      Amazon charges full price for "Prime"; however, 90% of order deliveries are delayed. Tired of ordering next day items (and, in some cases, PAYING for fast shipping) just for the order to be delayed by up to a week, and without reimbursement for fast shipping. It is FRAUD!

      first off i have been shopping with amazon for yrs. since covid this company has become horrible. today I've had enough. i called amazon today and was on hold 3 different times ok fine, but i have been calling on this same problem since May 8th and they always say ok i will refund u and fix the issue. well today i get an email saying i will be charged for the item i already sent back. no mam what happened was i ordered 2 Hepa filters and the wrong one was scanned so i said the refund u gave me was less than the actual refund u owe me so call it even just don't charge me again. I get hung up on. Ugg so problem is still not fixed. oh, and i get 3 more emails saying i already got a refund but i need to send products back r i will be charged now these or from march. I said you'll don't give refunds unless u get a notice from *** saying item was dropped off and my *** opens box and checks to make sure the item is in there so n funny business, amazon u need to do ********* fixing to cancel u altogether.

      Amazon can't seem to get they're act together , they can't deliver more than 3 or 4 delivers in a row , and then all heck breaks lose , they're customer service people are total idiots and liers , I've had nothing but trouble the last two years and am fed-up with the getting jerked around , Amazon needs to be investigated. No longer a customer , PERIOD .

      Have been waiting almost a month for Amazon to pick up a return since I cannot do it myself (over 150lbs) they have made a pick up date 3 separate times and have failed, every time, to even make it to my door to pick up the product. When the pick up date is pushed back, its 11 days in between. I called CS to see if an earlier pick-up date was available and the *** told me yes. Well the new pick-up date wasn't reflecting in the app so I called and low and behold, they are not able to make it on the new pick-up date. This has been going on since May 19th.

      I placed an order that was never delivered and was still charged. I placed a ***lacement order only to have it charged to the wrong payment method due to the 1st order never delivered still being charged. 1st ******** service *** told me in a chat the original order would be refunded and the 2nd order charge reversed and charged to the correct card. This reversal never happened and I was then told they could only reverse the charge if I returned the item and reordered it. Had I not seen both charges on 2 different cards Amazon would have robbed me.

      Accounts are not safe! my account was hacked none of the safety features worked. I never got a login code. the *** saw a device on her end that was not on mine. over $150 in digital charges and they wouldn't refund them.

      I just left a review a little while ago, I called again a few minutes ago and she was able to close my account within 10 minutes after I spoke with a few others who said it couldn't be done. This most recent call I didn't need any security questions didn't verify any old addresses or phone numbers and was able to delete the account. The customer service representatives need to be on the same page or retrained as I was told for the past hour that I needed a lot of information in order to delete my account in order to create a new account. My last phone call was easy and smooth she listened to me and it was amazing. The 3 calls I had before that were very complicated and they kept hanging up on me or putting me on hold and coming back to tell me I needed to end the call as there was nothing they could do. Seems like I was lied to by 3 lazy representatives. Just want others to be aware!

      Returned 11 items back in November 2024 and I have yet to receive a full refund check for the returned items Amazon confirmed receiving.

      Trying to return a defected dog cart , been told multiple times that they would take care of it and keep getting messages that I need to pay for the return I ordered it through affirm through Amazon because I didnt have the money so how are they trying to make me pay for the return I ordered, and it doesnt work properly.
