      On October 1, 2022, I placed an order for three (3) boxes of Organic Lipton Tea Bags, 5.9 oz 72 Count at the cost of $18.34. I received only one (1) box of tea. I contacted Amazon to obtain the additional two (2) boxes of tea bags or a refund. Paying $18.34 for one box of Lipton tea bags is way too much. They stated that there were no refunds and they would not send me the additional two (2) boxes. They did provide me with a $1.79 goodwill gesture. I'm on Social Security and paying $16.55 is too much for a box of tea.

      Blocked account without any explanation. Is there a way to *** them? We had a baby registry with them and we received gift cards and exchang credits that are all gone now. Amazon customer service said they can't do anything and told us not to contact them regarding this is***.

      I wish I could give zero stars. Worst shipping ever...packages continually late. Horrrrrrible customer service. Deplorable!

      I have made several complaints to Amazon about delivery placement that was all I wanted was to make sure my packages were left on the side door as noted because we get many thefts in our neighborhood. I complained and kept getting promised the issue would be resolved and nothing happened. The complaint put it on 10/15/22 I spoke with ****** on the phone and said someone would be calling me and no one ever did. The last complaint on 10/17/22 even told me we never had delivery instructions in place when I know that on 10/15 it was checked. Then on 10/17 I asked to PLEASE speak to their boss and was told this was the highest I could go and followed to give me several numbers "I" could call!! All they do is say "we promise this won't happen again" and it ALWAYS DOES! Why have the customer reps go on if they aren't going to do anything about the problem but keep making promises they NEVER KEEP! AMAZON IF THIS IS THEY WAY YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS, ITS JUST PLAIN DISGUSTING!! ALL WE WANTED WAS A SIMPLE FIX AND YOUR COMPANY JUST DOESNT CARE! Amazon reps have proved this over and over again and only care about their money and not those who spend it! Amazon you should be grateful for your customers because if it wasn't for your customers, your business wouldn't be making so much money! I guess good business and CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT MATTER WHEN IT COMES TO AMAZON. Why couldn't they just follow simple delivery instructions and listen to what I had to say except just repeating themselves over and over and then do nothing about it. Thank you for your time on this matter. It's sad to see that a business so large doesn't care about its customers!

      Amazon went without my permission charged my credit card for a subscription I have permission to charge my debit card and see if they have permission to do that do you dont amazon

      So now, they have stopped me from reviewing products I purchase. Most of my reveiws were rating the product 5 stars, a few with 3 stars depending on the quality of the item. From what I'm reading on the internet it is because they want to keep there "star" rating up and stop reveiws from customers that rate items lower than that. Seriously think that I should not be banned from reveiwing products, I read reveiws from customers and it's an important part of my decision to purchase something. Thre stars for Amazon...only because they are not allowing honest critiquing of the products they sell.

      I have had good and bad luck with Amazon. Currently extremely disappointed with them. I spent hours placing an order during Prime Deal Days Christmas shopping for specific individuals. They notified me that the order was damaged during shipping so they would refund me my money when they receive the order back and I can reorder at the original prices (not the discounted prices). I will certainly be looking for a lot of the same items, but not via Amazon! Merry Christmas to them and their frustrating help system.

      I signed up for Amazon prime at the end of September with the 30 day free trial and was charged on October 11 & 16 which hasn't been 30 days yet. I contacted customer service regarding this and absolutely nothing was done. I was charged twice within 5 days for a 30 day free trial that shouldn't be advertised if not true. My card was not authorized to be charged anytime it's convenient for them and is illegal & unacceptable. I think something should & could be done about this because unlike those that can take flights to the moon, I can't afford to pay them for 2 bills for 1 month that I haven't even had services that long for!

      The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They also pick and choose which reviews they want to post!I have reached out to customer service many times and they dont actually read your questions/concerns, they give you a generic answer, probably all robotic and send you on your way.

      Been purchasing for a few years now. Tonight I asked a seller (custom tailor) a question..."Does this outfit come with pants? If not where can I get them? " Now the answer I would expect if the outfit didn't come with pants that the seller would reply " we can make them here for you". QUESTION BLOCKED! I don't know what the problem is but those people are out of control. I have always have posted positive reviews except once. I bought 1 food item and was charge for and shipped 2. I posted a negative but polite review that I wasn't happy being charged for something I didn't order and cant send one back and get a refund as it is non returnable. (Talk about running a scam) REVIEW BLOCKED! I bought something for my wife. I posted a review stating " this is beautiful. My wife loves it" REVIEW BLOCKED! I bought a sword, posted review " beautiful *********** made and worth the money. Good company to buy from." REVIEW BLOCKED! Tonight my question was blocked and I am no longer permitted to give reviews or even ask a question about products. I don't know what the problem is but these people are out of control. I was given no explanation for this decision. I don't understand how amazon can get away with this dictatorial policy and not have the respect to give a explanation. Now if I'm interested in an item I cannot ask the seller a question. Amazon is not only hurting the customers by this dictatorial policy but they're hurting the sellers also. Obviously the person who wrote the review policy doesn't have an ounce of business sense about him. So to Amazon I say *****************!!!
