      Amazon advertised information regarding an item and sent the incorrect amount that was on the order. Amazon refused to correct the order by sending the remaining amount and wanted me to ask for a refund. I did not want a refund I wanted the rest of the order as promised by the add. They refused to send the remaining amount that would have completed the order.

      For the past year I have been receiving fraudulent Amazon prime charges. I tried contacting Amazon and all they tell me is that it must be a family or friend using my card. I have confirmed that no one is using my card. Interestingly these charges start occurring after I purchase something from Amazon. I cancel my card and then months later make another Amazon purchase only to start receiving prime charges again. Amazons customer service only option for me is to go to my bank and report fraud.

      If it allow me zero star, I would. About two months ago, my account was restricted to digital order. I have spent my time calling customer service and emailing to account specialist to try to get my account back to normal. Every response I get is "wait three day for the account specialist response back" and I haven't heard back from them. Amazon need to be investigated when it comes to restricting people accounts.

      Signed up for AWS free option that included up to 80 hours. After stopping and terminating 2 instances, both kept running causing hundreds of dollars in charges DUE TO AWS ERROR. Amazon AWS services did NOT correct this error and instead insisted I pay. I WILL NOT PAY FOR SERVICES I DID NOT USE!!! I do not suggest using Amazon Web Services as their 'on-demand' services clearly have a glitch that causes the service to continue to run & run up service charges - which defeats the purpose entirely. In addition, when you attempt to contact Amazon/AWS (which is almost impossible) for remediation, they do not assist, but instead uphold their mistake/faulty service. DO NOT RECOMMEND Amazon Web Service.

      Amazon Prime Video has forced ads onto its streaming platform, and now it is limiting streaming quality to force ads to play on highest whilst lowering quality on other content. Cannot even choose to play on higher quality as it will force it to 480p or lower to makeup for streaming their ads at 4K.

      Amazon failed me. I ordered a dress in March from an Amazon seller. The seller sent me the wrong dress. I returned for a refund after paying shipping twice with a promise of refund and not only did Amazon not refund me, they took the dress back. I have no dress and no refund. Thanks Amazon for protecting your customers, oh wait, you did the opposite. After numerous attempts to get my refund with you lying about going after the seller, today you send me this. Your disclaimer saying how you protect your customers. *****. You are a thief. Don't purchase from this seller that Amazon is protecting. XueYunTao2023

      Amazon has changed their return policies. First I pay I dont know 140 a year for a prime membership. The only thing I get out of it is free shipping which I can get for ******* or other places I received an item today that was dead on arrival I either have have to pay them 7.99 to return item or drive a two hour trip to ****** or Clamore, which would cost me more than 7.99 in gas. Im handicapped the only place I drive is to get groceries in the doctor.. after talking to customer service asking for a supervisor asking for another supervisor they said that supervisor does not taking calls anymore. The customer service lady hung up on me.

      I live in a brand new apartment complex with an Amazon locker. Anytime that I order same day delivery my package is delivered to another address. Ive show Amazon pictures of what my Amazon locker looks like. So theyll see that its a delivery issue. The locker they delivered my package to was a light gray locker. The one at my apartment complex. Is a darker gray in color. They didnt care. Sent a replacement guess what happened sent to the wrong address again. Then theyre trying to make it seem like its me. Then theyre have these non trained agents that dont know the first thing about customer service. Ive had to spend more money from them not delivering to me at all. Then theyre denied my refund. I provided proof and everything. Now theyre sending a warning message to me. After I told them Ill see them in court and to cancel my pointless prime membership.

      I would leave zero stars if I could. I placed an order 9/5/25 with 10 items. They have slowly been shipping very small items one at a time. One item arrived on the 13th. Another shipped out the 14th, still in transit, another shipped the 17th. I have 7 more items that still havent shipped. Over 13 days to ship? ************** cant get ahold of anyone to find out whats going on, and if you try to leave a review about anything shipping related, they reject it.Amazon has been going downhill in all departments for the last 2 years and now its so bad, I will no longer be placing orders through Amazon and will be deleting my account once I receive my productsIF I even get them.They have increased membership fees and decreased customer service, quality of products, allow scammers to infiltrate every aspect of Amazon and shipping is by far one of the worst.

      I have a 225 dollar exhaust fan that was lost and amazon wont refund and a 2770 ac unit shipped back to seller cant get refund foe. amazon just doesnt care
