours as the project has been cancelled. Amazon said the supplier reject the cancellation since he excepting return within 30 minutes!! from order. This is unheard of. How Amazon except such lousily supplier. So, the order has been shipped to me. Then i found out that i need to pay for the shipping back ($150 per item....time 4 that is $600 out of my pocket... and i didn't even saw the order. after i got confirmation of the returned then i got a message from Amazon that the supplier will charge re-stocking fee and also claimed some damage done to the *** return shipment.1. as amazon customer for 20 years i expect ********************** to provide superb service, to provide me the customer piece of mind, to be responsible to whatever they supply whether direct or indirect and to honor the terms of the order, in this case "full refund if return within 30 days" . but in **** there has been SMALL print on the supplier website or 30 minutes cancellation, re-stocking, and customer responsible to shipping back if cancel the order. At the bare minimum Amazon was supposed to provide this information on the order page in bold... and not expect customers to read the fine print on each and all orders .... i ordered from amazon around 90 products within the last 90 days. Amazon is favoring this reseller on me the customer.I no more trust **********************. i use them as my sole online supplier. no more!! there are many alternatives such e-bay, ******* others.

      1. Was told free shipping for return by AG @ Amazons shipping DEP.2. Was charged for shipping fee so called **.3. The ** AG said Cant refund the shipping fee because it is their policy.4. I just wasted my money because of that Amazon Employee who doesnt know anything about the policy, lied customer and even doesnt care about customer.Fooled by **********************, Great Job!!! ??????

      Why is it that when Amazon makes a mistake, we are responsible for it? Is it my fault that my package was incomplete? So, now I have to take time out of my day to return a package that was missing items. If you deliver a package that is incorrect or missing items, you should pick it up when delivering the new package. Be accountable and make it right. We shouldn't have to do anything when it is your mistake. You sit on top of your stacks of billions and watch the little people scramble to not be charged the insignificant $15 for an unreturned package, that in many cases, could break the bank. Along with every other large corporation, you are an absolute disgrace to mankind and I can only hope that one day you will be treated the same way you choose to treat your customers.

      I order several (8) cleaning products from Amazon with a gift card on June 25 2022 for ***** After about a week I never received the order but then Amazon messaged me saying its running late I can put in for a refund now if I wanted to and still get the products. I decided if Im still getting the products I wont charge them for it cause it wasnt urgent for me to have them. Then as time went on I still have not received none of the 8 items ordered. Over the next month plus when I had time I tried online and on the app to get a refund but all it did was take me back to the same page to just restart what I already done. So today because I could find a number other than on ****** for customer service I looked it up and gave them a call. Explained the situation to the guy on the phone and he tells me Im past the time frame for getting a refund I explained to him I was giving you guys benefit of the doubt and thinking my package was still on the way because till this day it still says its running late. He rudely says why did I wait so long as if I didnt explain i based it off what ur app and online system says. He pretty lets me know its my fault and they were jus going to steal my money. Im beyond offended because I spend a lot of money with them just to hear there mistake is something I have to pay for when they simply could of processed the refund after they never even shipped my items to me in the first place. And I did not get the customer service reps name but his attitude towards people who spend their money with them should be better seeing as tho he just wants me to accept the loss which I cant believe they let rude people like him make that call or even convey the message in that way

      Purchased 54 books over the last nine years and because I change my phone number I am no longer able to access my car which means I don't have the ability to re-listen to books that I purchased. Three hours on the phone trying to get some resolution and at the end of the day they said too bad there's nothing we can do. Amazone had me create a new account and because they were not able to access my old phone number old account is gone. I have every off my purchase but that doesn't matter to them. Amazon needs a wake-up call this isn't how you treat customers.
