2 starsService used to be great with Amazon and decent prices and deliveries. But this month it's been horrible. I've gotten orders 2 that are nothing like advertised. One with missing parts and yesterday I get notice the package was given to resident, which was a lie. The package was found outside gate and the box was empty. It was a large white tarp,heavy. I contact Amazon and you can't even tell them that. It's all automated questions and answers to choose from. It said they will replace,fine. But they need to check on their drivers,flat out lying and who knows? Did the driver take the tarp or passer **** . He/she lied of handing to resident, so I am suspicious about the driver and how much more of this going on. There are honest ones who at least take pictures of package left at front door exactly where my instructions on Amazon say. Sad their are the dishonest employees ruining Amazon's Reputation. But seems they don't care either if they won't let you even type in your complaint. They just seem to look the other way.Review fromLucy V

1 starI sent back a return in August via **** The return was accepted by Amazon while the item was still in transit. Once the refund was posted to my account I discarded my receipt with the tracking information from **** Seven full weeks after the return was accepted I was charged for the item. I understand that Amazons return policy is that if the item is lost in the post that they are not responsible, however once they have accepted the return they have accepted responsibility for the item. The way this policy has been used I could be charged for any item I have returned at any time if Amazon deems fit. There is no accountability here.Review fromDavid D

1 starLocked out of my acccount. Called "customer service". They started asking me questions I could not answer in order to prove my identity. (I had already given them my name, address, last 4 of my credit card and expiration date.) They asked for the last 3 thinga I ordered? I don't know, I can't get into my account to check. When did you sign up for Amazon Prime? No idea. Give me one device with **********************, with the serial number of the device? Huh??? I asked for the supervisor. Was transferred to ****. She stated that her reresentitive told her I refused to answer the security questions. I told her I did not refuse and that they are stupid questions that I can't answer. I then told her to either reactivate my account or cancel it. She said she couldn't reactivate it, and she couldn't cancel it. She is supposedly a member of the "Leadership Team", but she can't do anything. I then stated that I will never buy anything from Amazon again.Review fromJane L

1 starAmazon is charging me for a subscription that I did not purchase or subscribed to!! Amazon is charging me ***** each month and the agent did not want to check any other months that this amount has been paid so I can get my refund so she ignored me and just refunded for the month of October and I know that this amount has been paid every other month other than this month of October!! I would like a refund for everything that I have paid so far!! This has been taken from any cards that I have on file even my credit cards so some will go back to cash app, my bank cards and my credit cards!! Do yall know the interest rates that I have been charged for this little old ***** over ***** each transaction I am highly upset about this!! 1 starThis is in reference to the way Amazon is handling an international "wishlist" purchase and shipment. There are many reasons why someone would want their personal information hidden, and that should be respected. Up until recently, Amazon appeared to be doing just that until the last 2 shipments, one in Sept 2022, which was somehow resolved by someone at Amazon and did not care to divulge how, and now with this Oct 2022 **************** (Order # ***-*******-470023).First, I was hung up on by the last Amazon CS agent. I know I kept calling, hours and hours of time, over 6 days, trying to figure out why the shipping on the order was so messed up. Sensing Amazon was behind this all along and confirmed by Amazon CS agent ************, I continued to press my case with no resolution, the shipment is still stuck in a DHL "Clearance event" (DHL tracking numbers: ********** & **********). Something is definitely wrong with the way Amazon has set up international shipping with DHL and maybe other carriers as well. All I know is from April 2020 to Aug of 2022 we never had an issue with shipments, using Amazon, from the US to *******. And now we do. We checked the ** regulations and nothing changed that would affect our orders to *******. Also, in the last month (Oct 2022) we have used other shipping companies besides DHL, using different online companies, rather than Amazon, with ZERO issues. Something stinks and it is coming from the halls of *************** N.We were told by Amazon, that there was nothing they could do. We were told by DHL.ro that Amazon needed to fix their waybill. In the meantime, I am out $250, my family is without the blankets and gifts I sent, the shipment is in limbo for however long ..., and all we can do is wait for DHL to send the shipment back to Amazon so I can get a refund? - if I can get a refund.Amazon is so huge, I doubt this will go anywhere. 1 starI just want to let everyone knows what happened to me after spending a lot of money on amazon.com. They closed my account without any further explanations, and when I tried to call amazon customer no service, they kept telling me that i will received a call within 24hours, and they never did. Today, i received an email saying that they closed my account based on a suspicious activities according to them, and they freeze all my gift cards(reason not buy gift card from amazon) and I can not return anything including damaged item that it cost 360$, so I lost all the buyer protection and every possibility to at least allow to return the defective item. This is outrages and it s making every online business looks bad. as consumer , I encourage people to be aware of this stituation because it can happen to any one.Review fromDave B

1 starReceived two different packages from Amazon for toddler toilet locks. BOTH WERE USED and there was pubic hair all over the suction cups. Called Amazon and they sent me a link. The link wouldnt let me log in to verify my account. I asked to verify in a different way and they refused and then the call was conveniently dropped. 1 starIf i could give Zero Stars I would. This company and Owner ******************* should be investigated for hiring *********** Customers Services reps in ***** who are all scammers. They cheat you when you don't received the package and provide camera proof of no delivery and do not refund you. They cheat you when they send you the incorrect product from the one you actually ordered. Every Rep tells you something different and there wear you out so much so that you will just hang up or get frustrated of the amount of time you spent and just forget it. Whenever you ask to speak to a US rep they outright tell you no US rep is available and Amazon only has 1 customer ******************** number where to contact them online and then a US rep is supposed to call you but it is only ****** reps who contacts you with fraudulent names. Since I speak Hindi and I Converse with them in Hindi they get taken aback and hang the phone because they were not expecting that. This is fraud and robbery of American Citizens. 1 starI ordered 2 items for delivery scheduled for both on Tues 10/18/22. I got one in that day the other still waiting for as of 10/20. The second item is 5 minutes away from me in ****** ********* and gets put on the delivery truck everyday but never makes it to my house.Problem is Amazon has no customer service and when you try their chat it has you chose from questions I can ask which doesn't have the question I want to ask.Sometimes after they deliver something they will give me an email to ask how the delivery went but not always. I found out best way to contact Amazon is thru this BBB website(1st time I tried) I guess they respond to all the complaints(will see).I have Amazon Prime but it doesn't seem to work the way they say it will. I don't buy as much as I could from Amazon because of their questionable delivery service and lack of customer service, I buy from other companies. I only buy from Amazon if nothing else available and don't need right away.I bought this item from them numerous times but I ran out before I bought so it would have been nice to get item when they said they were delivering. Amazon did say that they would refund my money if I don't get the item by tomorrow(10/21). So I can't get the item from somewhere else at the moment so stuck in the middle right now.When I do get the produce most of the time it is ok so not a big issue.I get cat food from them(dry bag) but one time it had a tear in the bag but there was no way to contact Amazon about issue. Fortunately the cat food didn't go all over the place, I just put some tape over the hole in the bag.Problem is they like to deliver real late like at 8pm 9pm at night so I have to be around to make sure I get the product, why can't they deliver during the day like everyone else(USPS, **** FedEx).Bottom line, Amazon needs better customer support or at least a comments or suggestion site so they can better improve there service.
